Meets the expectations

Comments: Payroll summary feature that allows you to have overview of the whole payroll calculation process helped us a lot during the time we use Factorial.

Pros:

Payroll management feature and the payroll summary might be the best when using Factorial. Has great features and really easy to understand the whole points. Training a new comer employee with this product helps a lot as it can show every process step by step, which we loved.

Cons:

Too simple and not fast enough when navigating.

More time to focus on other tasks

Comments: Reduces paperwork and has a dedicated support experts and consultancy. There is data security and reliability.

Pros:

I have experienced high time saving routine through automation. On top of being easy to use, Factorial has all HR tools required to build an intuitive HR process. Shift management is a desirable feature which helps us in scheduling effortlessly. Integration is impressive too.

Cons:

None in my experience. All my expectations were well catered for and I look forward to more achievements.

Comments: Poor and unhelpful service.Support is useless, if they respond at all.Our account handler keeps sending us PDFs to get us to pay more.

They have changed the pricing on us 4 times increasing each time and now and want us to now double AGAIN

I didn't encounter any significant flaws with Factorial; it worked smoothly for my needs.

I honestly don’t have any negative comments about Factorial. It’s been a smooth and efficient tool for managing HR tasks, and it’s worked well for our team so far!

Factorial helps us to manage staffs pretty straightforward.

I have not come accross any major issues as such.

Very intuitive and usable software to record hours and record vacations for your work team.

The signing functionality is very manual. This section could be automated a little.

Pros:

I like factorial for its employee management abilities including profile creation and payroll management. It easily tracks task done for perfomance related bonuses.

Cons:

The dashboard can be made more user friendly in my considered opinion.

Overall Good

Pros:

It looked and felt good overall. The user experience was ok and things were easy to find.

Cons:

I really dislike the holiday view, specially in big companies. I much prefer BambooHR's calendar view with people's names on it.

Automate your HR Processes with Factorial

Pros:

It has helped our HR team automate their process, it is more impressive because of the ease of integration to other tools/platform. Greatly recommended!

Cons:

None! Very happy with the results when using this platform.

Excellent Software

Comments: I'm super satisfied, Factorial cover everything we need for our HR processes and we can save a lot of time by not doing manual tasks.

Pros:

All in one HR software, covering everything we need to manage our HR process. Easy time clock and time tracking, PTO, evaluation performance, documents, and digital signature.

Cons:

It's easy to use and intuitive. Had to contact support to integrate with other APIs, but they were really helpful.

Must have for the mid size company

Comments: GREAT! You need to improve customer services / services desk sometime tickets get loss.

Pros:

the UX/ UI, how easy is to start with setting and documents to be uploaded.

Cons:

When a release is done, we experience several bugs and then we need to figure our what happens. Time tracking, we can't add different work schedules, besides 40-20 hours, e.g. we don't have m-t full day and Friday half day. Signature process som time is quite complicated, I know all this things are a work in progress, and so far I really like / love your solution!

Organising and bringing team together!

Comments: Every part of the process has been great: The onboarding, support and the constant available videos, articles and content really prove that Factorial are the best in the sector!

Pros:

What I like most about Factorial is obviously how user friendly it is for our employees, our team managers and ourselves as administrators. This is not only useful for organising fair time off for holidays but it also allows team members to check in on who and when fellow colleagues are here - therefore helping them plan projects etc. The social side: making visible different events on the dashboard such as team outings, birthdays, events etc..

Cons:

How we currently are using Factorial, all the features are apt for us.

Factorial easy and clean approach to HR

Comments: Absolutely positive!

In the TASKS section when you create a form you can't decide the order of tasks

Good HR software for small companies

Pros:

The possibility to manage all aspects of our employee in the same place and according to Spanish law.

Cons:

Factorial could offer more space to upload public documents for the whole company, and the most important to organize them in different folders, like Google drive.

Easy to use and reliable

Pros:

Very easy to use, good UI/UX, very clear with permissions, easy to roll out.

Cons:

It's good as a free tool for very small companies

It's free so that's good. You can do holiday mgmt, benefits and upload docs in one place, that separates them from other free tools

Cons:

Very limited, as the reporting is very limited as well as the features. Can't do much once your company starts scaling.

Great HR software!!

Pros:

I like how "easy to use"is the system, very clear and covers all the functionalities that we need for a HR system. Also we valuate a lot the team abscenses calendar.

Cons:

The benefits side is a bit unclear, sometimes we have problems to contract health insurance.

Comments: After more than 2 years of experience with Factorial, I can say that it is totally positive.
The team has been always available and the product development has been incredible.
Product recommended for SMEs to facilitate employee cycle experience with a very good UX for both employees and Admin.

Pros:

Continuous improving with new features since day one Account manager dedicated and able to provide support effectively Competitive pricing for an HRIS

Cons:

Leak of integration with Payroll providers (Zucchetti in Italy) that does not provide a full simplification on this stream Roadmap at the very beginning was defined by the company and client requests are difficult to be prioritize Customization based on country specificities are a plus but something difficult to standardize from a multi-country management point of view (i.e. all elements should be aggregate reporting)

Overall, great new product

Comments: Overall we had a positive experience. The team enjoyed being able to see their PTO in real time, request time off directly in the app and see their schedules. Our hospital is a very large hospital and we do have pay differentials for our evening shifts after a certain time frame- which was the only thing we could not work out with Factorial overall. For a facility that is less complex in it's scheduling and wage tables than ours- this would not be an issue.

Pros:

Customer service team was top notch. They were willing to try to work with every single one of our hospital's needs and were accessible pretty much at anytime.

Cons:

We hit a huge road block trying to come up with a way to add our evening pay differentials into the payroll software.

Save more quality time and manly efforts

Comments: Provides actionable insights facilitating effective decision making. Gives employees more control over their information, performance analytics and learning management saving time and boosting accountability.

Pros:

There is clarity in performances analysis through the digitized system offers from Factorial. Has highly integrative features for running business smoothly and professionally. It is a huge step forward towards digitization of HR tasks to achieve organized culture and high productivity to an organization.

Cons:

I did not like the customer support especially during implementation. Integration was not easy too.

There is no other option besides Factorial!

I absolutely love all of the options Factorial has. Excel has nothing on Factorial! Factorial can do it all!
