> **Pros**: The most awesome thing about Dentrix that was super convenient was Dentrix ledger, it automatically calculates the insurance benefits and patient responsibility as well as patient bills.

> **Cons**: Only problem I really encountered was occasional glitches' which slowed things down.

> Overall, it has been a positive experience using Dentrix. It is very user friendly .The financial tools are very beneficial as well. It is an awesome program to be exact\!

> **Pros**: It's basically user-friendly and easy to navigate.  The chart section is good because it allows you to see everything on one page.

> **Cons**: Customer service is terrible.  Every time I call I'm on hold for no less than 20 minutes which is frustrating.  The reports are generic and most don't allow importing them to Excel.
> 
> My overall experience is not that great.  Reports take a long time to run and do not export to Excel.  The selection is generic.  Dentrix is not useful compared to other products on the market.
