It helps in keeping all task in organizing way plus it is enriched with user friendly interface which is easy to use.

A highly effective project management tool
Comments: ClickUp's customization options are what really set it apart for me. I can tailor the platform to fit my exact needs and preferences.
Pros:
I find ClickUp to be an incredibly beneficial project management tool. Its versatility, extensive features, seamless integrations, and customization options make it a standout choice. The live chat support is also a huge plus.
Cons:
I'm thoroughly impressed with this tool. It's been incredibly helpful and I have nothing but positive things to say about it.
Alternatives Considered:
Solid all in one product
Comments: Overall though, especially as a user I'm very happy with the product and it works the best out of all we have tried, especially also for the other non IT/Development departments that struggled with utilizing other solutions before
Pros:
It is a fully fledged all in one solution for Product Development. We use it from creating and tracking high level goals to individual projects and even our ticket system is here. Added to that it has a robust set of supporting features like Documents, Graphs, and Video recording (for help videos etc.)
Cons:
It can be unreliable, from just beeing very slow in general, to loading issues that keep cropping up where I can't edit Task descriptions because the field is just in a loading loop. To a lesser degree for a user but for me as an admin: Upselling, they are constantly trying to upsell you, from AI to courses to the business plus plan (which on their pricing page they don't even list, but they love gating little things behind) Similiarly they love to tell you how easy it is to add a user in the middle of a month, but remove one and suddenly you have "an open seat" that you should quickly fill since you are already paying for it. Those and other examples just make the practices feel very money grabby and I'm kind of fearing them taking away features just to add into another extra premium fee.
ClickUp is great for small project management
Pros:
You can manage a few projects at a time with ClickUp.
Cons:
I had SO MANY issues with the templates. I would use a template for a project and it would add 2-3 of each task from the template to the project or add some but not all tasks from the template.
Almost helped me get my life together! Almost.......
Comments: Overall, I really appreciate ClickUp and I want to be able to utilize it consistently. For myself personally, as someone with ADHD tendencies this software is extremely intriguing, yet at the same time it's too complicated and time consuming to be a helpful day-to-day tool. If I had more time (and attention!) I could see this software being an intrigal piece in how I managed my life - both for work and home. Someday, I could see this happening. But until I have the time to make this happen, I'm off in search of the one true software that might finally help me to get my life organized!
Pros:
Click up has SO many features! Even their free version is loaded with different tools to help you organize/plan/create/coordinate etc.. I love all of the options that are available throughout the experience of uing Clickup. Users are able to tailor and personalize almost all default settings/templates at every step along the way. I also appreciate the emphasis on versatility and adaptability of this software. This software is fully functional for user's Work and/or Personal goals/projects/plans etc.. as well as when being utilized as an individual user or within a team of user's who are collaborating..
Cons:
The software has so many great features and options but the one downside is accessibility and ease of use for user's. The app on my IOS apple iphone SE was almost unusable (for me!) I am not an expert when it comes to using software but I'm also not a novice. For me the app was very confusing and took so much time/energy to set up that it was not worth even trying.

Loving Clickup!
Pros:
Clickup has so many features that I love and find very useful. I’m on one of the paid plans and was surprised by how many features are available for such a low cost. I was using another project manager before switching to Clickup and the cost of that one was much higher with fewer features. I’m glad I made the switch!
Cons:
I do notice some glitches from time to time, but I know they are working on them and have noticed fewer of them recently.

Flexible Project Management for small Consulting Companies
Comments: We are very pleased with ClickUp. As a small consulting agency for internationalization we need a flexible project management tool. For our purpose ClickUp works very well!
Pros:
ClickUp is easy to use and it pretty easy to adjust all the settings. We use it mainly as project management tool, but also track sales cases with it (not as CRM and contact db, but how the cases are proceeding).
Cons:
It took some time to get familiar with all the settings and how to make it all work in the way we want to have it. We could have asked for more support from ClickUp, but could figure everything out by ourselves at the end too.
I couldn't live without Clickup
Pros:
Ability to customise displays is excellent. Search is quite useful, as is the ability to link tasks and collaborate with people both in and out of your team.
Cons:
So many features, I'm sure I'm not utilising even 20% of them. A beast of a software and without knowing what questions to ask, I'm not even sure how to go about making sure I'm getting the most out of it.
The best company automation software
Pros:
ClickUp is an amazingly powerful program that allows you to automate many company tasks
Cons:
Clickup can add some better features like allow you to duplicate multiple automations at one time.

