> De maneira geral, minha avaliação sobre o sistema é bastante positiva. &#10;É uma sistema bem completo, atendendo amplamente às necessidades e proporcionando ganhos significativos em termos de eficiência e controle. &#10;A fase de pós implementação tem apresentado alguns desafios, especialmente em relação à implementação de melhorias contínuas (expansão de novas áreas da empresa para a utilização da deskmanager) e evolução de dados gerenciais para apresentação. &#10;Acredito que o time de CS poderia propor maneiras melhores de implementar um caso dentro da ferramenta e não somente "resolver/ou não" o que assunto/necessidade apresentada.

> **Pros**: Layout minimalista e visualmente amigável com features que no primeiro momento são simples de serem aprendidas, mas possui uma alta complexidade de conhecimento e configurações dentro das ferramentas disponibilizadas dentro da plataforma.

> **Cons**: Não ter a intelência artificial atuando em grande parte da plataforma, ex: CMDB onde se encontra o controle de ic's, ainda não tem uma "ferramente IA" dentro desse app para talvez fazer uma criação de ic automática ou pré-prontos de exportação de relatório de ic's, e, também não possuir uma features de criação de chamados e ic's.
