Comments: The Turnkey customer/account services teams is excellent. You can expect customized support. They worked with the customer closely in transitioning the platform, establishing the necessary features that can meet the business needs. They are also open for suggestions for improvement. Always come back to the customer with new ideas to improve the process and user experience. Account services are available to support not just during the ramp up stage but all the way throughout the sustaining phase.

Pros: Turnkey is user-friendly both easy to use and reliable in capturing various types of emissions sources (energy, water, materials, waste, logistic etc). It's a vital tool for management and regulatory compliance reporting.
The gap report and data validation are great features to facilitate administrators in monitoring data input across the organizations while ensuring data integrity.
Allow users to document evidence (upload supporting documentation) for tracking and facilitate auditing.
Turnkey is a modular design platform with high flexibility to meet requirements of different business/industry sectors.
Turnkey has a straight forward Reporting module, users just pick and choose the data output according to their requirements.

Cons: The solution is intuitive but it would be great to equip with in-app User guide/Help function for better user experience.
When there are new attributes (unit of measure, new source of materials) that is not currently available, we need to approach the Turnkey support group for help. Maybe there are certain features that could be delegated to admin users to manage.

Comments: The tool is useful for companies with offices in different regions and saves the time in consolidating messy data sheets. They also have preset emission factors and conversion assumptions to synchronise the calculations for comparable results.

Pros: Turnkey’s easy upload functions provided a consistent and convenient way for data entry users. We no longer had the difficulty to try and interpret different versions of spreadsheet or formatting. While the summary tables and visual dashboard function are exceptionally useful for getting an overview quickly for data management.

Cons: There were no gap analysis and email notification system at first, but the software team came up with solutions to our problems.
