Easy and Powerful

Comments: It is an extremely satisfying experience.

Pros:

Excellent features that are more than necessary for every SME. It has more than I imagined and I am now implementing new processes based on the capabilities. I am trying to master the automation in order to make it even more powerful and useful. The ease of use is just amazing!

Cons:

Microsoft Office integration could be improved.

Great product with easy to use features

Comments: It was positive overall, but mostly to a really good product which seems basic but has plenty of feature to start with.

Pros:

Easy to implement. We were up and running within 24 hours. It is easy to customize along the way as you see or need to make changes.

Cons:

Service is lacking. While the product is easy to use, you will have questions and the service is offshore and very very spotty

They need to remove the ajax query function from the search bar and the search article bar

Comments: great

Pros:

pretty much all you need on a crm.

Cons:

Having ajax in a tool like that does give an excellent impression at first glance, not having to pop-up to a different window each time you do a search the sad part is this search bar function fails more than often to the extent I have to delete and start over or even as bad as refreshing the screen. I never put reviews but i will appreciate the team looking into this or at least having a button to switch from ajax to normal opening another window to load data.

CRM for statups

Comments: It's got us from an excel spreadsheet to an actual CRM with sales pipeline.

Pros:

The main pros were it's easy to set up and import data and there's enough features to keep us running. When we need to expand there's not a bit drama as we'll move into zoho.

Cons:

Contacts are mapped based on entities/companies so we had to adjust our import process but it wasn't a big deal

Great CRM at a low price with high-end features

Comments: It works and is easy to use. I highly recommend this CRM especially if $$$ are tight.

Pros:

The fact that even at a high price the platform has features that usually come with a much higher price.

Cons:

I can't think of anything at this time, but no CRM is perfect and different CRMs fit different people.

The best CRM for small businesses.

Pros:

Zoho Bigin is a straightforward, cost-effective, and user-friendly CRM tailored for small enterprises. The interface is sleek and uncluttered, which I adore. It provides all the vital CRM functionalities required by small businesses, such as managing contacts, leads, and deals. Moreover, Zoho Bigin effortlessly syncs with other Zoho offerings.

Cons:

What I miss the most is an overview of the entire email inbox (a view of all emails) so that I can quickly see who opened the email and who didn't.

An assurance beginning

Pros:

With such incredible features, Zoho Bigin is just amazing. It has no flaws and is flawless. Its usefulness completely astounds me. I am even more thrilled that this is an Indian product! One of the greatest CRM apps for small businesses is this one. I've been experimenting with many approaches, like using Google Sheets and other programs, but this one works incredibly well.

Cons:

When compared to other SaaS products, it has a little rougher overall UX/UI, and regrettably, in order to interface with email, it needs full access to your Gmail account. I've been unable to utilize the email integration because of this.

Great solution for pipeline tracking for my single employee business

Comments: Very easy to setup, very easy to use on a daily basis. I'm still looking for a way to provide clients with views relevant to them without giving them access to the system directly.

Pros:

The platform is very intuitive to use. It takes 5 minutes to understand where the important elements sit, how to edit them & overall how to make the system work for you. It's easily customizable. The mobile app shares the same ease of use as its web counterpart.

Cons:

The only feature I'd like to have is a better download function. I'd like to share the pipeline that is specific to only certain clients (sales leads for specific to a single client only).

Pros:

The system is simple, not complicated like other CRMs, so I think it's really great

Cons:

Bigin is a great tool for working on projects and customer service. I have been using it for some time and I can certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a proven CRM system.

Bigin is the business - brilliant CRM for small businesses

Comments: Bigin by ZOHO CRM is absolutely fantastic! I love everything about it. I've tried lots of other tools and not been sold. This one is the best by miles - and the most affordable!!!

Pros:

Bigin is very easy to use, and others also pick it up quickly. The best part is customising fields for all modules - super quick and easy to do and can be done on the fly. The Gmail add-on is also excellent, and seamless, as is the use of IMAP emails. Brilliant tool.

