Pros:
i liked sales automation where it automates the repetitive tasks such as remainders and followups and lead prioritization functionality i really liked it. which is saving a lot of time of mine
Cons:
learning curve is very high, due to more number of features and customizations. per user License cost is also high as compared to other CRM provider in the market.
Long time user
Pros:
I love how easy it is to use and customize. And how the application has progressed over the years. I have been using it for 20 years.
Cons:
Sometimes it's hard to keep up with how quickly the technology changes.
Too Complicated and Clunky
Comments: I am not overly impressed with Salesforce Sales Cloud. I prefer my previous provider.

Its took clunky and complicated. Its really difficult to find information and run reports.
Administrative Manager
Comments: Positive experience overall with layout and design for functional program for the business.
Pros:
It is a complete solution to manage the sales process.
Cons:
Sometimes difficult to use and needs an integrator to change or add items.
Salesforce for larger scale operations
Comments: Very good, love the tool and have seen it be used successfully in many places, however if you are a smaller business I would lean towards a cheaper alternative.
Pros:
Salesforce sales cloud is an incredibly powerful CRM that has a wide range of features, functionality and customisation to fit most sales environments. Having used the product for 5 years now I have seen simply how powerful it can be in adapting to any and every sales process
Cons:
The complexity - the level of customisation comes with a price that Salesforce is generally quite hard to manage, and it doesn't solve basic issues whilst solving complex ones that I often don't ever find a use case for.
Great to store & collaborate on data
Comments: Salesforce keeps me organized and stay on top of tasks in my day-to-day work life. It allows me to store sales leads in a simple format, and collaborate with my coworkers in one easy hub.
Pros:
Salesforce is a great hub to store data, and collaborate company wide on data inputted. Plus, it is extremely customizable while working with their team.
Cons:
It takes some time for new users to get used to it and understand, probably due to the tons of functions it offers! It takes some time to navigate through it all.
CRM Platform with best features specific to particular industry
Comments: I am using salesfroce sales cloud for mainly CRM work, where i have intergrated my digital paltforms with Salesforce sales cloud and able to capture the leads directly into CRM, then i have setup workflows and routing for lead distribution among team and able to manage the pipeline as well and maintained all our contacts in the database. by using this our marketing and sales team collaboration is very easier and now they are doing all lead and deasl management tasks very quckly and giving more time for closing the new deals.
Pros:
I liked their inbult tool chatter for collaboration with internal teams, where i am able to share updates and documents.
Cons:
As compared to other CRM Platforms in the market pricing is higher for each individual user, they should implement usage based pricing instead of giving too many features in one package.

Thumbs Up!

Straightforward CRM

Cons:
Often need an expert or lots of training to help customize your personal needs for data collection. Finding/creating reports can be challenging.
Alternatives Considered:
Best CRM software on the market!
Pros:
I love that Salesforce allows you to configure your org as much as you want, even if you find something not possible right away, you can always look for some third-party app on AppExchange or create some custom code to make your usecase work! It provides you with training on their Trailhead platform, where you can earn badges and valuable certifications. As far as for the sales features, it allows you to fully manage all your sales processes in it. It is super intuitive for beginners and really easy to work on!
Cons:
I think the price is the only downside of this solution. This is one of the most expensive CRM software on the market, but it is still understandable why. For someone who looks at the price not knowing it's pros it will just look big, but for a person who sees a value with automating sales processes and decreasing manual work within your sales or support team - it really makes sense.
The Ultimate Business Card Book
Comments: I use it on a daily basis, in general it is a good solution to store everything customer-related, not only as a large business card holder but a project manager deals and agendas.
Pros:
It is a good CRM where everything can be organized by leads and opportunities. I like that it is easy to keep track of everything that is customer related and it allows you to integrate with another different tools for quoting.
Cons:
Since it is all in one, sometimes the interface it is not user-friendly and it can take a while to find what you are looking for.
MY HONEST REVIEW
Comments: My experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud has been largely positive, as it's a robust and versatile platform that offers a wide range of features to streamline sales processes and enhance customer relationship management.
Pros:
Salesforce Sales Cloud stands out for its robust CRM capabilities, advanced automation, powerful analytics, seamless integration, and user-friendly mobile access. Its scalability, customization options, collaboration tools, and AI-driven insights further enhance its value, making it a comprehensive solution for managing and optimizing sales processes. These features collectively contribute to improved sales performance, better customer relationships, and greater business success.
Cons:
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a comprehensive and powerful CRM platform, but its complexity, cost, and customization requirements can be challenging, especially for smaller businesses or those without dedicated technical resources. Improvements in user interface simplicity, pricing transparency, performance, and support quality could enhance the overall user experience and make it more accessible to a broader range of businesses.

