- Good for mystery shopping observation

> **Cons**: - No linkage logic display on screening question when we preview the question.
- No "select all" participants on the AI analysis..

> **Pros**: I like that Indeemo helps us streamline the research process, which allows our  small team to complete a huge research projects faster and effective. The support team was really helpful. I like their quick response and taking in charge in whatever my concern was.

> **Cons**: I think UX/UI of the app can be improve. I feel it can be more intuitive and should not require a lot of effort in learning how to use. Also, sometimes the website feel a bit clunky.

> I would say overall experience is quite positive. Indeemo core value is really amazing. There were some struggles at the beginning so really hope ux/ui would be more intuitive. I'm looking forward to the new functionalities and features.
