Good way to share passwords with bigger teams

Pros:

TeamPassword allows for sharing passwords among team members on a secure fashion. It has a great UI and it is easy to use on the most common systems and browsers after first configuration.

Cons:

Initial configuration can be difficult for first timers.

No more forgotten Passwords

Comments: My overall experience with Teampassword has been excellent. Their team is extremely friendly and respond in a very timely manner if I ever need them. They are releasing new features regularly and on a very good trajectory.

Pros:

Teampassword is extremely easy to use and implement across my entire team. It has also enabled us the ability to easily and securely share access across a global team.

Cons:

Sometimes the autofill does not work. But very minor.

A great tool with even better potential

Comments: I think TeamPassword has the potential to be a great product once some of the bugs are worked out.

Pros:

A clean and easy to user interface that makes it easy to share credentials across our entire team.

Cons:

TeamPassword can be a bit buggy. Sometimes I have to sign in multiple times in one session. Also when trying to add new team members to groups, it can sometimes take 3-4 times before it truly saves.

Saving Time while creating security

Comments: Very good platform and great support.

Pros:

With TeamPassword we are able to create multiple division groups and share with relevant staff ensuring all team members have access to platforms they need when they need. If they don't have access updating access is quick and easy. For contractors its as easy to create a group for them to access the platforms they require.

Cons:

Mainly the price. I think it's a good product but overpriced at $5 per user per month.

Simple and does what it does well

Comments: Great experience. It's simple, cost effective and does a great job. I very much like TeamPassword!

Pros:

This system does not really need to integrate into anything else (that we have found) and is therefore super easy to implement and rollout. It's a great (and cost-effective) way of sharing passwords with individuals and teams. I love the fact there is a mobile app so you can be anywhere and if you need a password it's there. The Chrome extension is great - it suggests passwords for the site so you don't have to search. Go TeamPassword!

Cons:

I think the team sharing options could do with a little bit of work, but I need to chat to the team about their experiences first.

Straightforward, easy to use and secure Password Manager

Comments: TeamPassword is a great tool and, of course, the team features are front and centre. It is so easy to add my team members and share any logins needed for collaboration on projects. It would be impossible to calculate how much time the Google Chrome Extention has saved me. The whole product is so easy to use and so quickly becomes vital that I couldn't imagine going back to not having a password manager.

Pros:

The best feature of TeamPassword is its great Google Chrome integration. It's easy to use, and the site detection and password auto-fill are snappy and saves so much time. TeamPassword's encryption also gives us peace of mind and helps us meet our security requirements for our customers.

Cons:

Not much missing, to be honest. Options to add different formats of details besides passwords would be good if we wanted to save company card details for example.

Intuitive password manager

Pros:

Team Password has an attractive and intuitive user interface that makes it incredibly easy to use. The ability to create groups and share credentials with team members makes managing organizational and service accounts effortless. The ability to customize the fields associated with a set of credentials also adds a great deal of flexibility.

Cons:

I like everything so far. There is nothing I dislike.

Manages All Login Info Well

Pros:

I have been using TeamPassword for about two years now, and it has proven to be easy to use and is great for managing all of the company's passwords. It has helpful features that can separate passwords into categories as well as limit access to certain passwords.

Cons:

The only issue I have had with TeamPassword is that it sometimes has technical issues with allowing me to view passwords or input the login info when I click on the login that I am needing.

TeamPassword is nice

Comments: I love it, and I will be always using it.

Pros:

It makes life easier, with just one extension you have all your passwords. The best part is when me and a co-worker are sharing passwords, we don;t have to keep asking for it, Teampassword just makes it much easier for us.

Cons:

Nothing to not like about it. It does everything I need and its UI/UX is really friendly and nice to use.

The best of password storer

Pros:

TeamPassword is a really good software that i have use it to store all of my account password, and also can be use to easily share some of the account login details that i shared with my partner and colleague.

Cons:

Sometimes, the login details won't pop-up when i am opening the website. I had to manually fill up the login details. The software should able to detect every website that i have save the login details in it.

Secure and Easy to use

Pros:

Ease of Use and password sharing. The peace of mind and trust in the encryption.

Cons:

Sometimes I'd like more personalisation options in how I store my passwords.

