My Experience with Webex

Comments: Webex is a good tool for video conferencing and calling. I especially like the software's group and room capabilities.

Pros:

Webex does not lag like Zoom, and the conferences are much clearer.

Cons:

Having used both Zoom and Webex, Webex is not as user-friendly as Zoom conferences.

Comments: Professional.
Fairly easy to use

Pros:

Easy to use. Friendly and self-explanatory interface. The user interface is intuitive. High-quality audio/video. Minimum noise while communication. Reliable support.

Cons:

Cannot solve problems ourselves. Need customer support. Lagging: Reliable internet connection with lower packet loss Webex is expensive compared to other similar software. Fewer third-party app integrations

Webex Review by Study Coordinator

Comments: I am a study coordinator and I use Webex 1-2x a month for different meetings/trainings with sponsors located around the US.

Pros:

Webex allows me to send invitations and meet with people remotely.

Cons:

We have had some issues with Webex being offered in a browser or for download. Sometimes different accounts can make it hard for individuals to join meetings.

This is an impressive and easy to use solution that boosts unified communications. I like the powerful capabilities of Webex Suite. Webex Suite enhances collaboration at our workplace.

I have zero dislikes for Webex Suite. Webex Suite makes collaboration and communications easier for us.

Comments: My overall experience on webex suite is one of the best meeting platform experience till now , the functionalitiesare designed in such a way that it makes work very easy and looks good as well.

Pros:

1. Very premium and attractive platform for complete management. 2. Features and functionalities are just wow to connect and link with the customers. 3.Calendar invites , meeting sharing and details sharing are easy and super hassle free.

Cons:

1. Costly and less popular in organization. 2. Although the performance is good but it crashed easily whenever system encounter little CPU issues or spikes.

Convenient!

Comments: After the initial configuration, WebEx has allowed our company to connect easily with customers and potential clients.

Pros:

WebEx makes things a lot easier for end users. Our company utilizes the Teams add-in and the mobile app every day. It's very convenient to be able to take calls on the go, whether on a laptop or mobile device.

Cons:

It took some time to get accustomed to the admin portal.

Comments: It a strong tool thats has a lot of features for meetings, better than any other on that,

Pros:

It has a very good integration with fixed telephony and videoconferences.

The IA features are still being deployed, all other tools has done it yet

Comments: Webex is always extremely reliable and is an essential tool for my team and I to effectively communicate. This is of utmost importance since we are mostly work from home.

Pros:

Easy to find people, cool messaging features, and the call reliability.

Cons:

Sharing a PowerPoint presentation within a call can be tricky.

Nicest and grandest choice for hosting webinars.

Comments: Superb and very awesome to host webinars with unlimited number of attendees.

Comments: Very rich in features that is expected from a company thats been around for a long time. But it hasn't been new comer friendly yet.

Pros:

Easy to setup and rich features. Comes with a superb customer support that are ready to help 24/7.

Cons:

Can be a steep learning curve for people that are new to video conferencing.

No intuitive interface, features hard to find

Comments: I am an experienced user of video meeting platforms. I operator school, and we do all of our courses online and we had been using Zoom for years before we decided to switch. I experienced a lot of frustration the first time that I used WebEx. A lot of features that I was used to having on the other platform that I use was not available in WebEx. It feels like an old interface that they’re using and there’s definitely a significant learning curve to get started.

Pros:

The video quality of webex was excellent. It has a crystal clear display of all meeting participants.

Cons:

I didn’t find it easy to use. Every other video meeting software I’ve used has been super simple. WebEx feels like an old interface and a lot of the features are hidden or not available.

Webex gave us the ability to incorporate a real-time viewing element when diagnosing customer issues that also layered in the simultaneous ability to consult technical SMEs and avoid escalations as well as resolve issues and questions faster. This improved the customer experience for us and customer satisfaction rose.

Cons:

It is a good product with few if any drawbacks.

Great Collaboration Features With Webex Suite

Pros:

From collaboration to enhancing productivity, Webex Suite has been amazing. Allows personalization and comes at a manageable cost.

