Additionally, Odoo offers flexibility for customization—from adding custom fields and tables to integrating seamlessly with other systems. Cons:
I think the payment providers not available in all counties for online store

Odoo Review.
Comments: The program is up there from being one of the best inventory programs currently out.
Pros:
The program is super easy to use the easiest I have came across.
Cons:
The program is not detailed in updating inventory levels keeping detailed records of the levels when it was changed and from what.
Alternatives Considered:
Yay for Odoo!
Comments: I have had a good experience with Odoo. Their support is helpful and answered my questions on time, and the website is easy enough to get around.
Pros:
I really like that Odoo has a lot of customizations options.
Cons:
I dislike that while the free plan allow you to use one app for free, if you'd like to use more than 1, you have to upgrade to an all apps plan. It would be helpful to offer a price per additional app or just a subscription price for only a certain amount of apps.
This platform is a scam and Customer Service are not useful at all
Comments: There was a lack of consistency with the communication between the staff members. They did not really want to assist to help you figure out what the problem was because I guess it’s a scam. They were disrespectful, passive aggressive. I no longer wanted to use their services which I really never used it because I was unable to access anything in their portal. They said that there was no problem with their portal, but clearly there was a problem if professional that is skilled in that field was unable to access it as well. All they’re trying to do is take the customers money without assisting them and then they’re trying to scam you to pay a lump sum amount for them still not to assist you. They said it wasn’t in their job description to assist you in learning their platform when I came to the person that is handling my account he kept saying I’m not gonna do it for you, but I wasn’t asking him to do anything for me. I was asking him to help me navigate the portal guide me, give me steps and I took all the steps that they gave me and their portal still wasn’t accessible. This company is not legit. This company does not care about their customers. They just care about getting the money and not assisting the customers and then having attitude when customer comes to them with an issue.
Pros:
This company sold a good story, but could not fulfill what they were actually marketing
Cons:
So this company tries to sell you a $3500 subscription for them to navigate you through the whole thing and they also sell a monthly subscription for $46 and some change. When I asked the person, [sensitive content hidden] that was in charge of my account to assist me in getting informed with the platform, he said that that is not in his job description, but prior to that he said if I needed any help navigating the system to contact him. So I called the customer support to see how they can support me and they told me that [sensitive content hidden] the person that is in charge of my account was supposed to assist me in navigating and then [sensitive content hidden] said that is not in his job description. So I also got a professional to see if they would be able to assist me outside of their company, and the professional was unable to access their program either the apps were not working you weren’t able to access them at all. They’re just there for show I was charged for a second month when I didn’t even access our program ever since they sent me the message saying that there was nothing wrong with it, but if I’m telling them, there’s something wrong with it, I’m not able to access there’s something wrong with their program. So I call back and I speak to the customer support and they said that they couldn’t assist me. They have to talk to another team member in order to assist me. Then I called back and just talked to another customer support and they basically told me that they have a fortune $5 million companies that are working with them and I simply said that does not matter to me. What matters to me is my experience is that I’m having with you and your platform, it is not accessible. so basically they didn’t take any accountability for anything. They basically was just saying oh sorry it didn’t work out for you, but everything seems good on our end which it’s not good on my end if I needed to access the portal for my business so pretty much they said I was not gonna be receiving any type of refund. The customer service was overall horrible. It sounds like they don’t know anything that they’re talking about and it pretty much is a scam. They don’t take any accountability and they don’t connect with the customers thoroughly. They deflect and make it seem like it’s the customer‘s fault that they can’t access the portal when it’s actually their portal that is not accessible.
Am Always Happy Creating Websites With Odoo
Comments: Odoo does not require coding skills at all to create websites and that's why am amazed with it.
Pros:
Odoo is easy to use for creating and designing websites. It has a clean and intuitive interface. It simple to implement Odoo and start using it.
Cons:
I haven't found any dislikes with Odoo for the long period I have been with them.
Odoo, going well but slowly
Comments: Overall the experience has been great. We've been super happy with their offering. We're trying to switch our business over to them and it's taking longer then expected but working well so we're satisfied.
Pros:
It's simple and easy for everyone from our young employees to the ones who struggle with technology.
Cons:
Their customer service is a little slow to respond to our requests and yes we are a paid customer paying for their time.
POOR SERVICE
Comments:
Odoo why not BUT not via their employees.
Or switch to Magento or prestashop!
If you still want to work with Odoo, go through a freelancer who will respect the specifications.
With Odoo:
Salespeople's promises are not kept, you have to do all the implementation, bad imports, the packs are used to correct their mistakes. The budget explodes and it's never their fault.
When faced with a problem, the standard response is ‘everything will be fixed with the next version’... in the end, it's not.
In the end, this is not the case. The people in charge absolve themselves of any responsibility by replying ‘it was mentioned that the version could solve this problem, not that it would’... nice trick!
It's better to go through a professional working with Odoo. He will understand your needs much better and will respect the specifications. If they make a mistake, they'll fix the problem at their own expense.
!!!!!!!!!!
Pros:
I am using space in order to answer ... nothing
Cons:
I am using space in order to answer ..The service!!
