Chmeetings is the one for me!

Comments: I had information in Word and Excel, as I composed year-end giving statements. Now, it's all in one place!

Pros:

It makes it easy for a pastor at a small church, who wears many hats to manage the giving. Everything is in one place!

Cons:

Adding additional online giving apps (Tithe.ly and Givelify) would be very helpful for me!

The Best Church Management Software By Far

Comments: My experience has been great, super impressed with the customer service from the team. One thing I probably most appreciate is they are always actively releasing new updates to the software and readily embrace suggestions to improve the software wherever possible.

Pros:

There are many things, but one would be the ease of use of the app builder, very intuitive. And love the feature of the app where members can see their own 'My Giving' report. Also I love the follow-ups feature to effectively monitor and ensure members are receiving the necessary attention with no-one being neglected.

Cons:

I think the only thing missing to complete the package would be to offer a website too, but maybe with AI tech advancing then this could be introduced later. And I wish the images within the app stretched to the ends of the screen. would give a better appearance.

Needs to be more User Friendly

Comments: It's mostly positive. The things it is lacking are not exactly negatives.

Pros:

The low cost for being able to do what we need it to do. It's a little clumsy and takes extra time to figure things out, but since we can't really afford a more expensive app, it's working for now.

Cons:

It took time for me to figure out how to navigate the app and often I have to demonstrate to church members how to use it because it's not very intuitive. I would like a message board or chat feature. It would also be nice if members/users could choose upcoming events they would like to be reminded about with a notification or email. I wish there were more inexpensive label printer options compatible with the app. I wish there was a list view that showed both the date and volunteers' names for planning. Being able to print that list/calendar would also be very helpful.

Better than Breeze

Comments: Overall experience has been very positive. I look forward to using this with our congregation and seeing the updates that are to come. You can't go wrong with ChMeetings!

Pros:

I love the ease of use. The website is very well laid out and intuitive. The quick response from the support team has been greatly appreciated, and the available resources are really helpful as well. I love the integrated accounting and appointment features. Definitely something that makes them stand out from the competition.

Cons:

I don't like the worship/song tools available. If you are familiar with Planning Center, there is no official song library or Music Stand alternative app. I would like to see this added in the future.

Great for church use

Comments: Great service, great product, great price.

Pros:

The ease of use to enter information. Adding membership dates, so we are mot keeping a separate log

Ultimate platform especially for small-medium church

Comments: It's been a smooth, seamless, cost-effective transition. We didn't skip a beat transferring over from our previous platform, which was costing us over five times more.

Pros:

For a smaller church like ours, it does everything that more expensive options did for us before, at a fraction of the cost. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, and it includes all the essential features and more. Many users can have the app in their own language on their device, and that makes a big difference in an urban, multicultural church.

Cons:

We have no complaints at all. We have no negative feedback to share at this point.

Comments: Overall, this is a very good software with mobile application support that helps us in managing our church requirements.

Pros:

This software helps us to easily record members' profile, groupings between regulars and not regulars, online forms, and most of all, tracking of weekly Worship attendance via mobile application

Cons:

Options for flexibility in reporting. There are reports that I am not able to find.

Feature-packed, comprehensive, scalable, and intuitive church software at an incredibly reasonable price.

Cons:

The voice messaging feature does not leave a voicemail if a member doesn't answer.

Comments: I taught my trustee the program in a day. We are still learning; however, the struggle is so much smaller knowing that we can see the information at any given time from anywhere.

Pros:

The possibilities are endless and affordable. We are a small church; however, booking is essential for any size church. Chmeetings allows us to tap into a system that allows growth and expansion.

Cons:

Once the date is selected while keying; at times, it will revert to the present date instead of remaining on the date initially keyed.

ChMeetings the way to go

Comments: Excellent, Ive have trialed more than 20 different systems and nothing comes close to ChMeetings or their price

Pros:

Its user friendly and does exactly what is needed of a fully fledged church system

Cons:

Sometimes the custom app is updating on loading even when havent published an update

Why would you want chmeetings for your organization?

Comments: Overall, I love the program and what it does for our church it is definitely a blessing to us and much more friendly that the last software we had.

Pros:

I love the ease of setting up areas of use for our church and the inputting of individuals, information, tracking and providing information when needed.

Cons:

When you want to set up a new field of information, i.e. on follow-up when adding new people to this group this has proven to be difficult.

Great experience

Pros:

An app tailormade for church management with a great customer support that translated the whole program into Swedish in just a week enabling my church members to use it in their native language.

Cons:

I'm trying to come up with a down side but after eight months of use I still haven't found any.

Great Tool for Church Management

Comments: I love it! The simplicity is amazing. Also, the ability to set up and test while in trial mode made this program a winner for us!

Pros:

Ease of implementation, capturing and reporting offerings, ability to capture online donations, and ability of members to manage and update their own personal information.

Cons:

Lack of instructions for customizing giving statements. As a former web programmer, I was able to figure it out through trial and error.

Improved efficiency and a time saver!

Comments: Everytime something seems difficult, help has been available.

Pros:

The management of pledges and online donations and the ease of generating year-end or periodic donor statements works beautifully.The calendar of events and the ability to add details, including an map to our location, registration forms, Zoom links, and a virtual collection plate.The digital directory that connects our community.

Cons:

Every time we suggested ways to improve things, they were improved to our satisfaction.

What a great resource!

Pros:

ChMeetings offers big capabilities at the fraction of the price of other softwares. It's easy to use, and efficient. It's so easy to manage members,attendance, and Sign ups

Cons:

The only cons are that ALL features are not available mobily. I use an Ipad more than a desktop

Chmeetings is very easy to use and has a well organized site layout.

Transferring information over was a little bit of a pain but definitely worth it.

The UI is extremely functional and the product has a fantastic array of features included in the one price. This is a big benefit for a church plant. The included app makes the production of a church directory very simple and able to suit those with a tech bent and those who prefer a hard copy.The development and customer support teams are extremely responsive to requests, both support and change

Easy to use, lots of great features, wonderful customer support and a great price. We are able to save a lot of time with the features it offers!

Cons:

Can think of anything. We had one feature we wanted added for making a printed directory and when we asked customer support, they added it within a week or so. Thanks!

Comments: Overall, the experience with ChMeetings has been great!

Pros:

I enjoy the ease of setup and the user interface. The application is simple yet does most of the things our group needs.

Cons:

I don't like that there isn't a feature to do recurring texts. This is very limiting and the only reason I don't rate the application a 10/10.

Comments: It has been super easy to implement, and the development team has been quick to respond and even incorporate extra features that I asked for!

Pros:

It has so many features at a really good price.

The rostering ('volunteers') feature originally lacked some good features, but now they are being improved too!

Comments: Friendly staff. Our suggestions are considered and at time implemented in the product. Overall cost is inexpensive and easy to use. Cannot wait for future enhancements and features.

Pros:

Product is user friendly, and was easy to set up. Knowledge base is very informative. The staff is friendly, pleasant and professional. We mainly communicate with Mary and George, and they are awesome to work with.

Cons:

Nothing so far that we have experienced.
