The best call center I've worked with

Comments: The preformances of their call center. It's friendly to use, there are a lot of features that provide you ways to customize your use. Great for scaling up sales

Comments: We use Squaretalk for both inbound and outbound calls, so customers can call our business for sales inquiries and facilitate our cold calling efforts. The plateform syncs with our CRM database, giving us a comprehensive view of all relevant interactions. Overall, Squaretalk has been a indispensable tool for our sales team.

Pros:

Squaretalk has significantly boosted our sales operations. Their autodialer has tripled our calling capacity and allowed us to reach more leads in less time. The reporting and analytics features privide valuable insights into call performance and help us to optimize our strategies. The customer support is top-notch, they are always quick to respond and resolve any issues we have.

Cons:

The only downsite we're encountered is the occasional lag in the reporting dashboard. It would also be great to have more real-time updates.

Good for WHF

Comments: Squaretalk is a good VoIP option if your business is spread all over the world like ours. All our agents work from home and we haven’t had any issues with access, call quality, or connection. It’s also very easy to oversee agent performance and keep track of our overall KPIs.

Pros:

It’s easy to use for all types of users and doesn't require an IT department to set up and maintain.

Cons:

Because we have a 24/7 operation, we hit all maintenance windows.

This is just what our company needed

Pros:

The team provided thorough explanation of the systems and conducted themselves with utmost professionalism. Their offer to let us test the system independently for a few hours was exceptional and greatly satisfied our tech team. The synergy between the two softwares is impressive and filled a huge gab in our internal processes. The sales process was remarkably smooth and efficient.

Cons:

In a perfect world it would have been a single system but I'm not technical enough to know if this is possible.

Easy to assimilate and work - reports need more time to be more effective

Comments: I would describe it as very positive, especially in the last year. They are always trying to improve. We get frequent checks by our account handler.

Pros:

Reliability and customer support. Answering rate is very good. Account handler and support available on Whatsapp and quick to reply.

Cons:

Sometimes we got already spammed numbers.I am not sure if it is Squaretalk or carriers mistake.

The communication with them is very easy and we really appreciate their help throughout all the process. Especially, [sensitive content hidden] handled everything from the start, guided us and made sure that the set up and integration will be made quickly and without any problem on the way.The system was set up very quickly and it is very simple and practical to use for both users and administrators. Highly recommended for all business in order for their teams to be more efficient.

Cons:

Haven't experienced any problem so far. Any issue that might have arisen has been immediately fixed by customer support team.

A good system integrated into your crm

Pros:

The system is easy to use, it is simple and practical. From the pms with a single click I can call my clients without having to use dialing. It has many other functions, which I don't really use, but it will certainly work for other businesses. The support is really excellent, the communication is fast and effective.

Cons:

So far I have no criticism of the system; except for two brief moments when the system failed to convert the call. Specific cases, without a doubt.

Predictive Dialer Amazing Product by Innitel

Comments: My company has been clients of Innitel for more than 2 years, one of the reason for applying for their services was because of the Dialer. We use it every day with 4 brands and 5 offices works perfectly every day like a well oiled machine. The Dialer has solved for us many problems and has saved for us alot of money and of course manpower. Any callcenter that makes calls to clients daily must get the Innitel Predictive Dialer .

Comments: I went from making a few hundred calls a day manually and closing 3-4 sales, to making thousands of calls and a daily average of 25 sales. The interface is easy to use and intuitive. And setup was fast and friendly. The support is there to help and advise even when there is a problem.
Really highly recommend using them for you call center.