Easy, fun to use and colourful!
Comments: My over all experience with clickup was great for smaller projects and personal work. I havent tried it in a large scale but i assume onbording and use of the platform is similar.
Pros:
What i love the most about clickup is the ease of use, everything is user friendly with colour coded sections and a simple design layout, makeing it easy to organise, scan through and review content.
Cons:
Its hard to say what i dislike about clickup, especially because it offers so much on the free plan but perhaps more new exciting features is always nice.
Effective collaboration tool
Comments: For task management it's a great application. It is very good for inter departmental collaboration. The transition to ClickUp was smooth and did not have to spend much time getting started. Definitely recommend the product
Pros:
Organised structure and good UI. I like how easy it is to import data from other sources. It is easy to collaborate with other departments within a business .
Cons:
It's mobile interface doesn't align well desktop interface

I switched to ClickUp and Never Looked Back
Comments: I explored so many tools related to Project Management and my team's task monitoring for years. But, it felt incomplete. There are features that other platforms has but was never rolled into one. When I came across ClickUp, i tried its free account. I fell in love immediately. It did not take me long to avail the paid account. I was surprised it did not stop there. They have been continuously evolving. All new features came from feedback they get from their customers. So, yes - i love that they listen to customers. And all features they deploy are adding value. Sorry if its all praises, ClickUp never paid me to do this *i swear*. I pay for their product and i'm soooo satisfied. Happy customer here.
Pros:
It continuously evolving. It never stopped progressing and all those that they have been adding are all added value. I'm truly amazed how this tool have been helping me track all projects and initiatives we have been handling the past year. It made it easy for me to check in with my team and track down our progress on each individual tasks. This tool gives us strong collaboration and connection especially now that we are all working from home.
Cons:
I super love this product but if there's anything i love the least is i hope they improve gantt / timeline view further as well as the Form view.

Love ClickUp
Comments: I've been using ClickUP for 2+ years, and am very pleased with the product, and for the features included at a very reasonable price. I look forward to some autoamtion updates, but overall I'm so glad for this tool as my business hub.
Pros:
ClickUp is the spot for all your business projects, project management, managing a remote team, etc. I have been able to grow and scale my business because of ClickUp.
Cons:
Some of the automations have been clunky recently. Could use a few improvements there, along with the mobile app.
Great small business management option.
Pros:
As a small business owner I loved that I could use ClickUp to perform the task of several other platforms, which keeps my subscription costs down and all my stuff in one place. It can get overwhelming and unproductive having data in various different places, so ClickUp has been able to help us solve that problem.
Cons:
Sometimes the system is a bit slow, but I believe they've done a lot of work on improving the servers lately to address this issue. The thing I like least isnt against the software, but rather that there is SO many options, so you really need to do some planning before you dive in, so you don't get overwhelmed and lost in the options. There is lots of YouTube videos with ideas, but really, you need to work out what will work for you and your business. Once you do that pre-work, it makes the setup and use a lot easier. No 2 businesses are exactly the same when it comes to requirements. Take the time to work out what works for you.

Clickup Gets the Job Done
Pros:
It has a lot of features. It allows automation which is very helpful for saving time creating tasks. It allows you to track time of employees and manage if you are overloading the employees. It provides a lot of views to better understand the project.
Cons:
I think that the documents could use a lot more work. It feels far behind Notion in that regard.

Think of a feature you would wish and ClickUp already have it. and it's improving all the time...
Comments: This tool has helped both the project manager and developers to better time tracking and get sprint timing lot more accurate.
Pros:
Time tracking, ability to work on tasks through calendar, code highlights in tasks, team assignments, modern UI and continuous improvement through regular updates and introduction of new features.
Cons:
So far we have not come across any requirements that ClickUp falls short of. Some new users finds the learning curve bit time consuming but personally, that is rare as most users gets cracking straight away.

