About Bigin by Zoho CRM
Bigin helps small businesses move away from spreadsheets and get started with a CRM solution that is truly built for their needs.
I am using this becasue of automation, not very costly, and function wise it is very good. Customer care are not very good, they do not help immediately, need to wait for few days only then call back.
It broke down several times. However, it finally worked.

Great Value for Money for SME's

Pros:
Hard to beat for the price. I am moving over from hubspot after years of happily using their excellent free service. When I looked at upgrading Hubspot, i found that the USD100 p/m price they charge is the same as 1 YEAR of Bigin. for a Solopreneur like me, I need to save money & streamline my workflows wherever I can, so this just makes sense for me.
Cons:
User interface could be nicer - green is a funny colour to use for business

I really want to love it.
Comments: Overall, in spite of the problems, I really like Bigin and am very happy I found it. I'd recommend it for sure. But I'm looking forward to the bugs getting fixed so I can like it more.
Pros:
There is so much I love about this app. It's pretty simple to use, has a lot of great features, probably everything I need, to be honest. After they work out the bugs, I think it will be pretty great.
Cons:
There are bugs, as in some things don't even work, important things. I've reported enough to make me feel like we're beta testers. But though it reveals something about their dev team, I'm still hopeful they'll eventually get it right because they do try hard. It's obvious they put a lot of time and money into their support team, but as hard as they try to get this right, they really need to train them better. Sometimes I end up having to find answers myself and then train them. They also need to have a team in the U.S. as they are very difficult to understand through the thick Indian accent on the phone.
Great for small businesses
Pros:
Bigin is easy to use and pretty user-friendly while still providing a lot of the needs that most companies will be looking for in a CRM. It gives you the ability to set up multiple funnels so your team can handle the job no matter what department they're in or what product/service you sell.
Cons:
Setting up the automations and workflow can be a little confusing at first when you're looking to create something a little different than their templates.

Reasons for Switching to Bigin by Zoho CRM: We're a smaller company, so we didn't need the extensive capabilities of a large CRM.
Any Business seeking clients should use ZoHo Bigin.
Comments: ZoHo Bigin platform is easy to navigate, has comprehensive reports and many integrations with other platforms.
Pros:
The platform has many templates and customization options.
Cons:
I would like to be able to delete a template I am using and begin a new one completely without having the keep the previous template.

What I liked most about Bigin by Zoho CRM is how incredibly easy it is to set up and use. Cons:
What I liked least about Bigin is the limited document handling functionality. There's no option to upload or store documents such as quotes, contracts, or invoices directly in the CRM, which would have been a helpful feature. Additionally, for more advanced reporting or scalability, the platform might feel a bit constrained as your business grows. Some additional customization options in reporting would make it even more powerful.

Best CRM for small startup teams.
Comments: The best for my business. I have a team of 3 people to manage sales and customer success and Bigin was the easy one.
Pros:
It's too easy to use for a small business. I have a restaurant tech startup and the UX and UI is so smooth. They promise a 30 minutes setup and I did it in 15 min.
Cons:
Doesn't have SalesIQ integration, if zoho want to make from bigin the best small CRM you need to make a SalesIQ integration.

Comments: Support team are great, you can selected specific time slots to chat with a support representative, They will assist you with Setup, or if you unsure how to setup your system.

You have various templates to choose from, you can setup your CRM system within a few minutes.

Awesone experience with Bigin CRM by Zoho
Comments: Awesome experience with Bigin CRM. Great reliable customer support provided by Bigin CRM Team. Bigin CCRM is a must use for all start up entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Pros:
The deal pipeline feature is the best of all. Deal management is very essential for keeping an eagle eye on all the accounts so that we can maximize our sales closings month after month, so that no sales slips through the cracks. Kudos to Zoho.
Cons:
Not much cons at these price points. Probably more number of pipelines in the pricing plans would have been a great sweetener.

I TRULY LIKE THIS CRM - EASY TO USE
Comments: When I found this CRM it was like " Thank God" finally I found a tool that I can connect with and be able to use with out much technical learning needed.

I've trialled a number of CRMs for our startup and Bigin is the only system that managed to balance everything I'm looking for. A clean UI, affordable pricing and just the right amount of features to keep our sales team working.