Salesforce Sales Cloud for Professionals
Comments: Overall, Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a comprehensive suite of tools and features to empower sales teams, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth. Its scalability and flexibility make it suitable for businesses of all sizes and industries. However, successful implementation and utilization require proper training, customization, and ongoing support.
Pros:
Assisting in the implementation of a cutting-edge, new system to modernise the company. It is simple to use and adaptable, making it possible to add new features as needed to meet corporate requirements.
Cons:
The one drawback I have experienced with SalesForce is that effort may be lost due to the non-automated storage of entered data.
Powerful Tool with a Learning Curve, but Worth the Investment
Comments: My overall experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud has been positive. It’s a powerful tool for managing customer relationships and sales processes, and once you get the hang of it, it can really improve how you work. The platform helps keep everything organized and gives you a clear view of your sales pipeline and performance. It took some time to learn at first because there are so many features, but the customization and automation options are worth it. The ability to work from anywhere with the mobile app is also a huge plus. Overall, it’s a solid tool for any sales team.
Pros:
What I liked most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how easily it can be customized to meet business needs. It helps organize and manage customers and deals in a flexible and simple way. It also allows for quick and accurate reporting, making it easy to track performance and make decisions. The integration with other tools and the mobile app make it convenient for sales teams to work from anywhere.
Cons:
What I liked least about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are so many features and options that it takes time to learn and get comfortable with everything. Also, the customization options, while helpful, sometimes require more technical skills or extra support from a developer, especially if you want something very specific. It’s powerful, but the learning curve and setup can be challenging for new users or small teams without a lot of tech resources.
Professional software to keep track of your leads
Comments: Overall, I think that Salesforce Sales Cloud has benefitted our business in many ways, starting from giving us a platform that understands perfectly the lead nurturing process and analyzes all our data to give us the answers to our sales processes. With this software, we have been able to automate this process that often times include a lot of filtering and categorizing data and it's something that used to take hours, but now with simple steps we have been able to automate these tasks and focus on more important aspects of selling. With this software, we have also been able to make more conscious and informed decisions about our future projects, because it directs us to the right track with its analytics.
Pros:
I like that Sales Cloud has strong and helpful features that have helped us sell faster, but more specifically, the collaboration tools included in this program have been amazing, being able to work as a team in our sales and share different updates and information in real time without leaving the software is important. Additionally, it's possible to manage all of our leads in Sales Cloud and organize all the information about our customers, and put them in categories to make it easier to keep track of them and make customizable content for them. Salesforce Sales Cloud also includes great analytics features that help visualize the data that we have and even shows us insights that are often overlooked, along with the forecasting feature that helps us project our future sales and which path we should go for, and even the AI recommendations have been great for us.
Cons:
I would say that Salesforce Sales Cloud is definitely not easy to use, I wish it was a more friendly platform but when I first started using it, it felt very overwhelming and I had a hard time getting used to all the tools that are included in it. Getting to know in detail each tool and what they do takes a lot of time and this can slow down the process of actually using it, I also think that the customization of the platform itself is very limited and they can do so much more to ensure that the customizing options are broad and can be used by beginners as well.
Salesforce, a practical and useful tool.
Comments: Salesforce is a tool that I use on a daily basis, so my overall experience is pretty good, there are only details to be corrected. It's a useful tool that definitely helps me to provide a good customer service and keep record of each ticket I create.
Pros:
I enjoy creating tickets using Salesforce because it's practical and functional, and you can navigate easily in each ticket. This helps to have each ticket's information faster.
Cons:
Sometimes it glitches when you detach an article and you have to refresh the entire page and the content of a case comment goes lost if you don't save it first.
Salesforce Sales - To manage all the information related to your Accounts
Comments:
After some time getting around and knowing the tool, it became my "single point" to manage my portfolio of Accounts.
I could find all the information about my Accounts, develop business plans or understanding how many times a Customer had interacted with my company.
It provide me with a 360º view of my customers.
Pros:
The huge range of options with that you can personalize SalesForce Sales Cloud. How you can deploy a stable solution to your salesforce teams, worldwide, allowing global companies to align their "way of work" across all the geographies. As an example, it allows companies to use it just as a CRM or even as CRM plus, track open tickets related to their accounts, manage bids and contracts negotiations (even between internal teams).
Cons:
Having so many options to customize, giving you the possibility of interconnecting information from several teams, in one huge CRM tool - relating it to your Accounts, has the negative aspect of having to much information on the same tool. This leads to some difficulty handling and supporting the users, across the several tabs of information available. And to some complexity for the users to navigate around all the info of one specific Account. Salesforce has done their best to facilitate this, and avoid the outcome of "too much information in one place", for the end-users to access.
Salesforce Cloud Expert review
Comments: I have been working jn salesforce cloud and on salesforce software since last 4 years and i feel this a very usefull tool and well know software which is used globally and the most important think which i like is its accessibility of the documents which are stored on the cloud.
Pros:
Easy user interface, best to customer and sales database and multiple documents can also be uploaded for further reference
Cons:
License is very costly and limited options