Clickup Helps me manage my weekly tasks
Comments: Our organization could not have automated task management or cross-functional project management without Clickup's assistance. Organization-wide capacity planning has also benefited from this.
Pros:
ClickUp has been an invaluable tool in assisting me to manage my time effectively and remain on top of my many responsibilities at work, in school, and in my personal life. You can add tasks without switching windows thanks to a handy Google Chrome widget.
Cons:
The controls on the dashboard are finicky and will require some practice. All the teams have problems with this particular area of integration and application. I wish I could sync the calendar with my calendar on Google more easily. It seems that just the distinction between tasks and subtasks is communicated.
Alternatives Considered:
A Robust Organization Tool for Small Businesses
Comments: Click up revolutionized the back end of our team by showing us the possibilities when it comes to task and project management,
Pros:
Click-up gave us the tools to gauge our progress on a project at a glance. Also, I can work collaboratively on tasks and projects without having to spend the time to update the team members on what has already been completed and what still needs to be done. The ability to embed links and videos into the task description also made for an easy way to train new employees on monthly processes.
Cons:
The process for scheduling recurring tasks is overly complicated and creates a large margin for error in making sure that things like monthly recurring task lists show up the way they need to. In order to get an overview of the progress on the various projects you are working on there is a lot of manual work that goes into setting up the dashboards to show the progress and then you have to recreate those dashboards on a monthly basis if you want an overview of where each team member is at with each of ther month end closes.

Hey, Kristina! 👋 Thanks for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. We're so happy to hear you and your team have enjoyed ClickUp's collaborative task management features! We appreciate your feedback regarding recurring tasks and invite you to share your thoughts and recommendations directly with our developers on our feature request boards so we can provide you with a better experience going forward. https://clickup.canny.io/ Regarding your monthly Dashboards, it sounds like duplicating your Dashboards would be helpful! You can duplicate a Dashboard by clicking the ellipsis (...) icon in the upper-right corner of the Dashboard and selecting 'Duplicate' from the menu. Once the Dashboard has been duplicated, you will only need to adjust the card settings to select the desired timeframe rather than needing to set up all new cards! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out at [email protected]. We're here for you! 🌟

