"Arcmail: a good option to archive your emails"

Pros: The best thing about Arcmails is its simplicity, given that its interface is similar to that of popular products such as Microsoft Outlook. It is capable of archiving emails and all types of data, as well as indexing them.

Cons: I do not find anything negative in the product so far

"Email Archival Appliance - Easy and convenient"

Comments: Arcmail allows us to easily search and retrieve emails within our organization.

Pros: Easy to use interface that allows users to easily search and restore emails.

Cons: Internally, we have increased the amount of email data file size. We may have to look at updating our appliance or go to their cloud solution.

"Tech Support don't answer calls"

Comments: Was good till went to data443

Pros: Its web based...........................

Cons: Hasn't worked for several days, Tech support don't answer

We were very sorry to hear you were not getting your call answered. We immediately looked into our phone records and found that you were calling after our normal business hours of 8-5pm EST. We also addressed an issue with our after hours answering service as that should have been picking up your call, but during the transition over to Data443 we were still working out some kinks with that provider. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We also had your account manager reach out by phone immediately and hopefully you have since been able to successfully login to our support portal to see your active support tickets. We can always be reached by email or the customer support portal if ever the phones act up again.