Cons:

I have had zero problems using Webex Suite.

Comments: All things considered, Webex is an excellent option for companies searching for a dependable video conferencing system. The capabilities are extensive, the UI is simple to use, and the audio and video quality is superb. The cost is the sole drawback, and for certain businesses, it may be too high.

Pros:

Webex's design is terrible, and its legacy features are hidden behind highly confusing-to-use additional interfaces that strangely worsen the primary UX's design.

Cons:

One of the restrictions of the Webex free edition is the 50-minute meeting maximum. Excessive Resource Usage: On older systems, Webex's high resource consumption may result in freezing or sluggish performance.

Video conferencing Tool

Comments: I like using Webex. It's easy to use and has many helpful features for working together online. The video and sound quality are good, and I find the screen sharing feature useful for showing presentations. I also feel my information is safe with the security measures in place.

Pros:

Webex has many useful tools for working together. It lets us have clear video calls, share the screen, and allow remote access too. We can store files safely and chat instantly. It's easy to use and keeps everything secure, which makes it great for teamwork, no matter where we are.

Cons:

There is nothing I dislike about Webex. It is a simple and easy-to-use tool. However, it requires an internet connection to access.

WebEx sets the standard for meeting software

Comments: I love WebEx. It would be my choice for meeting software. Easy for end users to participate in meetings.

Pros:

I loved WebEx. I would have to host meetings with people from as many as three or four different organizations (clients, vendors, partners, etc.) and WebEx made it super easy for all the invitees to join from wherever they were.

Cons:

Although it was ideal when everyone had the computer app installed, on occasion, some users would have to join via browser window, but that only took a few moments to resolve itself.

Call and Chat through WebEx

Comments: WebEx is a good calling tool. I have been using it from past 6 months. And I am happy to use the service from Cisco.

Pros:

WebEx is a very useful user-friendly calling option. I am using this at my workplace. The major part I liked is the interface. It's simple and unique. The messaging is also great and can be used by anyone.

Cons:

It sometimes gets automatically logged out.

Inferior to Microsoft Teams

Comments: Pretty bad. I only use it because it's the main meeting product at my client, but I would always prefer Microsoft Teams.

Pros:

The fact that you can have a 'personal space' that people can join. That is a nice touch.

Cons:

Everything else. Sound quality is bad, I can't mute other people, it doesn't automatically grab my system mic and webcam.

Comments: We use webex for long time, and I don´t have any complaint

WebEx Review

Comments: My experience personally was pretty good. I can't complain with it considering it's all that was available at the time My company used this product.

Pros:

It was easy to have a conference with other HR managers in the company without having to all meet across the world.

Cons:

Some features are more limited than Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

Well-Utilized Chat Feature

Pros:

Webex allows me to chat, video call, and screen share with fellow coworkers which is especially helpful considering our company has multiple locations in various states. I was able to be trained by someone out of state by daily screen shares. I also appreciated that you could search a chat's history, so I was able to refer back to attachments and conversations I wanted to recall -- again, especially helpful when training. The chat feature also allows you to communicate with anyone in the company without requiring the use of personal cell phones.

Cons:

There was never a time I was unable to perform above tasks by using Webex.

Webex Suite Review: Connecting Teams with Room for Improvement

Comments: Webex Suite has been mostly positive and great tool for connecting me with my team through video calls and chats and I like being able to share my screen and keep everything organized in one place but it can be slow at times and the interface can be tricky to navigate but I find it useful for work even with a few ups and down.

Pros:

Webex Suite is easy for me to communicate with my team, the video calls are clear and I appreciate the ability to share my screen during meetings. It’s also helpful that I can chat with my coworkers and send files all in one place that makes collaboration simple and efficient for me.

Cons:

Things I don’t like about Webex Suite is that it can be slow sometimes, especially when there are many people on a call and the interface can feel a bit confusing at first and it took me some time to figure everything out and I have also noticed that the notifications can be overwhelming making it hard to focus and audio quality isn’t always the best which can be frustrating during important meetings.