My Review of Odoo
Comments: I am able to manage projects automatically and carry out inventory control procedures with Odoo.
Pros:
I mainly use Odoo to manage, plan and track projects automatically. Odoo is completely open-source which cut short expenses.
Cons:
I do not use Odoo on a daily basis but it suits all my needs whenever I turn to it.
Versatile Solution
Comments: I would describe my overall experience with Odoo as mixed
Pros:
Odoo has something for every need being one of the top all-in-one solutions, it includes accounting, invoicing, CRM which can be accessed from a single platform
Cons:
Some specifications might not always work efficiently in customizability
Very good for Business Management Pipeline
Comments: I like the work flow and management integration
Pros:
Very good for Business Management Pipeline
Cons:
Not so good for customer support and KB management
Alternatives Considered:
Love Odoo software. Odoo Service Pack for setup is HORRIBLE!
Comments: I strongly discourage anyone from using the Odoo Training Service Pack of hours. We had a horrible experience. The Business Service Analysts who work with you are a joke. I imagine there are some good ones. The program is set up poorly from square one. Regardless of your type of business, you receive the BSA who becomes available next. Even if they have no experience, or relatively little, with your industry. You only have ONE person. Not a team of people. To top it off, we had 3 BSA and all were within their first few months with Odoo. I wish I had a dollar for every time our first BSA said "I don't know." I will be escalating my fight with Odoo to receive a refund for some hours. For instance, we were charged for cancelling a weekly meeting that wasn't confirmed since I was literally in a foreign jungle with very spotty internet. Yet, when our BSA didn't show up one week and we had to email (there is no way to call your BSA) to find out via auto-reply that he was out of the office, well...there was no offsetting penalty against Odoo. We were charged many hours for slow work that I can now do myself in half the time! Use a third party company that specializes in your industry or is close to your location and can visit. The Odoo BSA Service Pack program is so poor that the company actually told me that "We don't guarantee the quality of our service." That should tell you all that you need to know about paying Odoo for implementation of your program.
Pros:
There are so many apps/modules that can all be integrated. You can pick and choose which apps to start with and add more as you need or fee comfortable. Small or large businesses can successfully use Odoo.
Cons:
Some things are a bit comlex for a small company with limited people to implement what we want. We are a CUSTOM PRODUCTS manufacturing company and there aren't as many resources to learn how to handle manufacturing custom products. Odoo would be great for building a house or an airplane. But I'm struggling to figure out how to have a good flow with 100 orders a day for custom rubber stamps, nameplates, signs and embroidery.
Next-gen of ERP's, very user-friendly & deep business scope
Comments: It's very easy to use, scalable & covering almost all business needs
Pros:
Very user-friendly, the next-gen of ERPs, cost-effective regarding the development, all-in-one software that automates all business processes like CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, Ticketing system, Accounting/Finance & many others, with more than 3000 specialized business apps on it is Apps market place.
Cons:
The partner's qualification process, releasing a new version every year may cause difficulties in migration from version to version but it is fit for SMEs. Still, big enterprises need a lot of work to re-engineer the process to match the customers' needs.
Alternatives Considered:
Amazing ERP/MRP system!
Comments: Overall, the Odoo system is incredible. No more paying for each additional module you need. It is all included. They offer a free version if you only need a single module... Who does that? If you are in the market for a user-friendly ERP or MRP system, look no further.
Pros:
Odoo is very user-friendly and the Odoo team is absolutely phenominal. The software is extremely customizable and offers a plethora of features out of the box.
Cons:
The subscription fee is due upfront. This can be a little daunting if you are looking for a longer term.
Alternatives Considered:
Terrible experience with Odoo and locked into 3 year contract
Comments: The implementation process is terrible, and Odoo being newer and less used in the US means their support and staff really do not know much about the system. You are paying them to learn with you, and there is no way to talk to the people that might know the system. It seems all of their developers are overseas, so timing is a real issue. We were told our implementation would be complete by the end of January, and we are in July now and still none of out inventory stays in sync on any of out platforms.(Amazon, eBay and WooCommerce). No one at Odoo can figure out why. One of the support techs told me they do not know much about setting up eBay and showed me what they found about it when the googled the issue. Not very comforting. We have been overselling on our platforms, and that is a very bad thing as am Amazon and eBay seller. We can't get them to prioritize us and get the issues resolved. We were told by our sales consultant and his manager that we would be getting a refund of 100% of the implementation costs, and we have this in email from them. We have still not received this and it is 3 months later. They will no longer even respond to questions about the refund. We are locked into a 3 year, very expensive contract with no hope at this point that the system will ever work for us. We are at the point where we fell we are just going to need to leave Odoo for a new system and it will be a huge loss and almost a year of lost time and resources. They absolutely do not care about their customers.
Pros:
We liked the variety of apps Odoo had available for different business uses. We also liked that Odoo could keep our inventory in sync with all of our selling platforms, such as Amazon, eBay and WooCommerce. We also liked the cost, much less expensive than Netsuite. Please see our overall comments below for the after sales call and contract signing.
