> **Pros**: Respond.io has a great balance between structured and flexibility, to be able to set your company's account up to suit your needs. &#10;It is very easy for us to onboard our staff quickly, and the mobile app helps a lot. &#10;Between the community support, the canny.io board and the support received via Respond's WhatsApp channel, we've always been in good hands - and have had the proper escalation facilitated in unique cases. &#10;They are always working on improving the product - we've been a client for the past 2 years and it looks a lot different than when we signed up initially. All the build seems to be client-led, given that we can log requests and vote on them via Canny.

> **Cons**: Sometimes, the data in certain client fields just clear without explanation. We've had to make provisions to cater for this. &#10;The fields on the sidebars don't allow for formulae/calculation and have a limited amount of text you can use.
