This is probably the best webinar integration that is compatible with Hubspot. We're able to report on registrants, attendees, as well as use forms to push contacts to GTW.

Cons:

This can make things a bit confusing and difficult if you're dealing with multiple recordings and multiple links.

Comments: I have really had a blissful experience with Goto Webinar. Event planning and hosting was a real nightmare that really needed a lot of money and burning of the midnight oil. But with GoTo webinar we are able to plan and launch succesful virtual conference, workshops and event without much hassles. We really love it here

Pros:

Goto webinar is an epic tool that set itself apart from others of it's kind in the market. It is super easy to setup and implement in any organization of any size. Also it's interface is impeccably intuitive and friendly making it soo easy to plan and launch any event or conferences as well as for the attendees to join. Over time I have learnt to pay a little extra for convenience and trust me the conveniency and flexibility we get from GoTo Webinar is unmatched. We can join meetings from anywhere. It gives us similar experience as those of physical conferences because it accommodates a large number of attendees and many panelist as well. Also the attendees can engage with panelist on realtime for clarifications through chats and even when using presentation tools. Also the livestreams are recorded for later references. GoTo Webinar is a real deal for all our virtual conferences needs

Cons:

There is literally nothing I have found wrong with GoTo Webinar it's doing what we got it to do

GoTo Webinar has a very simple audience interaction interface and features which makes our online events very lively and engaging. The raise hand function allows audiences to call for host attention without distracting their presentations. It is easy to plan and organize an online event and invite audiences. It offers excellent visuals and sound quality which makes conversations very clear.

Cons:

GoTo Webinar intuitive and simple user interface makes it a very easy to use product. Nothing to dislike about it at all.

My Go-To For Virtual/Remote Meetings!

Pros:

Favorite thing about the Go-To Meeting Experience is that I'm able to share a Powerpoint presentation with the sales team from every State Farm office nationwide on the video conference. This means I don't have to do 10 separate meetings with every sales team and it saves me so much time!!

Cons:

Shoot, I can't think of anything. It works great for me!

Pros:

Audience polling and Q& A feature is the best, especially when you are looking for feedback after an online meeting or training session. The CRM intergrations and reporting and analytics tools helps us in engaging the clients more to know more about them and areas that needs improvement to serve them better. No set up fee is so thoughtful, I appreciate that. Audio’s quality is high. Its compatible with most browsers eg chrome firefox, safari etc. Easy to download, siwtch between desktop and mobile app. The form registration process is smooth and am able customize registration pages without a problem. Accomodated a large number of participants without lagging or having bad quality video and audio. Session recording is very good and easy to share

Cons:

None, I am a happy user and have reccomended GoTo Webinar to a couple of guys who are also happy with the tool

Comments: GoTo webinar is a game changer for all our virtual events needs. It is soo excellent that I feel like we are having a one to one physical event

GoTo webinar's cost effectiveness, user-friendliness and ease to setup and use are exceptional making it accessible by all users across the organization . GoTo webinar is suitable for our organizational need for it can handle large numbers of attendees. It is also customizable in such away that it allows for customization of webinars or workshops with branding and polls. Webinars can be recorded in session and then shared with attendees for later references. I appreciate the high quality of videos and audios that we experience when using Goto Webinar for online events. Also the presenters can engage and interact with the audience through a real time chat making it even more fun. Mobile accessibility makes it an ultimately convenient tool that allow attendees join the meeting from anywhere as long as there is internet connectivity

Cons:

Technical issues occuring during the webinar especially in the case of internet connection problem that brings about video or audio issues

We appreciate GoTo Webinar a lot in our organization for the excellent services it offers us when facilitating online events and webinars. It is easy to use and we have never struggled to host and attend events with it. Comments: As a capital markets organization, we run alot of marketing and educative campaigns and GoTo Webinar came to our aid to help us transition from the expensive physical events to more convenient, less expensive and more productive virtual events.

Pros:

GoTo Webinar unique features for online events always leaves a footprint toward the success of our virtual events. With GoTo Webinar, we are able to host huge events in the large virtual room where we are able to educate people on matters investments in the capital markets. It is super security and very compliant with our privacy and security regulations. More than one presenter is able to present to the audience who have features like raise hand, clap and in-session chatting to interact with the presenter.

Cons:

GoTo Webinar shows it real understanding of virtual events delivery and personally, i have no dislikes for it.

Getting the most interactive virtual events with GoTo Webinar.

Comments: GoTo Webinar gives us a super interactive virtual space where we can easily reach out to our farmers to give them trainings and also when giving them updates concerning our business. It offers large meeting space allowing us to accommodate all the farmers and since we do all these virtually, we save alot on the expenditure of planning physical events.

Pros:

The thing to like about GoTo Webinar is that it gives the host and the audience easy to use interaction tools allowing them to engage effectively during the virtual events. This helps to break the boredom by making the events very lively. It also support special capabilities like multiple hosts at a time which is super exciting. With GoTo Webinar, we can host larger virtual events which accommodates all farmers that are associated with our dairy farm.

Cons:

GoTo Webinar has been an ideal tool for hosting online events and i have no drawbacks to give complaints about.

Comments: Since I used this application during the Corona pandemic, I have been using it with my team members in meetings, training, discussions, and everything else online.

Pros:

The go to webinar application offers many advantages to users, including that we can conduct online seminars, discussion sessions, and ask questions. It is also characterized by ease of use and a simple, clear interface.

Cons:

It has not been updated for a month, but the company developing the application issued a statement that it will be updated in the next few days

Great for Sharing Files Without a Login

Comments: Overall, the functionality is good. Share downloads with others quickly and hassle-free. Replays are Available Automatically If Event Time is Missed Replays are available immediately after the event if the person signing up can't make it live. The live event and replay links go to the webinar replay.

Pros:

Being able to share files without a login is a great feature. Especially if the person you are sharing it with only needs that particular document or resource at the time.

Cons:

None noted. This software is straightforward to share one-time small downloads that don't require a password from the downloader.

Crucial tool for online meetings

Comments: Overall, it was positive and a good alternative to other online meeting platforms

Pros:

I like the ease of joining a meeting, being able to contribute and also be muted when in listen only mode. The chat box is important and allows interaction with listeners without interrupting the flow of the meeting

Cons:

I did find it not quite as intuitive when I received an invite and tried to save it to my calendar in Google. I like an easy press link and I got a little lost when trying to connect
