I once experienced an issue with texting, but it was promptly resolved by their professional and communicative support team. The convenience of being able to text through both the web and mobile apps makes staying connected effortless. I also appreciate how well it integrates with Bullhorn, allowing for accurate note-taking. I use Ringover daily and it continues to perform exceptionally well.

The app allows us to make calls outside of the office but whilst still using the office phone number, which is useful as many customers know our number and also protects staff from giving away their own personal numbers if they have to make calls outside of the office. &#10;&#10;The customer service team have generally been responsive when required.

> **Cons**: The app doesn't allow you to stay logged in, but stop receiving calls. So I have to log in and out each time to avoid receiving calls when not working.
