Comments: I am able to assign for a course without reserving extra time for it. I can continue whenever I want. It gives me the flexibility to do my job and learn when I have the time for. By this I can steer the overall workload so that I can better benefit from the course.

Pros:

The variety of possibilities that remind me to assign for a course that I was not thinking about or did not know that such a course was existing.

Cons:

The courses are not always the most updated ones so that you can waste time by starting a course that might be too old.

Comments: Udemy is a must-have for a company committed to innovation and constantly developing. More now than ever, with the introduction of AI, tools like Udemy are essential for employees to stay relevant and up to date.

Pros:

By far the best thing about Udemy is the course creation is decentralised. This means the amount of content added is incredible. In addition, for new trends like AI, AI courses were created almost instantly which is hugely important for our employees to stay on the pulse. I've reviewed other learning platforms that curate their own content and they simply can't keep up with a decentralised content creation model. The dashboard is hugely valuable to track learning progress across the business to ensure our employees are up skilling.

Cons:

Udemy is very expensive and a little inflexible when it comes to pricing. Whilst the investment is worth it, the costs of Udemy at scale can quickly become enormous. Given they don't create content, I'd expect them to be significantly more affordable than other providers but they're amongst the most expensive.

If I am a company/organization, I can assign courses to my employees and track their progress.

Cons:

With almost anyone being able to upload courses on the platform, the quality of content posted can vary drastically, and organizations and employees likewise can lose value for money invested.

Pros:

Pros: lots of courses in different areas and topics. All courses are conducted by highly professional teachers/coaches. Video and sound of a great quality. Also, certificates can be used to prove level of expertise.

Cons:

Cons: A little outdated design of the interface. But other than that I'm happy with Udemy!

Comments: My overall experience with Udemy Business was awesome. I used it for learning technical and nontechnical skills. It helped me in learning and also along with it, It has provided the required certification which validates my credibility for those courses, and thus It has helped me in my holistic development.

Pros:

Things I liked most about the Udemy Business isIt can be used as a learning platform for enhancing the knowledge of the learners.Udemy Business provides reputed certification which is very essential for one's growth.A variety of topics and learnings with well highly reputed teachers is what differentiates Udemy business from its competitors.

The only thing which I liked least about the Udemy Business was that it is expensive and One needs to pay more for its certification and learning. Also, The UI interface can also be enhanced for better tracking of competition of the certification.

Comments: If you are from a non-cs background, looking for a good learning platform to start with Udemy business is the best platform. Good quality of content and educators.

Pros:

I am using the Udemy business for my educational purposes for the past 2 years. Even though I am from a non-computer science background, it helps a lot by teaching from the grass-root level. We can identify the time we have spent, and the remaining contents from level bars. Learning paths helps a lot to choose lectures based on our field of interest.

Cons:

Some courses are outdated. If there is a proctored exam is there after the end of the course, it will make certificates more valuable. Some educators replay very late.

Comments: Easy to learn and understand. both paid and free courses are available.

Pros:

Easy to learn, understand and practice. Virtual classroom is very useful to learn new technologies. There are latest technologies to learn and know.

Cons:

Certificates are available to paid courses only and not for free courses. On any occasion, there are free cum certificates course available.

Comments: Great, like the customer service, like for the diversity of courses, many master courses, get a new certification and to learn a new skill.

Pros:

Loved that you can browse a large selection of courses, that you get a certification t the end of each course that you can attach to your CV or show on your Linkedin profile. It is a great competitor for Linkedin Learning and I think the content here is better.

Cons:

Well, not all courses are great. For example, I selected one for affiliate marketing and I can say it was absolutely dreadful to listen to a person who did not speak good English. But, I should of used the preview course option before selecting the course.

Udemy for Business is one of the best online learning platforms that provides thousands of online courses free of cost. I recently completed a course on fire safety from Udemy, a very comprehensive and well-prepared online course. I learned about fire hazards and safety precautions. The said course will help me in my professional life. Udemy's online courses are to the point and relevant to the topic. Courses are prepared on modern concepts, videos are added for more clarity about specific topics; you are your manager to adjust your timing, as courses can be completed at any suitable time. Udemy for Business also provides certificates after a course. For me, it is best in terms of ease of timing schedule.

Cons:

Although the certificate awarded by Udemy after completing an online course has not much worth in the market, the skills and knowledge we gain are essential. More videos relevant to the courses must be provided to understand the concepts clearly.

I face an error that after a period of time some lectures disappear.
