Learn more about Dropbox Sign

Pros:

The form inserts are a bit more customizable than other similar software that I've tried, like eversign and docusign, without having to go whole hog into API.

Cons:

Our employees wouldn't be able to open documents, I wouldn't be able to edit things, and there was just always something wrong. The wait time for fixes was anywhere form 2 minutes to 2 hours.

Convenient Electronic Signature Tool

5.0 last year

Comments: Our experience with Dropbox Sign is quite positive. It is easy to use and our clients and internal team members rarely experience problems signing or sharing documents.

Pros:

Dropbox Sign allows us to upload, share, store and request clients to sign conveniently under one platform. Electronic signature helps keep everything formal with our clients and employees. It is simple and straightforward. It is one of the few tech solutions that does exactly what it is designed for with minimal issues.

Cons:

There is nothing I don't like about this electronic signature solution. However, I feel that the price may be relatively high for individuals or small companies.

Dropbox Sign is relatively easy to use but can be time-consuming

3.0 last year

Pros:

Can do many of the features that require a digital signature, such as the one often used in Adobe Acrobat.

Cons:

It seems slow and takes a great deal of time to get through the process of finalizing a secure document. Also, I've had a t least one experience where, because it's supposedly operating from a cloud, that things were out of sync for a day.

I would recommend Dropbox Sign

5.0 7 months ago

Comments: My overall experience with Dropbox Sign was good. The core service works very well and there are extra features like customized branding. It will also work with other services like your document storage.

Pros:

Sending the document is very simple, then Dropbox sign automatically tracks the progress and sends reminders if needed. I like that I don't have to do that myself. I think the drag and drop tool for signing fields saved time as well. Dropbox sign made me feel that both the signer and I were safe sending documents/information through their service. They also vertify the signer. For this type of application I think both are extremely important and should be some of your main concerns when shopping.

Cons:

Dropbox Signs pricing is in the mid range. I chose Dropbox Sign anyway because I didn't want to risk security by trying to save money.

Easy to use platform!

5.0 last year

Comments: All in all, I'd recommend this platform to make your life easier when it comes to getting documents signed!

Pros:

I like that it's pretty straight forward to upload a document and then add a signature. It's so great to have my clients sign contracts that way rather than printing, signing, and scanning.

Cons:

There's nothing I can think of right now that I've had issues with!

Legally binding e-signature tool with notifications on the signing process

5.0 9 months ago

Comments: Seamless signing experience empowering collaboration and teamwork.

Pros:

There is a clear view of storage for Dropbox Sign, viewing the documents that still require action so you can send reminders. Saves time on recurring documents by keeping them for reusing in the future. It is also easy to collaborate in team by ensuring everyone always has the access they need. Customizing the teams is easy by adding name, branding and other settings to boost productivity.

Cons:

The integration is not friendly. I have always consulted the technical support team for assistance which is sometimes time consuming.

Easy and convenient. Saves Time!

5.0 10 months ago

Pros:

I love how easy digital signature accessibility is. I work from home and fill all my personal documents from home too. Which helps me with not procrastinating because I don't have to actually leave anywhere to get the document signed. Saves, gas, time and last minute important documents that need to be signed and emailed.

Cons:

Nothing, it is very convenient to use Dropbox sign and very affordable.

Only tool I have used

5.0 last year

Pros:

In my job, I need effecient and fast tools to use.

Cons:

The fact that we cannot change to date format. It is always MM/DD/YY, (which is fine most of the time) and as a French company, sometimes we use these signed documents to send to French administration. And they do not accept this format of date.

Construction Company Use of Dropbox Sign

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: Dropbox for file storage is such a time saver and much more efficient way to keep all company files safe and easily accessible from any mobile devise in the field. Dropbox Sign allows for client and subcontractor signature collection in such a fast easy manner that doesn't interrupt daily routines. The ease of signing and the ability to dictate who signs first in a multi-signer contract is a huge value add for our business. In 6 years, we have only had to call for customer support a couple of times and each time the service was fast and easy.

Pros:

The ease of signing and the ability to dictate who signs first in a multi-signer contract is a huge value add for our business.

Cons:

Integration was a breeze. Dropbox sign has made getting documents signed so much faster, easier and less expensive than the traditional manner of having clients and subs get to a notary public for signature, mailing the document and paying overnight freight expenses. It's a true game changer.

Saved us during the pandemic

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: Dropbox transformed the way we operated during the pandemic. It allowed us to integrate the system into our protocols, keep our clients safe, and still operated business as usual.

Pros:

The ease of creating templates and documents for signing streamlined our intake process and cut down the initial time required by staff.

Cons:

I would like to see a better notification system, i.e., a system where the user can develop the timeline for reminding signers of outstanding documents. Additionally, the ability to mass delete signed documents would be extremely helpful.

We couldn't operate without Dropbox Sign!

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: We love Dropbox Sign! It is very easy for all levels of our company to use and all of our contractors. We have used many different products and will be sticking with Dropbox Sign!

Pros:

Our favorite feature is the templates for agreements and how easy it is to customize messaging if needed. This has saved us so much time. We a;sp love the multi-party signatures and how easy it is to assign various fields to numerous parties.

Cons:

I wish you could assign initials to multiple parties at once rather than having to toggle between users.

Honest Dropbox Sign Review

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: Using Dropbox Sign has saved us and our clients the time and hassle of getting documents signed. Our clients have said many times "I couldn't believe how easy that was"! It is secure, quick, and easy. Being able to customize different forms and choose the necessary fields date, signature, initials, etc. The reminders let you know what is still outstanding without having to log in to Dropbox.

Pros:

Dropbox Sign is user-friendly for people who are familiar with computer programs and people who rarely touch a computer. It is very simple to navigate and easy as 1,2,3. It is also Secure and that is extremely important to us and we make it a high priority to ensure our client's sensitive information is safe and protected.

Cons:

More templates for the price would be helpful. Or if there were a way to purchase additional templates without having to update to the premium level.
