Great platform for payroll and manage payments to employees in different countries + good features
Comments: Working with Deel has been great! It gives a ton of options to manage my company payments as I prefer.
Pros:
- The different options available to withdraw money.- Deel Advance for getting payments in advance.- Relatively low commissions.- Deposits directly to my bank account in my local currency with conversion rates higher than what local banks provide.
Cons:
- Only one Deel Advance can be requested at a time. If I need another advance, I have to wait until the next payout to cover it, even if the advance was a low amount.

Deel is good for management world-wide contractors but not a user-friendly platform
Comments: Deel is good for managing contractors and their timesheets (invoices) and getting them paid on time. Due to the frustration over your screens, I try to stay out of Deel as much as I can, except when I am called on for emergency approval, invoice or payments.
Pros:
Contractors get paid on time, with the proper taxes taken and reported.
Cons:
Looking for contractors, contracts, invoices, receipts, approvals, making a payment is not user-friendly at all. Too many menus and screens.
Managing My International Team with Deel
Comments: My experience with Deel was largely positive, providing an efficient solution for managing international payments. The platform excelled in handling various tasks, although improvements in the report section would enhance the user experience.
Pros:
Deel offers an intuitive interface with features tailored to international payments, such as handling multiple currencies and automating compliance. The real-time tracking and invoice management greatly simplified transactions.
Cons:
The report section in Deel lacked customization and was cumbersome to use, making extracting specific data time-consuming. Improving this feature would be beneficial.

Comments: So far good.
Pros:
One place for invoices, one contact point for EOR in multiple countries, easy to review and approved expenses and payments, good overview of the team. Notification about upcoming public holidays.
Cons:
A bit cumbersome way to get and customize reports, not the easiest way to review and approve expenses if submitted by multiple persons.Unclear contracting conditions (especially for EOR that left within 6 months) and payment structure...but this improved now in Sept with the itemized invoice.

Comments: Overall, we've been happy being a Deel customer for years now. [sensitive content hidden] and the team are always available for customer service and that is hard to beat. Being a $1B+ company and the [sensitive content hidden] is still willing to help me in Twitter DMs. Unrivaled customer service.
Pros:
Deel makes it super easy for us to manage and pay our folks on time. Likewise, not having the headache of trying to sort through local tax and employment laws help us stay focused on moving quickly & shipping product. The reliability of knowing people will get paid on time and be in compliance is a huge help to us.
Cons:
There are some UX things that make Deel a bit complicated in some edge cases.

Versatile HR tool
Pros:
It provides readable payrolls, has a nice and easy-to-use UI/UX, and support is really good with almost immediate respond time.
Cons:
The company based in Poland doesn't support all of the tax options for employees, additionally, there's no easy way to take a day off for public holidays that are on Saturday (law in Poland).
Deel made my life BETTER
Comments: I've had an amazing experience using Deel.
Pros:
That it allows me to receive payments in my local currency directly to my bank account. Also the Deel in advance feature is great!

Sometimes I have problem logging in but that's basically it

Moreover, the way Deel has resolved all contract grievances against other companies swiftly has enhanced its credibility. Cons:
It's tough to find significant faults in a platform as robust and user-friendly as Deel. However, there is always room for improvement. I'd appreciate more granular analytics and reporting features. While the existing tools offer a clear overview, having more in-depth insights into payment trends and detailed contract histories could enhance the platform. I also think the user experience for people with multiple currencies could use a tonne of work as this has caused confusion in the past. I also have had a negative experience with rolling contracts being paid out improperly. I think you should be able to just set a contract and simply request an amount to pay out without keeping it organised on a per deel invoice generated basis. E.g. in my last contract I was dealing with a customer who only approved units of work that I submitted, but sometimes I would submit them late, which caused a lot of confusion on the system when I tried to do back-payments on my end. There just needs to be better options for this, in theory we should do these things perfectly but in reality, no.

