The availability settings are flexible enough to match workload. I can control working hours, add buffer time between meetings so my day feels less packed, and prevent overbooking during busy periods. The Google Calendar connection is the part I rely on most. Once it’s set up, availability updates automatically based on my calendar, so I don’t really need to manage time slots manually. Keeping my working hours defined also helps make sure clients only see appropriate time options. The Workflows feature sends automatic email reminders before meetings, which I set to go out 24 hours and 1 hour before the call.
