> **Pros**: Eploy has been a solid ATS for us and is flexible enough to support our fairly complex organisation and recruitment model due to having multiple sites and job families. The system is configurable which has allowed us to shape workflows rather than having to force our processes into a rigid system.&#10;&#10;I like the reporting and data side, once set up properly, it saves a lot of time giving better visibility on key metrics.

> **Cons**: As with most configurable Ats systems there is a learning curve for new users and some areas of the interface could be more intuitive. However once set up and embedded, it works well and supports your requirements.

The wider team outside of the implementation team were always eager to help and we have managed to work on several integrations on tight timeframes together.

> **Cons**: We did have some restrictions in terms of capability around video interview, however, the team were able to find an alternative solution for us.

> It has been fantastic to get to know the whole team through our implementation journey, we have found them responsive and eager to help.
