The literature review keeps breaking your inclusions and exclusions for no obvious reason. The AI agent will let you into a maze to burn your credits (5500), delivering nothing. I use the first three days in my billing period on things that do not require intelligence, with outcomes that you can have better results with using ChatGPT. Their support is AI-generated and designed to get on your nerves and to drive you crazy. To be fair, it could suit research related to social sciences. If you are in the hard sciences or engineering, it is not ready yet. > > Frustrating and credit burnout with no outcomes. Bad support. In my field, microfluidics, it was totally a waste of time.
