LOTS of Features
Comments: We host our courses on Kajabi and use it for some landing pages. We also run most of our checkouts through Kajabi.
Pros:
Kajabi sells itself as the one home for your whole business - websites, courses, checkout, membership, landing pages, email. And all those features are pretty decent. Not best in class, but pretty good. They also work to make things better. They just totally remade the page editor. Then emails. Now sites are next, and a revision of memberships is probably coming soon. They really are making it better all the time.
Cons:
Right now, it seems (based on feedback in the official Facebook group) that email deliverability isn't the best right now (but being worked on). You run into some constraints when you work entirely inside Kajabi, but if you embrace those limitations, it really does free you up to do your work and get on with running your business.

Kajabi is the best all in one platform!
Comments: The customer service is incredible I’ve been able to learn and improve things I was doing by working with chat support they are incredible and the high resolution they use in design work is unmatched
Pros:
I love the ease of using this, when I first was introduced to Kajabi I had a client using it for their website and they had a designed ghost them and we had a launch for a offer then following week I was able to fully build out a sales funnel from sales page through confirmation emails and tagging. I love the ability to do everything from email marketing, podcast, blogs, courses, offers, accepting payments all in once place.
Cons:
The cost can be really high for smaller businesses
Beware! Nightmarish Experience with KAJABI
Comments: This company's unethical behavior and lack of integrity are utterly disgraceful. They have shown a complete disregard for their customers and failed to fulfill their contractual obligations. It is evident that their primary concern is making a quick buck rather than providing quality services.I strongly caution anyone considering working with kajabi to reconsider. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and financial loss by looking elsewhere for a reliable and trustworthy software company. It is regrettable that I fell victim to their deceitful practices, but I hope others can learn from my mistake. In conclusion, my experience with kajabi has been nothing short of a nightmare. They have not only failed to deliver on their promises but also owe me a significant amount of money. Please take my warning seriously and avoid this company at all costs.
Pros:
Unless you want to lose thousands of dollars there is nothing to like. Rating: ☆☆☆☆☆ (0/5)Review:I feel obligated to share my horrendous experience with Kajabi. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company.I engaged Kajabi for a project, and it turned out to be a colossal mistake. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but they also owe me a significant amount of money, a staggering $4,000+!Their lack of professionalism and poor communication were evident from the beginning. The project was plagued with delays, missed deadlines, and countless excuses, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. I was constantly chasing them for updates, and when they did respond, it was always with vague, AI and unhelpful answers. To make matters worse, the software they eventually delivered was riddled with bugs and glitches. It was virtually unusable and fell far short of the promised functionality. The quality of their work was shockingly poor, indicating a complete disregard for their customers' satisfaction. When I tried to address these issues and request a refund, I was met with nothing but silence. They conveniently ignored my emails and phone calls, leaving me in the dark and feeling helpless. It has been over 18 months, and I am still fighting tooth and nail to get my hard-earned money back. This company's unethical behavior and lack of integrity are utterly disgraceful.

Multidimensional app
Comments: I love the multiple functionality Kajabi offers and how it harmonizes the experience into a single app is cool
Pros:
Its is able to create a beautiful community to manage people and relationships. I love that it is able to handle multiple communication. It is also able to handle learnings. I have used Kajabi for my financial modelling training and this has been great. It records your progress however you have done the training, either on your computer or on the app.
Cons:
I am not sure there is more to request from Kajabi. it can handle both training and communication with other co-users

The Industry Standard
Comments: I've used Kajabi for years. Customer service has always been super helpful when needed. It's easy to use and has really transformed my business.
Pros:
Kajabi is great. Straight forward. Easy to use. Helpful templates. Easy to create clean and efficient sites, courses, and emails.
Cons:
It's a bit expensive without guarantee of ROI.

