360Learning makes course and path creation a breeze

Comments: By using 360Learning, we are able to devote more time to our external and internal onboarding and training initiatives. In addition, it promotes individual agency and pride.

Pros:

Our favorite features of 360L are the product's ease of use and the speed with which it can be implemented for internal and external training.

Cons:

The degree to which this product is streamlined and tailored to our needs is difficult to classify, though, because I have never utilized a competing solution. Additionally, like with any SaaS, there is always room for enhancement, and the scheduling can be annoying at times.

Excellent LMS for all kind of projects

Pros:

I used 360Learning twice for two different social organisations, and it was fantastic. We were highly helped by their team to put in place our projects. And the platform is highly easy to use both as an administrator or as a user.

Cons:

The fact that on my former LMS project, I didn't know it was so great to use 360Learning and I instead used Rise Up, and we had a bad experience with their commercial team.

Not The Best Yet, But Certainly On Track To Be

Comments: One of the best things about 360Learning is its customer service. Their CS team is top notch and are always there to help us when we need it. Overall, like many LMS', it is certainly love/hate. We don't love to hate it but we love a lot of what it does but when it doesn't do what it's supposed to or lacks a key feature that some of it's competitors offer, it's a frustrating level of hate.

Pros:

In a fast paced tech environment, the ability to author content at speed is very important. 360Learning allows us to quickly author/build courses that our learners enjoy and have a really great experience with. The user experience is one of the best parts of this product.

Cons:

Its live session feature has A LOT to be desired especially compared to some of it's competitors that offer Events pages, easy sign up and registration, Zoom integrations and more. The other item on my list that floats at the bottom of 'things 360Learning does not do well' is it's automatic timeout feature when learners are consuming content. The feature resets learner progress after 15 minutes of inactivity. Reset, not pick back up where you left off. This is a major pain point for us if we have a video or exercise that is longer than 15 minutes.

Their new AI technology (course building) is amazing. Platform overall is easy to use.

The price tag is hefty compare to their competitors.

Comprehensive and user friendly

Comments: We have had a very good experience that suits our organisation's needs.

Pros:

The platform allows for a great variety of content. Its ease of use make it quick in the implementation of new content, as well as in the inclusion of new authors. Learners are very satisfied with the interface and the interactive elements.

Cons:

Some translations into Spanish and Portuguese were automated and did not match the quality we required, but this was fixed by the developers.

Practical & innovative

Comments: we have signed for a 3 years plan with 360 learning and aim at using the tool for all our Learning strategy. It is precious to count on their learning experience

Pros:

We wanted to invest in a flexible learning platform, creating engagement with our community (starting from scratch in the deployment of our L&D strategy we needed a flexible approach) The quality of customer support, level of experience and expertise of the learning partners have really been useful to start the project

Sturdy LMS

Comments: I really appreciated the support of the 360Learning team: very helpful and nice.The LMS platform is a good one, with many interesting features (very good statistics about training for instance, even if a little hard to use at first). I hoped a few more options to customize the look and feel of the platform for our company.

Pros:

360Learning is a robust learning platform including various features for online training. It is quite easy to use and adopt. The 360Learning was very helpful to launch the platform and answer our specific needs.The collaborative options were interesting for our projects.The various options for quizz and assessment were giving us some creative options to make our contents more lively.

Cons:

The personalization according to our company design specifications was a bit disappointing.The path / session option was restrictive. But it is improving.

Comments: A great source for new and inexperienced users during the onboarding process.

Pros:

Simple to use with a great course building AI.

Not as customisable as I would expect for more advanced and complicated learning.

A comprehensive, modern, collaborative and engaging training platform

Pros:

360Learning helps us to industrialize our training processes: creating modules is simple and efficient, and collaboration between learners and content creators is facilitated. The platform is also sufficiently fun and customizable to engage employees in a skills enhancement program. Last but not least, regular platform updates bring new, ever more powerful (and AI-powered!) functionalities.

