I love the customer service which i think is one of the most important things you need to have in this opertational system,

Good reports and nice overlook on the creation of the products

Equally, being able to see allergen information on each recipe means we can be confident that our due diligence processes are easy to update and ultimately create the safest experience for our residents.

> **Pros**: setting up the system is very easy. creating recipes and maintaining products is a breeze.

> **Cons**: I am still unsure about the inventory process. when entering invoices or petty cash purchases manually the items added dont affect the depletion reports.

> I have been using KC since the very start of their arrival. I did have a terrible time using it in the begining as it was not as well developed as it currently is. I must say they have listened to our suggestions all the way thru their development process. Well done KC we love your sotware.
