Cloud CMMS done right!

Comments: Implementation of a CMMS has been a requirement for our organization for some time, with the cost of the software platforms being one of the biggest stopping points for the management. With Fracttal, an implementation is more likely to be achieved, allowing the organization to comply with new regulations implemented by the local government related to Power Plant management and administration.

Pros:

It allows for quick deployment, with lots of support and resources freely available. While implementation time of these systems can be daunting if migrating from no software at all, Fracttal allows for an easier learning curve and can be adapted to existing methodologies, to later slowly migrate to a more modern take on maintenance management.

Cons:

Implementation time can be an issue with this or any CMMS, especially if no previous work has been done in this area. Some reports can be pretty inflexible in the formatting or allowable options. A sequenced approval process to streamline some HSE activities into the maintenance workflow would be a plus.

Comments: Positive. Fracttal is a very good tool and allows to get all team members on board the implementation process

Ease of implementation. The tool allows for easy deployment and training of maintenance teams. Additionally, the analytics functions allow for involvement of middle management during implementation

The first load of information is very time consuming and is very specific to Fracttal for companies migrating from existing cmms. Otherwise, for clients new to cmms it’s the normal organisational registering work

Pros:

You can attach images to the reports to be able to visualize the state of the equipment, additional the intelligence of the business gives statistics of the services that we cover in the month and this allows us to project the necessary time of the technicians.

Cons:

is too slow, I feel there are many repetitive functions, for example to assign unplanned tasks, it is necessary to perform 3 processes, and the turn of our business requires that unplanned OTS be issued by emergencies, I do not have all the time It requires filling an unplanned task.

Comments: The experience with the software has been successful, especially when the use must be explained to other users.

Pros:

The software is easy to use, it is very useful to manage assets within an organization. It is also constantly updating with new applications. Very friendly to use with cellphones

Cons:

The software is constantly improving, and these improvements are after the observations indicated by users. They should add markers to link them with maintenance activities.

Pros:

The decisive thing about Fracttal is that it allows the application to be used on multiple platforms, which provides mobility to work teams. On the other hand, I also highlighted the ability to track costs, its platform to prepare performance reports and the interconnection with devices and sensors to perform measurements in real time.

Cons:

It requires a constant internet connection to take advantage of all the features, but it also has an offline mode which I have not used yet.

The most complete app to management of service

Comments: in my personal opinion like a field engineer is so helpfull tool that can be usefull for all partners who can see what are you doing all the time

Pros:

The options to have a review of all your services and the co-workers jobs, ist an important tool that makes the job outside more efficient.

Cons:

you need to take a master class to know all you can do with the app most of the client or users doesnt have to many time to view about 8 or 10 hours of videos.

Not easy to use, I really think they can made it more intuitive

Fracttal as a necessary tool for the maintenance area.

Comments: The use of Fracttal in my country is increasing, since it has an easy operation, easy administration and gives full support to the maintenance area, it is the administrative and operational tool that the maintenance field can have, I have seen great improvements after Fracttal enters a company, increases the productivity of the equipment and extends its useful life.

Pros:

Easy to operate, it is hosted in the cloud, the information is protected and can be reviewed at any time and wherever.

Cons:

Difficult to find something wrong with the software that helps so much.

Pros:

I choose Fracttal specifically for the ability to use the technological means currently available in the field and easy to use for the personal technician, has facilitated the delivery of information to our clients and with the ability it has of a review reviewed by the administrators it gives us the peace of mind of delivering the correct information. By allowing signatures to be entered we certify the receipt and delivery of reliable information. Very friendly and customizable, the ability to automatically generate tasks according to configured parameters, greatly facilitates our work, especially when working with multiple clients and with a high number of periodic tasks.

Cons:

I have been using this software for a couple of months and the only detail was that I experienced delays with the browser explorer. The other is that it requires that the technical personnel have the capacity and experience in technology and some are older and do not have these capacities, and they must be trained.

Pros:

The plataform is Friendly, easy, practice, the mobile technology for monitoring information of actives, your plans, that system is aligned with the norm ISO 55000

Cons:

Few modules in the app, only we can manage the work order and work request, should have the module for monitoring

Comments: It has been an outstanding experience for production management, maintenance, and systems

Pros:

Fracttal is a management software that allows the fixation of assets with many of its own activities, which allows excellent traceability

Cons:

The limitations to the admin users to carry out myoficications to the database system in order to fix user errors

I have been using Fracttal for 3 years and I want continue with software for ever

the flexibility to obtain the information and the remote support is of very good quality for company

With respect to the development of improvements, there is a lot of delay when responding to the clients, since they are basic needs

I really like the way in which one has a good control of all our equipment, it is quite orderly as we carry the maintenance and so the staff does not make an excuse that they lost the sheet where previously did the maintenance

Cons:

What I like least about the Software is that it does not have an identifier at a glance when a technician signs, it would be good to add the option that when it is completed the OT only with the fields is 90% and when you have the signature this to 100%.

Comments: Program of easy use and excellent post sale

Pros:

Program that manages to enter assets by plant and track each of them, obtaining management indicators. Finally it is an easy-to-use program to define the maintenance plans of the equipment at the level of any user

Cons:

The program must incorporate that can be updated service costs and spare parts, regardless of the currency acquired

Improvement on Support Fracttal

Pros:

I liked most, the ease and practical of use, also it has training videos and the technical support help to everyone regardless of the levels of knowledge.

Cons:

when we buy the software of license , fracttal should program the software in accordance to our process, later gives the training course everyone users. The training course should be personalized and individual owing that each factory had different lay out the actives. The training course of the last week was generalized and meaningless

Comments: complementary maintenance system for organizations in the productive industry, providing accessibility and control facilities over all our machinery and equipment.

Pros:

All about the control of equipments that it brings for our company

system in to the organization ,you need to cross all of the parameters of maintenance manual by equipments and by brand,the secuential parameters of manteinence by hours or by km you need to programated by hand into the system to created alerts and the activities for make in all of the steps

USE OF FRACTTAL SOFTWARE

Comments: As soon as we are working with the software for the first time, the improvements that interest us are being able to attach images for quick recognition of the equipment, in the same way when raising requests from OT's to be able to quickly access the information of the machines just by scanning the codes QR.

Pros:

It is an easy to understand product, it has a lot of visual aid and very attentive technical support if you have any questions. It is feasible to relate to the maintenance processes that are previously carried out in the company. And that it is of great help to give a plus in presentation and organization of information.

Cons:

The mobile app version and the web version do not have the same characteristics. It would be convenient to integrate both and thus not be complementing information on the website and mobile app.

Fracttal software review

Pros:

It is a great cmms software because of the ease of use and gives you the advantage to manage a lot of different areas of your company at the same time, you can say It´s an all in one software. What i like the most are the different kpi´s that the software provides to control and relate the different areas

I haven´t use the software that much to find the "bad part", so by know for what i´ve seen from the training and different videos seems like a great cmms software
