Comments: Overall, this software was heaven sent. However with any new software with users that aren't used to so much information available at their fingertips, there can be problems with user-friendliness and self-training capabilities.

Pros: I like that most information about our business - customers, their buying information, etc. can be found fairly easily in reports and other tabs. Purchasing is a lot easier as well compared to our older system.

Cons: Some of the reports aren't as thorough as some of our users would like and we can't dig through certain reports for more specificity. Also, our issues with the software sometime take a long time to be resolved, depending on the problem.

Comments: Company's monthly metrics goals of reducing waste and improving how applying each metrics within lanes.

Pros: Help me exceed my metrics goals
Help you with streamlining processes
Measure overall company success

Cons: Set up is tedious, but rewarding if you are little patient
Not a tool for measuring weakness in data science for forecasting purposes.

Comments: Reports for Internal Audit

Pros: Extracting the reports whatever for financial purposes

Cons: Not integrated by departments or small groups of users

Pros: Efficient , UI is very cool.
Easy to use.
Covers every attributes.
Functionality of this software is very good.

Cons: Limited customization options are available in the this software.
Sensitive data about an organization cannot be shared well with this.