Hide and Secure Passwords using TeamPassword

Comments: It's time saving as you don' t have to look for passwords on different places.You don't have to do "Forgot Password" again and again.You can share and generate secure password.It's easy to use and manage.

Pros:

This is the best place to organised passwords on one place with peace of mind to being very secure.It gives the option of auto generating password and sharing with your team. In short its best for hiding and securing your password details.

Cons:

I have not experience any issue yet. So far so good.

Great tool to share credentials with your team

Comments: When we receive credentials from a customer for our systems to connect to their systems, it is a best practice to share that password with other team members in case you are not available when issues arise. TeamPassword lets you do this securely and conveniently.

Pros:

It allows you to share credentials in a secure way with other members of your team. Encrypted. You can have different teams and select which ones to share a given password with

Cons:

If you lose your TeamPassword credentials, you cannot recover your account. It would be nice to have a browser plugin to autofill the credentials when needed, similar to those built by password management tools like LastPass and BitWarden

Great for Remembering Credentialls

Comments: My experience has been a positive one. It is easy and quick to log in and get the information I need. I can easily modify existing entries and change the information as needed.

Pros:

I like that we are able to categorize our clients and keep all of the necessary credentials in one place for all of their accounts.

Cons:

There isn't much to dislike. It does everything it should with remembering credentials.

Don't need more than this

Pros:

easy to use and gets the job done, always!

Cons:

during last 3-4 years I remember only one day with issues and TP team was on it 100%

We use TeamPassword for our marketing agency and it makes collaborating across projects really easy.

Pros:

I can access my client's passwords in one easy place. I don't have to dig around looking for 100's of passwords every day!

Cons:

When I try to add a new username and password but need to look at two different website pages to pull the information (for example- an email a client sent and the login page for Facebook) the TeamPassword app will close and erase the data in inserted. So I have to be really quick.

Best Password Management Software for a Team

Pros:

Perfect for teams that need to coordinate a single login. I've worked at companies before that had a single sheet of paper that needed to be updated and passed around and this is so much easier. Especially with the search feature.

Cons:

I have not encountered anything that I did not like

Well understandable handling

Comments: We also have good experience with accesses to authorisations for deputies. A well thought-out concept.

Pros:

We appreciate the encryption, login and easy handling.

Cons:

According to me, everything essential is present in everyday life

TeamPassword is a secure and simple way to share passwords with your team

Comments: Saves time and hassle onboarding new members and keeping my team members unblocked by access problems.

Pros:

The ability to specifically control who has access to which passwords. This makes it easy to give access to my team members for just the services they should have access to, and also means when I add someone new they can quickly gain access to all the right passwords by only adding them to a few groups.

Cons:

The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't have an android app. Their mobile web version works well but a native app would be nice.

It's an invaluable tool that my team uses.

Pros:

It's keeps us safe and is easy to use. We don't ever have to worry about losing access to an account, even if someone leaves the team.

Very easy, simple & quick.

I don't have to memorize hundreds of passwords. It's great to not have to navigate to the site in advance. One stop shop.

Cons:

Nothing! The only thing I would change would be the ability to input email/user names even if both fields aren't available on the form.

Easy to use for our smaller company

Pros:

TeamPassword is easy to integrate. It's also easy to set up new members with company log in for security and admin can limit access as needed to certain accounts.

Cons:

Not a terrible inconvenience but it would be nice to know who actually created the account so if there are any issues, we can contact the primary account holder.

Great software to remember passwords

Pros:

The convenience of this software enabling to keep track of all your passwords in one place is fantastic.

Cons:

Sometimes the password for the wrong site will be filled in.

TeamPassword is a really low barrier way to keep important logins in one place for your team

Pros:

Works great for storing project related passwords for client facing teams. Simple UI and easy to use.

Cons:

A bit better iPhone integration would be great. Looking forward to seeing future iterations of the app!

Everything I needed for my team

Pros:

Our team doesn't standardize on what browsers to use because of individual preference so the integration that team password provides, being all-inclusive, was a win-win off the bat. We feel that everything is tip-top secure and right at our fingertips.

Cons:

The native mobile experience could be better, but given some time I'm sure that will all be shored up.