As a newbie to CRMs, I was looking for one with just the right fit and finish
Comments: I'm just getting started on CRMs – including the exploration I did on other platforms like Nimble, HighLevel, and EngageBay. I’m just looking for the right one with the right feeling that’s going to accelerate my business’s growth. Over time with Bigin (or some other CRM), I’d love to see some automations, tie-ins to appropriate third-party apps, and AI integrations. I need a CRM capable of supporting different workflows – and everything that naturally spills out from that process.
Pros:
Bigin seems to have cracked the code for CRM newbies like me. They've done an incredible job of making things remarkably simple on the surface, while clearly having much more to offer within the service. I've spent a lot of time researching CRMs, and Bigin just kept on coming up to the top (especially when I combined features and cost together).
Cons:
I was concerned about the possibilities of a constant upsell from Zoho CRM – as Bigin is the baby version of a much bigger platform. Thankfully they haven't experience this in practice. They haven't oversold me, and I'm very appreciative of that. So, in effect, the biggest Con never materialized!

CRM that delivers a lot for a fair price
Comments: Briefly my total experience was great. In 3 months I tested at least CRM's for my company, which is small and Bigin was the most assertive of all. It helped me a lot the days I used it, and I intend to continue using it.
Pros:
What I liked the most were the automations. They critically optimize my time and help me control my funnels of different prospecting strands.
Cons:
I think the only two issues I miss the most are more integrations to the CRM and the slightly more laborious way of exporting lists to the system. Nothing too complicated either, but it makes a slight difference.

Comments: For the most part, I have had a good experience with Bigin
Pros:
The first time I came across Bigin, I wondered why a company would have two CRM tools (Zoho also has Zoho CRM)... but then I understood: Bigin focuses on the pipeline aspect of a CRM. The one thing that stroke me the most at first was the fact that Bigin was really a mobile-focused CRM. Pipelines, workflows (another name for automations in Bigin), and activity management are powerful, but I think that it is really in its mobile-first approach that Bigin shines. Its Signals are the perfect way to make sure you never forget to do something, and if you are an Apple user, you can even write or use a pencil on your iPad. Something I really enjoy is the ability to create widget to add to my smartphone homepage. This is great because I can easily get an overview of different things – e.g. tasks I need to carry out, upcoming appointments for the week – without having to be in front of my computer or without having to log into the Bigin mobile app. A simple swipe from my phone's home screen and I can see all of that.
Cons:
Depending on what you would like a CRM tool to do for you, you may find that Bigin is lacking some things... For me, the main con is the fact that the premium plan has a limit of 50,000 contacts/record (though it is true that you can add more by paying)
A Solid Springboard for Small Business Email
Comments: Zoho Begin is a fantastic starting point for small businesses and startups. It's easy to use, keeps your wallet happy, and has the essential tools to tame the email beast and nurture those leads. But, if you crave more advanced features, you might need to explore other options.
Pros:
First things first, this thing is easy to use. No tech degree required, just point and click. Even my grandma (well, maybe not my grandma...) could probably figure it out. Plus, there's a free plan that's perfect for testing the waters before you dive in. The paid plans are budget-friendly too, which is a major win for a small business like us. And for the price, you get some cool features like automated emails (lifesaver!) and a system that helps you prioritize leads. Zoho Begin also plays nicely with other Zoho apps, which is a bonus if you're already part of the Zoho fam. Everything feels connected and streamlined. Not Quite Perfect
Cons:
Now, don't get me wrong, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. Zoho Begin doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some other CRMs. If you're looking for fancy marketing automation or super detailed sales pipeline stuff, you might need to look elsewhere. Also, the integrations with other Zoho apps can be a bit tricky to set up. It wasn't exactly a walk in the park for our not-so-tech-savvy team.

Comments: Love it, my husband also uses this as the simpilicity is great and the options for doing everything is there. Great product for the tech guy and the not so tech guy.

We love the CRm for functionality and the fact that I can upload files to each contact and project within the CRM.

I haven't been able to figure out the tasks part but I am having a rep call me again to go through this, they are very good in the service end and helping you as the customer
They need to remove the ajax query function from the search bar and the search article bar

Having ajax in a tool like that does give an excellent impression at first glance, not having to pop-up to a different window each time you do a search the sad part is this search bar function fails more than often to the extent I have to delete and start over or even as bad as refreshing the screen. I never put reviews but i will appreciate the team looking into this or at least having a button to switch from ajax to normal opening another window to load data.