Decent – but too complicated
Comments: Pretty good. Might try it again but as long as they focus more on marketing and "cool features", I'll stay with Notion.
Pros:
Very customizable and good to create CRMs and for project management.
Cons:
While it's versatile, it's also slow and feels clunky (stopped using it ~6m ago, so it might have changed). The functionality is better than for example Asana and Notion in many ways, but I still prefer to use those for the simplicity, and Notion specifically since it's even more versatile (but not as technical).
Best Project Management Tool I've Ever Used
Comments:
I use ClickUp exclusively as a solo user for my personal projects at the moment, although I'm trying to sell the idea to my employer to move a small team toward this to replace our current project planning and bug tracking solutions.
I was so impressed that I upgraded to the Unlimited paid plan and intend to be a lifelong customer.
I absolutely love ClickUp and highly recommend it to everyone.
Pros:
-Packed with features and options; advanced features are called "ClickApps" and can be turned on/off by an admin, depending on the team's needs. -Beautiful UI, with relatively intuitive layout -Lots of view options: by Time (i.e. a calendar), List, Kanban board, Box (cool idea I haven't seen before), Gantt chart (paid feature), and Reports. -I love how they allow you to minimize a task to pin it to the bottom of your window for easy access. I regularly pin my top 3-4 tasks I need to urgently work on, which could otherwise get forgotten (although their reminders and notifications system is quite robust, those help too). -The notepad feature is such a great idea. Perfect for having a convenient way to jot down rough notes, which you can later convert to a task if desired. -Fast development team: features and improvements are rapidly added. -Unlike a lot of their competition, they listen to users and are transparent with their roadmap: ClickUp uses a feature feedback tool called Canny to let users suggest and vote on features/improvements/bugs (see clickup.canny.io/). They also publish their roadmap, with regular updates, so you know what is coming (see docs.clickup.com/features/roadmap). I regularly check both of these pages and absolutely love this. -ClickUp's Support team is amazing. Large amounts of written and video content get posted regularly to teach you how to use various features. And if you get stuck, their Support team responds very quickly.
Cons:
There is certainly a learning curve to figuring out how best to fit their many levels of hierarchy that groups of tasks can follow: ClickUp offers spaces, projects, project lists, tasks, sub-tasks, checklists, and "checked lists" (an alternative to bullet points within a description box), as well as tags and the newly-introduced goals. With all these options, it can certainly be confusing on how to structure your to-dos. My advice is to 1) watch as many of their support videos as you need to understand what they offer and 2) use only what you know you immediately need, then ignore other features until you see a need in your projects.
Clickup is packed with features, but it needs some polishing
Comments:
Clickups main strength is to give the user full control over how they want to manage their tasks and checklists, while also give the option to viw them the way they prefer it. There is a bit of a learning curve with clickup, but one you get the hang of it, clickup has the possibility of saving a lot of time (for example with recurring tasks for us).
For the productivity freaks like me, clickup is an uncut diamond that need a lot of polishing (mainly better styling in terms of visibility of featues - especially for people with bad eyesight like my girlfriend - but also in terms of using the screen space as optimally as possible). I hope that with time the styling gets updated such that new users can get the same enjoyment out of this system as we have when we applied our own styling to clickup.
Pros:
I like that there is so many ways you can customize and view you tasks, which was vital for my girlfriend and i who uses clickup for managing our daily lifes together and for our jobs. The primary reason we switched to clickup was the ability to make recurring tasks, such that we could keep track of maintenace tasks in our home that doesn't have to be done every week. Before i managed this manually for us, but now we have automated this with clickup. In combination with this we wanted to have one system to manage all over our tasks, reminders and notes, which clickup can do for us. We also wanted to be able to switch views, bacause my girldfriend wants to see tasks in a list view, where i prefer a board view, which was what the main thing that convinced my girlfriend to switch over from trello, which doesnt have this feature.
Cons:
The main problem we have with clickup is the overall styling and layout of clickup. Mainly many of the colors in the app is too neutral and often just different shades of grey, which makes it hard to distinguish one thing from another. Also the acitivity overview in each task is WAY to big, and it would be cool if this was made an optional thing to view, which was hidden at default or could be set to hidden in the settings because we rarely use it. Lastly the individual elements on the views and for each task has way to much padding around them, which makes it such that you almost cant see any of the important (in my opinion) things on each task, whick is the checklists and the subtasks, which gets pushed out of view when you are rolled to the top of the task, especially when viewing things on a laptop. This also applies to list view, where the tags (which is also hard to read for my girlfriend with bad eyesight) could be moved out to the right instead of being underneath the task name to fill less on the screen so more can be viewed. To try and make up for these problems, i have actually made my own styling to clickup (i am a system developer myself in my daily job) to solve many of the isues we have with it. When these things are solved, clickup becomes much more intuitive and user friendly to us. We hope that with time the styling will improve such that we dont have to make out own styling, but in the meantime we get around these issues by this method.
Innovative project/task management software with plenty of power, even in the free tier
Comments: I'm impressed overall although I'm not sure I'm going to switch from Todoist. Having task dependencies is pretty tempting though. Definitely anyone looking for a task/project management for teams should look very closely at Clickup. If any of your team has aging eyes, however, trust me they're going to protest.
Pros:
I have to say I'm impressed with so much power being offered for small teams for free: Things like email notifications, a slick Android/iOS app, dependencies for tasks (almost never free), file attachments for tasks (ditto), integrations (Todoist and Slack are the two I checked out), generous allocation of projects. This is a thoughtfully designed app for teams with enterprise-level features for everyone. At first it might seem like a negative that time tracking isn't native to the app but since so many adopters are probably already using a dedicated TT app, the tight-enough integration with third-party apps like Toggl is a good idea. Plus Clickup has a Chrome extension. See below for caveats. I also liked being able to minimize tasks to the bottom of the screen. Other members of the the team, such as managers, can watch tasks without those tasks being assigned to them. This is unique to Clickup, I believe.
Cons:
The tagline for the app is One app to replace them all and the strain of accomplishing that shows in the webapp's complex UI. Don't get me wrong, the devs have done an impressive job with basic onboarding, in general, and with cramming so many features on-screen. However there were times I either felt lost or wondered about the various spaces and panes that weren't being used. I kept finding features that But the worst thing about the UI is the text size and the too-light accent colors. Too many UI elements were in the lightest gray imaginable that could still be perceived. Not at all optimal. Some more themes would be appreciated. I can't see being happy using the app every day because of this. Also, a tiny tiny little flag that indicates a high priority task is kind of a joke. Maybe lightly shade the whole task? The Android app , on the other hand, is better if not ideal. I'm not used to different type sizes within a pane. I disabled the Chrome extension because when it was installed it kept crashing my other extensions and its massive CPU grab led to my having to Powerwash my Chromebook.