Modern HR tool to ease remote hires
Comments: We have been a Deel customer for several years, and are overall very happy with the experience. It has made it easier for us to grow in markets were we do not have entities or benefits.
Pros:
I truly like the EOR model of Deel. We have started using this feature more extensively and it has been a success for our ability to hire candidates remotely. We also use the contractor feature that is helpful to us as well, and is a cheaper option.
Cons:
A company that grows changes a lot, and we have had quite a few CSMs over the years we have used Deel. Making building a relationship a bit harder.
Deel Administrator at Start Up
Comments: I've had a great experience using Deel. It allows our company to hire employees all over the world.
Pros:
I like the customer service. The live chat function is very useful and all the customer service reps are extremely informative, professional, and helpful. Our account managers are also great and always available.
Cons:
I'd like there to be a way to put in a contract details and see how much the total cost is with the breakdown for that specific person/role. I think it would also be helpful for Deel customer service/HR experts to meet with employees/contractors along with a member of our HR company. There are times that our wires are crossed.
Alternatives Considered:
Time Saver
Comments: Overall, with normal day to day payments of contractor and employees things go smoothly and work really well with Deel. When there is a hiccup in that, sometimes it can be difficult to resolve. Though at this point the efficiencies improved in day to day operations and payments still outweigh the issues I've run into.
Pros:
Deel setup was done well with a dedicated support person that was incredibly responsive and helpful. To get up and running went pretty smoothly. Their customer service team is very responsive and does their best to solve issues swiftly.
Cons:
There are still some bugs in the software that pop up from time to time.Often teams outside of their customer service team don't have as helpful a mindset.
Deel works perfect on everything I need for now
Comments: Deel is the platform where I receive my salary, and that works perfectly so far. I use a few features of the platform but without any problems. It is easy to understand and perform actions. It should include free charges to more currencies (such as the Canadian dollar and the euro).
Pros:
From my experience of using Deel, it is very easy and intuitive to use. Its design and flow are very pleasant, simple, and direct. I liked how easy it was to request a debit card and track it all the way to my door.
Cons:
What I don't like is having to move my money to other accounts. I know it's not Deel's main purpose, but it would be nice to be able to use it as a permanent bank account.What would I improve? I would like Deel to notify me more clearly when a withdrawal has already been made, as sometimes they arrive sooner than the date shown on the platform and I think it hasn't happened yet.Also, it would be great if the '0% fee' was also for currencies such as the Canadian dollar and the euro.

Simple and easy way to get paid
Comments: Deel has nothing been but a blessing for me, as an individual working remotely and expecting to be paid on time. I never had a problem with the platform, ease of use, convenient access and user friendly through and through. The support team is always a click away if I have any questions or concerns and the perks they offer is just a cherry on the top. Would highly recommend businesses to seek deel services.
Pros:
Helps manage and contracting remote human resources. Makes payment process user friendly, straight forward and direct above all. Multiple payout options give user the liberty of choosing their preferred method. Perks of using Deel in form of advance payment on top of means to get paid.
Cons:
Integrating crypto wallets and other payment gateways could be a welcome change.

Great tool to manage and pay the contractors and compliance
Comments: So far, so good. We recommend it to all of our clients as we are an accounting practice.
Pros:
Deel is improving every month, adding new and new features... We like the most:Options to pay contractors: They are flexibleCompliance: Has standard, country specific agreements and also does the KYC and tax forms.Wide services: Depending in where you locate, types of contractors or employees, Deel has a wide range of services and products and as a CEO, I can decide the cost/benefit and choose one. We are not forced to fit a solution but can choose.Client Service and Support: Our client manager is great and we discuss the risks and options and methodologies to choose the right solutions.
Cons:
None that comes to my mind... but I would say their EOR solution is a bit costly.

Comments: Very easy to use on a daily bases, would totally recommend.
Pros:
The easy steps to get your payments going, the different integrations with Wise and Binance.
Cons:
Sometimes there are a few issues with the binance integration that stops the withdrawals.

Good for first-time international payroll runners
Pros:
Easy to use product that allows our company to hire internationally and compliantly. They are working on the transparency of EOR costs and I can really appreciate that. Customer service is also quick. I'd like to think that I was one of their early customers and I can definitely say they have come a good long way.
Cons:
International hiring can be a headache but Deel tries their best to make it easy.

A Game-Changer for Global Contractors
Comments: My overall experience with Deel has been quite positive. It's been a game-changer for my contracting gigs, offering streamlined global expansion and handling compliance in different countries, which used to be a real headache. Deel has made my life as a contractor way less complicated. It's more than just a payment platform – it's like having a friend who takes care of the boring stuff so I can focus on what I do best.
Cons:
I haven't given the Deel Card a shot myself, but just looking at those transaction fees, it seems like they could pile up before you know it. Another thing I would like to use is to be able to send a transfer to NUBANK in Mexico, seems that this is not an official bank on your platform.

The fact we can create local contracts almost anywhere. Deel will do 90% of the heavy lifting.

Good Service
Comments: My experience using Deel is excellent. The only thing I find is that it is a bit expensive. But the solution they provide is very good, easy to use and saves a lot of work time.
Pros:
What I like about Deel is that I can handle the payroll quickly and easily. The fact that I can make a single mass payment and have the money go directly to the people saves me a lot of time.
Cons:
I would like to have a detailed global vacation report per person.Currently I have to enter person by person to see the Time Off detail.
