Loox is a solid all arounder

Comments: overall I think it was a great platform, it just did not exactly fit what I was looking for so I did prefer other options. I think that if you are looking to start with a platform then this is a great option but if you're looking to transfer over I think you're better off with some of the more elite options

Pros:

One of the features I like the most about loox was how well integrated it was, although now I think it has taken a little bit of a backseat to some of the other review platforms out there in that regard

Cons:

My least liked thing about loox is that If you have previous reviews it wasn't as easy to change over to this software as it was with other ones A lot of them are able to go into some sort of generic import template but I didn't find that to be quite as simple with this one as it was with others and in fact I did not even import any of my old reviews

The Only Social Proof App You Will Ever Need

Pros:

It is easy to import genuine product reviews with photos for your Shopify store! To help set up social proof on your webstore and improve credibility and trust.

Cons:

They do not offer a free plan, and they do not easily integrate or embed within all themes, especially on the product description page; I was finding it hard to replace Loox's imported reviews within the existing section of my product reviews on the product page.

Solid review platform

Comments: Good but can be better. Need to make it more customizable.

Pros:

Easy to use and not too complicated like a lot of other apps.

Cons:

Need more customizations. It’s pretty much made as “one size fits all” which is good enough for most businesses but as you grow, you might want to make it more custom.

Having the opportunity to import reviews, mange them, get them on time is crucial. All this increase the liv our clients and their satisfaction!

Pros:

i love the new feature where a customer can do video reviews. i love that i can choose coupon codes for customers to give reviews i love have easy it was for integration.

Cons:

i actually do not have any cons at this time.

THis app helped us build our reviews from zero to over 100. It's an attractive addition to our site and brings so much credibility to our products.

Pros:

I've tried a few, there's many copycats doing the same, they're the best and implementing new features often, new with video reviews.

Cons:

It is also pretty much the most expensive, you get what you pay for

Pros:

I love the dashboard, the coupon incentives for customers to leave photo/ video reviews, and the reminders the app sends out to each customer.

Cons:

I wish the review request email had more flexibility when it comes to the email address the review request messages are sent from.

The Growth plan charges 30$ for 300 additional mails - I think this is very expensive, similar to TrustPilot which is a level above.

The reviews on our website provide excellent social proof that helps us to convert sales. The customer service team at Loox have been quick to respond and help us when we have reached out.