Cons:

Not any con's I can think of, other than the email templates bit wasn't as intuitive as the rest. I worked it out, but that was the only thing that had me a tad puzzled for a while. Very minor detail.

Alternatives Considered: Airtable and HubSpot CRM

Reasons for Choosing Bigin by Zoho CRM: HubSpot is very complicated when it comes to customising fields and processes. I was really invested in making it work, watched tutorials etc, but I gave up this month and I just wish I had checked out Bigin years ago!!!

the best crm for startup's!

Comments: So far I and my team have become very comfortable with bigin.

Pros:

I have been using Zoho for 15 days and can claim it is the most user-friendly CRM/ sales management tool for startups, with a lot of productivity features like I-MAP for emails, and great templates. If I had a query in the first few days the team is very responsive and proactive in supporting you. Highly recommended product for sales teams.

Cons:

It would be nice if onboarding can be done in the trial perios.

Bigin CRM is perfect for our Small Business

Pros:

The Sales Pipeline is very intuitive and simple. We always pull up the Bigin Sales Pipeline on our weekly sales call as the team discusses current sales opportunities.

Cons:

Little tricky to find things sometimes. For example, today I tried to figure out how to merge multiple contacts into one contact to eliminate duplicates. Was pretty intuitive in ZoHo CRM, but not as easy to do in Bigin.

Comments: Client activity is consistent and I don't forget deals

Pros:

The Deal stages and Dashboard features are what I use the most. I am able to keep track of my progress and set activities for myself.

Cons:

Probability feature for each deal stage would be helpful to estimate what I could close off with on the month

A good CRM for small businesses

Comments: I used the software for a group of my clients. They were all a small businesses owner. It takes no time to setup and learn how it works. And their saying «a big CRM doesn't mean big results» is totally right.

Pros:

The feature of migration from Bigin to Zoho CRM with just a click without losing a single bit of data and without tech expertise.

Cons:

I didn't see anything disappointed me. It is a CRM for small businesses. I won't complain if it lacks a feature or two that just the big corporations need.

Easy and efficient

Comments: Great, I'm very impressed with the software; how easy and intuitive it is. I really like the user-face - it makes sense!

Pros:

Bigin has a very intuitive user-face. It is easy to set up and will enable our company to manage our sales, order fulfilment and customer service all from one place. Workflow functionality enables us to automate routine tasks, helping us to work efficiently. Integrations with Campaigns, Analytics and Forms is useful for us.

Cons:

In the premier package I would like more workflows/conditions/actions and notifications as standard. I would also like more email templates and the option of more complex webforms as standard. More of each of these can be purchased, thankfully and Zoho forms can be integrated if necessary.

For CRM-beginners & small business very useful

Comments: We tested some other products, notably SugarCRM, Dolibarr and Odoo CRM, but never got beyond the experimental stage as they were all too complicated for our purposes.

Pros:

The prerequisite for using a CRM in our company were low costs and the possibility of training even inexperienced employees in the shortest possible time.Under these conditions, it was important for us to have full integration of the CRM on mobile phones, so that employees can edit companies, contacts and related things on the mobile phone while on the go, without having to edit this data afterwards by an administrator.

Cons:

When importing companies and contacts using the file structures of the sample files, it is irritating that Bigin does not automatically link several fields of the sample files. However, if you ignore the relevant message, the import will take place without any problems. The integration of whatsApp is not offered - at least in the free trial version.

Please add Calendar Features on Bigin

Pros:

Price & easy to setup. The CRM was so simple for self setup & easy to mantain and use by user.

Cons:

This CRM doesn't have calendar feature so I can monitor team's meeting and activity.

Simple & effective solution for SMEs

Pros:

So far so good, fast and easy upgrade from using spreadsheets for everything in sales funnel. Reasonable pricing and intuitive UI.

Cons:

They need to work upon the insights available from all the sales pipelines. Though dashboards are available for review however, for some critical deals, there should be alert mechanism if deal is breaking through