Cons:

We hope to see the possibility of customizing the home page even further developed. It's already possible to create a carousel, but we'd also like to be able to put training courses in the spotlight, or create more sections.

A very frendly leraning tool for my company

Pros:

The UI is easy and you can custom it as you like. Frequent updates makes the experience better

I really like working with the platform because it's collaborative social learning, it's user frendly and very easy to design media on it. The updates are regular and the quality of the relationship with the Success Partener Team is great.

Comments: Thanks to 360Learning, we were able to create a unique program, totally tailored to our image and the needs of our learners. The ability to use and model the courses is very satisfying. Our learners are very satisfied with their courses. The support department is very responsive.

Pros:

we really appreciate 360Learning's ease of use and frequent developments. We also appreciate the autonomy of using the tool.

the types of activity integrated into the platform (without recourse to other tools) could evolve further

Comments: We can now accompany our employees during their learning journey. Many statistics are available and a great help to track learning behavour and successful development.

Pros:

The process of deployment was very well planned and accompanied by the 360L team , continously new features are available, an intensiv and great customer service

Comments: Great customer support with an easily to use platform that is customizable to brand standard.

Pros:

Their onboarding process was good. Understood not all companies needed a lengthy handholding but were readily available to answer any questions or hop on a call. Easy to publish and organize content. Open to hearing about feature requests.

Cons:

Not all features are available depending on your tier. Some difficulty in grading users in an efficient way

Comments: We needed to deploy training on a large scale for our customers in order to allow public authorities and design offices to benefit from our expertise. 360Learning allows us to bring our knowledge to our customers for a low cost and strengthen our economic model.Internally, we do not have an easy-to-use platform to easily share the knowledge of our staff.

Pros:

360Learning is an easy-to-implement LMS for deployment teams. The support by 360Learning is effective and close.For the staff, the handling by the trainers and the learners is fluid. The environment is user-friendly. Through this easy deployment, everyone is involved in training and can share their knowledge.For the business, the easy deployment to a large clientele makes it possible to gain in profitability while offering a modern image.Regular updates are a guarantee of quality and responsiveness.

Collaborative Learning Software

Comments: overall this is amazing software because I can quickly build engaging courses and integrate it with zoom. It was relatively simple to integrate and set up because of its simplicity. It also has an amazing screencasting feature!

Pros:

A very user-friendly platform that is great for both mobile and desktop. The support team was responsive and helpful. It is easy to navigate the dashboard to find training courses. I love that I can easily manage training teams and encourage collaboration between employees, students, etc.

Cons:

The only feature I would like to see is the ability to assign passwords and modules to users.

Comments: We use 360learning to onboard customers to our product, which is not the core usage of the tool. We had to adapt a few things, but overall it works great.

Pros:

Simple of use, customisable to adapt to the needs of the company. Great design, gamified, that gets learners engaged.

Cons:

A bit too expensive for our own use of the product.

Comments: The main purpose of the solution for us is to ensure that users of all levels acquire the technical skills needed to function more effectively and to provide them with the best practices learning. 360learning is perfect for this. It has fulfilled all our expectation !

Great and efficient learning platform

Comments: The way this platform improved our learning environment makes it an excellent choice. If any of our personnel have an issue with a course in real-time, they can quickly discuss and work together with their superiors. Participants in these courses immediately and practically benefit from what they learn. We completely redesigned our corporate learning program.

Pros:

The platform has so many wonderful features. Users can score tasks and courses for rapid feedback on the content, and the site includes the capability to capture video and screencasting. There is also a social component akin to Facebook. Numerous branching possibilities are made possible by the availability of private and public groups. Both the content providers and the end user will find it to be very simple to utilize. Due to the system's simplicity of use, we were able to quickly learn it and deploy it.

Cons:

What makes the strong point and the weak point is the diversity of features, which can occasionally take some time to learn.