Pros:
I appreciated the robust client management features, powerful workflow automation, & extensive customization options. These capabilities significantly enhanced customer relationship management & operational efficiency.
Cons:
The steep learning curve & complexity of setup were challenging. Setting up access controls, customizing fields, & configuring workflows required significant time & expertise.
Salesforce is a Top Tool for Work across Large Teams!
Pros:
The convenience and use across large teams
Cons:
The learning curve is steep. Some processes take a bit of time to master
Works okay, if LATENCY does not exist
Comments: Maybe I am used to the latency issue, it sucks but you have to get used to it since most of my work are in Salesforce; it's still helpful to use. but overall it's very usable.
Pros:
It's customizable. The feature where you are allowed to make your own report and customize your own page depending on your needs it's really helpful.
Cons:
The LATENCY. It really sucks, sometimes some of the information would not load, would be stuck on the screen or does not respond.

Salesforce its a must to have in your sales department.!
Comments: My overall experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud has been positive. Its robust CRM capabilities streamline processes, from lead management to analytics. Although the learning curve exists, the scalability and comprehensive features make it an invaluable tool for enhancing sales efficiency and driving business growth.
Pros:
Salesforce Sales Cloud with its comprehensive CRM solutions. Streamlined lead management, robust reporting, and scalability make it a powerful ally for driving sales success and enhancing overall business growth
Cons:
Salesforce Sales Cloud, while powerful, faces a learning curve. The complexity can be overwhelming for new users. Additionally, the cost may be a deterrent for smaller businesses.
Alternatives Considered:
Great software that helps you be more successful
Comments: Used it at multiple companies both as a user and manager/admin levels. Always found it useful and wondered how companies survive without something similar.
Pros:
It allows users to stay organized and on task, also while balancing the needs of the overall business.
Cons:
While a plus to have so many features, it can be overwhelming. Take some time to complete some additional tutorials and training, and it will help.
Excellent product, steep learning curve
Comments: Reflecting on my overall experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, it's a platform that offers a potent combination of versatility, power, and depth, capable of transforming sales processes and boosting team performance. Despite its complexities and the initial investment required to get the most out of it, the benefits it delivers in terms of customer relationship management, sales automation, and actionable insights are undeniable. It's a comprehensive solution that supports businesses in not just meeting but exceeding their sales targets. For companies ready to make the leap, Salesforce Sales Cloud is a tool that scales with your growth, providing a solid foundation for managing customer interactions and driving sales success.
Pros:
What truly sets Salesforce Sales Cloud apart for me is its unparalleled customizability and integration capabilities. The platform's flexibility allows businesses to tailor it to their specific needs, ensuring that it can evolve alongside the company. With its vast ecosystem of applications available through the Salesforce AppExchange, the ability to integrate with other tools and systems is virtually limitless. This ecosystem empowers businesses to create a fully integrated sales process, enhancing efficiency and productivity. The platform's robust analytics and reporting tools have also been a game-changer, providing deep insights into sales metrics and customer data, which in turn drive informed decision-making and strategy refinement.
Cons:
On the flip side, Salesforce Sales Cloud's steep learning curve and complexity can be its Achilles' heel, particularly for smaller teams or businesses without a dedicated Salesforce administrator. The very features that make it so powerful—its vast customizability and extensive functionalities—can also make it daunting for new users to navigate and master. Additionally, the cost can be prohibitive for smaller businesses, with pricing that can quickly escalate as additional features and customizations are added. It requires a significant investment, not just in terms of money, but also time and resources to truly leverage its full potential.
