> **Pros**: It makes managing shifts and payroll much smoother. One of my favorite features is the ability to clock in and out directly in the system—it saves time and keeps everything accurate. Overall, it’s a reliable tool that makes scheduling simple and efficient.

> **Cons**: The only drawback I’ve noticed with eSchedule is that it can feel a little overwhelming at first because of all the features. Once you get used to the layout, though, it becomes much easier to navigate. Some of the reports don't make sense for our use and there are some reports I wish could be created but I haven't been able to. But \[sensitive content hidden\] continues to bother the programmers with my requests (in a good way\!).
