> **Pros**: I can manage my client base from my computer and everything is stored on my CRM so I don't have to use multiple devices or have to log any conversations manually any more. 

I didn't send many texts out previously as it was so time consuming. Texting is considerably more interpersonal than an email though so my response rate for business opportunities has raised significantly compared to emails and it's a lot quicker.

> **Cons**: There hasn't been any major issues. Tech support has always been available and very helpful to address any problems which were usually user error on my behalf. It's pretty straightforward so not much can go wrong.

> Txtsync has allowed me to reach and manage a large customer base which has been invaluable in connecting with them on a personal level - whilst being incredibly efficient and cost effective.  Pleasantly suprised how well it integrates into Microsoft Dynamics without any headaches.

> I definitely wouldn't recommend this application TxtSync. Their approval process can take well over a week and their support response time is very much the same. I've been reviewing text connectors with PowerApps/Automate and this is very much ranking at the bottom of the list at the moment.