Kajabi Rocks!
Pros:
The ease of use to create pages and opt ins, and easy design.
Cons:
The email and contacts CRM is pretty basic, but still does the job. If you want a higher end one you'd have to go separate, but I like that it works all together with my Kajabi system, so I'm happy for now.
So Much Easier Than WordPress
Comments: I am amazed at how easy it is to create a decent looking website in minutes!
Pros:
I am new to Kajabi. My wife just switched her website over from WordPress and I helped her with transferring a bunch of blog entries. I could not believe how much easier it is than WordPress. Everything is so user-friendly, the photos and videos upload and automatically compress, and the layout stays the same. You can't mess it up.
Cons:
You can't customize the website as much as you can with WordPress but honestly, for what we do, it's not needed. It's also a little pricey but when you consider that you can run online programs (my wife does), host your website and blog, have emails, and more, it's really pretty reasonable.
Kajabi was a good solution to unify our marketing platform
Pros:
The implementation and migration to kajabi was very easy, allowing us to quickly put our courses on sale and integrate our teams from different countries
Cons:
There are some limitations regarding reporting, especially regarding email marketing.
Alternatives Considered:
The best all in one membership and course hosting platform.. if you can afford it.
Pros:
Kajabi is one of the most streamlined and integrable CRMs that i've worked with. It's website and landing page capabilities and templates make it easy for anyone to be able to create a stunning website while also having the back end functionality to host courses and membership sites. There are many options for website builders but none of them have the ease of use when it comes to setting up courses and managing members. As a coach, having this system for hosting my online courses while also being able to utilize the landing pages for selling and along with the email marketing made everything more functional and simple for my customers and truly gave me peace of mind not having 10 different softwares I had to use. Setting up the checkout pages and adding in upsells also gives you the potential to be a lot more profitable, and I really appreciate this feature.
Cons:
My only major con about Kajabi is the price. Yes, it offers exceptional features, and is a one stop shop, however I still find it expensive and to be able to access additional incredible features the price goes up and up, and I think that it lends to a more elite business crowd, as those with smaller businesses (like myself) can't afford the platform long term and don't get to use it to it's full capability in the higher priced plans, especially when they're just starting out and unsure of their regular sales volume.
All-in-one Platform for Managing an Online Business
Comments: Currently I am helping my client manage her Kajabi account. But I first experienced Kajabi a few years back when an online course I bought was hosted on Kajabi. I really enjoyed the experience. The interface was very appealing and easy to use. So, I was glad when my client informed me earlier this year that she was switching from another course platform to Kajabi. Overall my experience on the administrative side has been quite satisfactory.
Pros:
As an all-in-one platform, Kajabi is pretty cool. At the moment, we are using it for a few courses; a podcast; lead magnet landing pages and the automatic emails that go out when people sign up for the lead magnets. (We use a separate platform for our weekly newsletter.) For our purposes so far Kajabi has been working out well. And the Kajabi team is continually building out new features. For instance, the podcast feature just came out earlier this year, and they recently added a coaching module. On the occasions that I've needed help figuring stuff out, Kajabi's chat support has been very responsive and helpful. Kajabi also has their own self-service knowledge center with help articles and video tutorials. In addition, Kajabi seems to be quite popular and you can find multiple creators on YouTube with in-depth series covering all the different features of the platform.
Cons:
I came across multiple challenges using Kajabi's new Podcast feature. Since Kajabi's podcast feature is relatively new, my client felt more comfortable uploading her episodes to another more established platform. The initial RSS import of existing episodes from the other platform to Kajabi was easy enough, but new episodes are not automatically added Kajabi. Each week I have to manually upload the audio file and copy over the the show notes. Furthermore, our show notes contain multiple links, which we want to open in separate tabs. Kajabi's default is for links to open in the same tab, and there is no option to change our preference globally. So again, I have to set each link manually. Finally, you can upload a transcript as a text file, but you can't format the transcript at all - such as bolding the speakers' names. This plain-text format is challenging to read.

Great all in one platform for website and learning content management
Pros:
The website builder is great. I love the plug-and-play options and a suite of simple clean templates to choose from.
Cons:
If you are a novice in the space you may find it challenging to know what to search for in Kajabi University. But once you locate the information, it is detailed and answers the question.

Currently testing/attempting to migrate/deploy all-in-one website + online education platform. 2/5
Comments: Kajabi overpromises and under delivers.
Pros:
It claims to have all the features to deploy an all-inclusive solution that encompasses online pressence, marketing, and online education.
Cons:
The website builder is absolutely horrendous. The entire platform in general is very finicky and incredibly difficult to work with. I've worked in the space for over 10 years and it's by far the worst platform to work with. Even simple things like moving text blocks or uploading images in their wysiwyg builder are an abomination. I cannot recommend to anyone, especially at the price point they are asking.

