From a systems perspective, Rippling has also helped streamline key integrations, particularly between Rippling and Azure. This has meaningfully supported our IT teams in managing user access, provisioning, and deprovisioning more efficiently, reducing manual effort and improving overall control. > > **Cons**: The biggest challenge has been platform stability across core modules. Features can break or change without notice, and fixes in one area often create downstream issues elsewhere. This creates operational friction and increases reliance on support and engineering escalation. There is also a noticeable gap between what is sold as available or “ready” functionality and what is consistently stable in practice.
