Customer support is there, technically, but mostly you’ll find yourself Googling your own problems and landing on a forum post from 2016 with no answers. > > Confluence is fantastic in theory and mildly chaotic in practice. If your team has discipline, structure, and a shared respect for information architecture, it’s a dream. If not, it becomes a digital attic full of well-intentioned clutter. For storing knowledge, collaborating on documentation, and keeping long-term records, it’s extremely useful. For quickly finding anything during a meeting while someone says “it’s definitely in Confluence somewhere,” it’s a character-building experience. Value for money is solid if you actually use it as intended.