The Best Online Course & Website Platform Out There
Comments: My experience has blown me away. The customer service is unmatched. They go above and beyond when answering my questions. They are always available to help. Their features are just what my business needed.
Pros:
Kajabi has everything you need all in one place. No more piecing together various platforms to build your business.
Cons:
As of right now, I have no issues with the Kajabi software. I love everything about them. No cons to mention.
Alternatives Considered:
Brilliant platform, always innovating
Comments: I love all the features, and I haven't even scratched the surface. Their new page builder is incredibly easy to use, and I plan on moving my website over there as well.
Pros:
I like how easy it is to understand the steps for getting an online business started, with the marketing, emails, purchasing and course creation parts all under one platform. There's no integration troubles, and the price is right for all the features you get. Plus, they're always coming out with new features, so even if there was another product that was almost comparable, Kajabi would still win because of their new features they're rolling out.
Cons:
Learning how their automation system works is a little harder to visualize than the software I came from (Infusionsoft/Keap). I lost an easy way to track where my leads came from with my lead magnet.
Alternatives Considered:
A lot to be improved upon.
Pros:
Kajabi is a platform that has the ability to do it all. I like that I can integrate email and online courses as well as the 24 hour chat customer service.
Cons:
There is a lot that can be improved. The rules for dripping courses, the email setting and the ability to suspend email sequences, the ability to get better analytics on emails, track users, and the interface of the courses themselves can all be improved. I find that they are slow to implement change but do listen to user feedback. I found that even though the customer service is great, I needed a back end programmer to make the design do exactly what I wanted.
Alternatives Considered:
Overhyped. I really didn't like it
Comments: I was extremely disapointed. I built a website for a coaching client who bought into the kajabi hype but when I got under the hood, I found it to be a lesser product that charged way more because it markets really well to a specific niche. Least favorite tool on the market, after wordpress.
Pros:
I thought that the website that guides you to buy kajabi was really polished and professional
Cons:
I have used every website and funnel builder out there. Kajabi charges so much and still limits your ability to input custom code. the editor is really unintuitive and clunky. Hard to update your brand colors and fonts across the whole site.
Kajabi is great if you already have a great community and you can hire someone to do your website
Comments: I've had it for more than 11 months and I don't think Kajabi is for people who are trying to build community, it's great if you currently have one, but not great for beginners. There is no customer service unless you pay the top tier monthly subscription
Pros:
Building a community instead of using a private Facebook group
Cons:
Kajabi is great if you already have a thriving community, and a website builder, but if you are fairly new to building a community with no website designer this isn't the app to start with. FitBudd has been a better option for me instead of Kajabi.
Tiarra’s Kajabi Review
Comments: I love Kajabi overall . On the expensive side but it’s literally an all in one platform.
Pros:
I love the ease of use! I love how members can access all content on an app. No transaction fees
Cons:
This software is very expensive. They don’t allow you to extend trials to learn the product before selling.
Alternatives Considered:
Great Product for Coaching Products
Pros:
I like that Kajabi continues to improve and grow the features of the platform on a daily basis. They value customer feedback a lot.
Cons:
If a feature is lacking such as drop-down menus you have to send in an inquiry for the development team to consider and it could be over a year before this feature is added or updated if it didn't already exist.
Alternatives Considered:
Makes running an online biz a breeze
Comments: We're so happy to host our course and membership on Kajabi and will stay with them for years to come. So beautiful and clean looking.
Pros:
Years ago when we started out, my husband was trying to build our website from scratch using Wordpress plugins. He was pulling all nighters and pulling his hair out...but still was falling behind deadlines and the site looked like crap. Enter stage left, Kajabi, and all our problems were solved. INSTANT profressionalism given to us from their fresh and clean layout and look.
Cons:
The ONE con I've got is that they don't have any way for the community to really engage inside Kajabi. So our course students and Academy subscription members aren't engaging inside it...and we have to use Facebook instead, which I think we all have a love/hate with these days.

Great Platform
Pros:
This is a very good platform for the coaching industry. Between managing leads, creating emails, creating landing pages, and charging for products, it all works great.
Cons:
I’m realizing I personally need less and less, so the price point can sometimes be high for me to just utilize a landing page. But that’s really a personal issue.
Alternatives Considered:
Easy to use and helpful customer service
Comments: Kajabi has a come a long way with everything integrated into one system. The mobile app and marketing pages make it well rounded solution to teach online. It is an impressive all-in-one platform.
Pros:
We wanted to offer online classes. Kajabi has a lot of features that add to the online classes like marketing and payment. Our main concern was giving the students the content. We easily added audio and video to the course. Payments worked smoothly with Stripe and has many options to customize the price and discounts. It keeps track of the students in an easy way. The best part of Kajabi is the helpful and welcoming support. They really go the extra mile and are patient. Their caring attitude helped me setup the custom domain. Customer support makes Kajabi one of the best choices.
Cons:
It does not have an attendance system. Even though it does have quizzes/surveys, tracking attendance will require extra manual work. The price is high (about $120/month) but if you have a hundred students every month, then price is not an issue. You can customize the look and use the templates.
The Best All-In-One Online Course Platform
Comments: I have been building course websites on Kajabi since 2016 and also use it for one of my businesses.
Pros:
Kajabi allows you to not just host and deliver your online courses but it also lets you create your entire marketing funnels and automate email marketing on the platform. What I like the most about the platform is that I could build a fully functioning online course business without requiring to learn several different tools.
Cons:
While the platform is reasonably priced for everything that it offers, the starting price is steep and may not work for you if you're on a tight budget.
Great platform
Pros:
Kajabi is a platform that is easy to use and I find it to be visually appealing as well. From a user perspective and client perspective, it is easy to navigate.
Cons:
I have not had any negative experiences with the platform.
Kajabi For The Online Entrepreneur
Comments: I have had a wonderful experience using Kajabi. Now that I have been using it for several years, I find it intuitive and easy.
Pros:
Kajabi is fairly easy to use once you figure it out. You get everything all on one platform including your website, CRM, landing pages, online course creation and much more.
Cons:
At first I had a little trouble figuring out how to use Kajabi, but customer service got me through it and once I started using it on a regular basis, it became easier and easier.
