Insurance details could be more specific on the intake forms. Perhaps a drop down box to select the insurance company and then the insurance companies specific boxes required to fill in.

Great software
Pros:
Very flexible, allows for a lot of customization so that you can set it up to work perfectly for your particular needs. It is the best priced software when compared to what it does.
Cons:
It has a fairly steep learning curve, but great product support through articles, tutorial videos and personal audit, so you just need to put the time in to figure it out.

Best Affordable Office Manager
Comments:
I often recommend this to other healthcare professionals and highly recommend it. I cannot stress enough how impressed I am with Noterro’s customer Service. Whenever I’ve had something I didn’t understand and subsequently reached out for assistance, they were on it with a quick respond and follow up.
I like that it’s simple and accessible on my phone and iPad. And it doesn’t break my bank too.
Pros:
I really like how easy it is to use and even if you’re not text savvy, it’s still pretty easy to figure out. Plus there’s videos that you can watch and if that still doesn’t work, you can reach out to their fantastic customer service. Typically they get back to you quite quickly in regards to any issue that you might be having
Cons:
To come up with any cons, I feel like I have to think hard for that. I’ve been using this platform now for four years. It’s seamless and easy to adapt to many different applications that you would like to use in a practice. So right now, I can’t think of any cons. Possibly an app for future.

Easy to navigate. Price is good for features.
Cons:
Colour display for different treatments on calendar are small rather than changing the entire appointment. On calender display it's hard to see if form is complete ir just sent.

3+ year customer
Comments: Been using this service for over 3 years. Takes the pressure off my shoulders with the text and email reminder the day before for my client! I love the booking system, client notes, changeable forms and more.
Pros:
I love that they keep on updating and listening to what customers say. Very fast with problem solving. As a mobile therapist I'm excited for the new update called Noterro GO.
Cons:
The only downfall is Meta hasn't accepted Noterro, and we miss the link on social media for Book Now.

Great customer service
Comments: It's made the admin side of my work a lot easier and I've been very happy with it
Pros:
Customer service has been remarkably quick to reply to anything I've sent in. The online notes are making a record retrieval extremely easy for me. The online booking has made my life much easier than I could have imagined.
Cons:
Depending on the browser used, sometimes typing lags or scrolling over points on the diagram is a bit lagged. It would also be nice if there was an option to add a second email to one person's account to send receipts to, but allow the person to book online with a separate email (in the case of a kid booking their own appointment, and then the receipt going to the parent)

Ease of Use and Great Customer Service
Comments: Customer service. Superb. Design. Amazing. Usability. Simple.
Pros:
The platform is easy to use and makes scheduling simple. I also love how easy it is to get customers set up and to process invoices.
Cons:
Patients cannot add discounts codes at the time they book.

Small business joy
Comments: Choosing Noterro as my EMR was the best decision I made when starting my private practice. It is an affordable, durable, compatible, and extremely useful product that makes the hard job of sole proprietorship soo much easier.
Pros:
I love that Noterro has all of my clinics needs covered. I am a small 1 provider operation now, with plans of growing to multiple providers soon, and Noterro provides the stabiltiy I need to grow. My customers love the convenience of my clinics branded app and 24/7 access to my schedule, I love the ease of check in and check out (as a sole provider and employee I am doing EVERYTHING right now) and my accountant loves that Noterro sends data seamlessly to Quickbooks.
Cons:
There's nothing I dont like about this software. I have worked for larger, multi-disciplined clinics and this EMR stands toe to toe with yhe software they were using. I am proud to have and use and share this wonderful product

really great product.
Comments: very very good. any time ive had an issue- even with initial set us , noterro staff were amazing. Im in Australia, and even the time differences when solving issues wasn’t a problem. the staff are extremely helpful, and always listened, and tooknsugestions on board.
Pros:
the online booking feature is excellent. it saves me so much time!
Cons:
the cost of sms. the fact that 100 sms isnt 100 sms (its got to do with bit data i think)

NoTerro for multi- practices
Pros:
Everything all in one program, can be customized for different therapists, different professions, online and receptionist use, clients can set up their own log in and see past appointments etc - so end of year they can print out the history.
Cons:
My only complaint is that the past program that we used, it would change the colour of a client on the schedule that has paid, makes it easy to follow in a busy day. SO you know who has paid and yet to pay, Noterro doesn't have this, they have an little icon which can be missed at a quick glance.

Pros:
Everything so far! Very quick response time to inquiries.
Cons:
A few features I am waiting for (Ok online GC, etc) to completely allow me to switch to Noterro fully.

Comments: Excellent. I have told most of my other colleagues that are straying up their own practices as well to switch to Noterro. The price point and ease of use doesn’t compare to others

Initial set up for forms and online booking “check boxes”. It was a little bit of a learning curve that I needed noterro help for.I received help VERY quickly both times, so the experience was a positive one

the soap notes and customization is great. love the tagging on the body and how the system learns what you tag most
Cons:
the calendar and booking is kinda clunky. if i move an appointment it is combersome and the invoice/note does not move as well. it is a lot of steps to delete.

Comments: My journey with Noterro has been an amazing one. I started using Noterro when it was name Soapvault. I highly recommend this product to all my colleagues in the industry when the opportunity permits.

Everything, the ease of use. The variety of options to schedule and create invoices & clients notes.

Getting use to the newest AI. Looking forward to incorporating using this into my practice.

Comments: Awesome! Easy to use software, well thought out from start to finish.
Pros:
I first came to Noterro for the SOAP notes feature. I really liked the interface. The functionality of the calendar improved significantly over the years and about five years ago I was able to drop my way overpriced Mindbody Online subscription. Saved my business a ton of money.
Cons:
I really don’t have anything to complain about. This system works great for my business needs. Happy customer 😁

Easy to use, good price, has the features that I need for my business, navigation intuitive, and support is very helpful
Cons:
I found the direct billing feature to be clumsy and overly complicated. I chose not to have it because of this

Superb Administrative Use
Comments: Support has always been stellar. Emails are answered super quickly. YouTube videos and How To tutorials are ready for any question. They even take suggestions for upgrades.
Pros:
I love how user friendly that it is for my admin staff. One of the features that I like the most it how it tracks everything. Booking times, who booked, who made changes to the appointment, date of invoice, date of transaction...almost everything is there! Noterro is always improving on it's services.
Cons:
When there is an upgrade, there is always a glitch somewhere in the system. Super inconvenient and at least once a year you have to learn a new feature. It messes up the flow of bookings and SOAP notes for a while.

Help team excellent. The help desk always gets back in a timely fashion and the FAQ are also helpful and usually link to a video to help.

Excellent service and features
Comments: Noterro has been my go-to tool for managing my business. It has all of the features that I need and the support team is very responsive.
Pros:
Noterro has great value for the price; they have all of the features that I need and their support is excellent.
Cons:
There isn't much to dislike - they are always improving their product. One thing I'd like to see improved: in Notifications, I'm able to mark all as read, but I have to individually delete each one. It would be nice to mark all as deleted.
