In Primetric, I can flexibly create and edit reports based on the data that’s already in the system, so I do not have to prepare information separately. I can also customize my reports and change them as I wish. To add to that, the reports are also connected to the time tracking feature included in the tool, so they are also perfect for monitoring and reporting on employee’s performance. > > **Cons**: The search feature in the People tab could be better. Right now, after I click on one person’s profile, I need to go back and reload the page to see another.
