They take forever to respond to anything no matter how critical or how many times you have bumped it. When the answer does come back it is usually of no help at all. There is an emergency number for emergencies only which is rarely answered. > > Not a bad system, very complex and takes a lot of time to set it up which they expect you to do yourselves. They also expect you to become your own experts so they can save money on customer service. Funnily enough, despite its complexity there a some simple things that can't be done. If I had my choice again I would go nowhere near this company, if their customer service was up to scratch to help with the issues then it may be ok, but you can be waiting over a month for a reply, sometimes more, and that is not an exaggeration. ----- ### "Don't knock 'til you try it.
