It's been great for what I needed. Customer service has been helpful when I wasn't able to find the information I needed in the help section.

> **Cons**: There was a little trouble getting things setup and how email-to-text worked. It took a bit of time to get a toll-free number approved. How-to articles could be expanded and written a bit better.