Cons:
I'm a one person business owner and I would like there to be more automations for the lower priced plans. Mine are usually used up quickly. After they are used, you have to wait until the next month to get more. As a small business owner, thats a headache as I am only one person and need many of my tasks automated daily.

Want to organize tasks? Look up for ClickUp!
Comments: ClickUp is a great task management tool that helps me keep my team organized and on track. I love that I can create custom tasks and subtasks and that I can collaborate with my team on each task. ClickUp has also been a great way to keep my team organized, as I can create spaces for each team member and assign tasks accordingly. Overall, I highly recommend ClickUp to anyone looking for a great task management tool.
Pros:
I have been using ClickUp for some time and absolutely love it. Personally, it has helped me to be more organized and productive. I know these two words get overused like some random metaphors, but it's no less than the truth. I love that I can customize the tasks, and subtasks and collaborate with my team. The spaces feature is also very helpful. It helped us define spaces for different functions (marketing, content, devs, etc.). The tasks are also very customizable, which is great if you need to add subtasks or collaborate with others. In addition, the UI is pretty user-friendly, and the support is great. Overall, I would recommend ClickUp to anyone looking for a great task management tool. So, if you're looking for a great task management tool, ClickUp is definitely worth checking out.
Cons:
I don't have many complaints, but if there were one thing that really annoys me about ClickUp is that it sometimes tends to lag big time when there is a lot of data on the content board or the document/editor. It becomes quite annoying when you're short of time. Apart from that, there's one more thing that makes the content board kind of cluttered. When I look at the finished tasks, I could see some of them from 3-4 months back. Now, over time, these grow and look cluttered. I wish there was a way where the finished tasks get archived or something after a month and a half to keep the dashboard clear. You see, a cluttered desk leads to a cluttered mind... not something desirable.
Excellent tool for tracking and collaboration
Comments: Logistically, it is excellent; we can organize the activities to be completed in a way that is well-balanced. Without a doubt, this enables me to distribute the work in a very favorable way and is crucial for the creation of the targets. The application unquestionably sets up solid standards for how to handle group assignments. The program is simple to use and essential for completing a variety of activities.
Pros:
I use ClickUp to manage a university CRM team, and it's a great tool. I've set up a workspace with sections for marketing, customer service, finances, etc. My team project planning, personal task management, notes, calendar, and email are all combined in one practical, shareable application via Clickup. I initially believed that their "save a day a week" campaign was a hoax, but the administrative duplication that has been removed easily generates that savings and more.
Cons:
There is a need to address the learning curve. My company's senior project managers struggled to understand workspaces, spaces, and folders. Meeting invitation requests through the calendar would facilitate meetings; nonetheless, this functionality is not essential but would improve its efficiency.

Have an overview of all work engagements plus curb collaboration friction
Comments: ClickUp stands out from the crowd because it is affordable while offering a range of benefits that together enhances personal and teams Productivity
Pros:
ClickUp is a tool of it's kind. It has a splendidly designed UI that makes it soo easy to set up and utilize each and every feature. I have used ClickUp over the years and have found all it's features soo indispensable. From being able to have a bird's eye view on all my To- dos with multiple views which include overdue timelines makes it easy to sort, group and filter tasks. When working on projects/ campaigns, my team and I are able to divide the complex projects into smaller tasks which are then delegated to each one of us. From the dashboard we can then get to see who is working on what soo there is no the issue of double delegation of one tasks. Also Clickup put an ultimate end to the collaboration friction,we are now able to communicate through direct emails, realtime chats, white board, documents sharing and notifications and mentions on action items which makes working together on projects soo hassle free. Realtime reportings is a plus for me as the team manager, Iam able to create reports and see where we are soo far on each particular project and what resource have been used for reporting to my seniors and even sponsors of our NGO
Cons:
With the 24/7 support I get from the technical team and loads of information available online on ClickUp, there is no chance left for drawbacks
