Unlike many mainstream options that feel outdated and complicated, PlaySignage handles non-standard aspect ratios effortlessly, which is perfect for my large custom displays. My absolute favorite feature is the HTML widget support—it opens up infinite possibilities. I can easily embed custom HTML news tickers, clocks, and data boards instead of being restricted to built-in templates. On top of that, the pricing is absolutely mind-blowing. The fact that you can get a screen for free is amazing, and their paid plans are surprisingly affordable. I am already planning to get licenses for a few more screens\!

Currently, it seems we cannot layer an HTML element over other elements on the page (likely due to performance considerations). It would be fantastic if they could unlock this layering capability in future updates, as it would make the design process even more flexible.