Cons:
Lack of customization of reports without paying Odoo a lot of money to make the changes. Very few report overall. Hard to pull your data from the system due to different application working together.

Odoo and Francisco make Odoo GREAT!
Comments: Our experience has been great! We have a fantastic implementation expert [sensitive content hidden] who has done a noble job learning our processes so that he can tailor-fit Odoo to our corporation. His service has been excellent. Which makes our experience with this ERP all the better!
Pros:
Our company likes Odoo because it offers app-based modules that are easy to use. The entire software is capable of streamlining our processes and provides real-time data to all facets of our corporation. We also really like our implementation expert, [sensitive content hidden]. He makes Odoo great!
Cons:
The learning curve for implementing an any ERP can be extensive; Odoo isn't necessarily more difficult to implement and may, in fact, be easier to implement than other ERPs. If I had to choose a negative about Odoo - it would be that if you build a sandbox database and choose to go live with that same database, many of the items, transactions, records, logs, etc. cannot be deleted/cleared from the sandbox database.
Alternatives Considered:
Great platform even for non profit
Pros:
Good integration of apps, easy and clean UI, very good data management and, more over, the open source philosophy
Cons:
The membership app is still too lacking in functionality and possibilities, which would be very useful for extending the use of Odoo as a service in the Non-Profit sector
A Review Of Odoo
Comments: Odoo is incredible it creates website fast and well.
Pros:
Odoo helps create and design websites fast and this website are effective always. It has a user-friendly interface and anyone can use Odoo to create websites at ease. It has the best Q&A platforms.
Cons:
Odoo works fine and has no challenges at all.
My opinion about Odoo.
Comments: As an Odoo user, my overall experience has been a mix of clear benefits and challenges. Starting with the positive, I love the flexibility of the system. The ability to customize and tailor applications to my business’s specific needs has been a huge plus. The fact that everything is integrated into one system – sales, accounting, inventory, and marketing – really helps make workflows smoother and improves overall visibility into operations. The interface is fairly modern and easy to understand, which is great for someone who doesn’t have much technical knowledge. However, when it comes to more advanced setups, I have found myself needing to hire a consultant for initial implementation as some aspects of the system can be quite complex.
Pros:
I really like its user-friendly and modern interface. This software has an intuitive and easy-to-use interface. As it is an open source software, Odoo is very flexible to customize applications according to the needs of the company. Odoo integrates all areas of the business very well, facilitating the management of business processes from accounting and sales to inventory and marketing.
Cons:
Initial setup and customization can require a lot of time, technical knowledge or expert help. Sometimes, when we want to upgrade Odoo to a new version, previous customizations may not be compatible, causing additional effort to adapt custom integrations or modules. Otherwise, all is well.
The Best Website Builder
Comments: It has been an extraordinary experience with Odoo.
Pros:
Personalization of sales has been simple and the app is easy to use on a daily basis. I am able to keep track of leads of sales. It is easy to create websites with Odoo.
Cons:
Odoo has been fine withe it has no problems.
Odoo is perfect for my SMB for many years, highly recommend!
Comments: I use it since Odoo 6. It evolved over the years. Since it is a very horizontal business application, not all modules are very mature. I suggest to start with few modules, set your business workflow around those few modules and slowly install other modules as required. Keep in mind that too many modules with customizations and integrations can be harder to test for version upgrades.
Pros:
Although I use vanilla Online version, it is great to know that Odoo is very customizable. I also like that it can be integrated to other applications in my company via the Web API, so it is very extensible. Also, the data models used internally are perfect for my services company, specially the timesheet entries that convert to cost in the analytic accounting, an essential feature that allows us to know if a project is profitable or not.
Cons:
Default reports could be better polished or customizable, or maybe I didn't study further how to customize.
Thank You Odoo I Love You....
Comments: I love how I can schedule post, how it is 1 App for Free so can offer to others easy and saves me so much time. There is so much to Odoo but that is my favorite asmy time is everything. I did have one issue due to social sites changing there coding and I reached out to support and they answered me FAST and got it all sorted out and resolved. Great company and FANTASTIC site.
Pros:
I love Odoo, saves me time with scheduling posts and it is FREE. AMAZING!!! I am able to offer to my customers and help them get a great start. But then with all the other available program all in one place WOW!! Seriously, Odoo is the way to go and I share it with everyone that comes in my direction. You will love it also....
Cons:
To be honest there is nothing I do not like...I Love Odoo

Odoo- one system, many business processes
Comments: I was looking for a business solution primarily for accounting but when i found Odoo i saw the potential to start with accounting and then add modules over time. I started implementing in april 2023, with accounting. But 18 months later i have website, inventory, purchasing, payroll, employees, timesheets, employee expenses, document management, electronic signatures. Self implemented for my investment management small business. I recommend the system to anyone.
Pros:
All in one solution, from website to logistics. User Interface - easy, clean and straight forward Value for money Support is available if needed
Cons:
Is not really a con… but it requires investment in your own time if implementing on your own. The scope of the system is wide.
Best flexible, scalable, and cost-effective all-in-one ERP
Pros:
Odoo provides a flexible, scalable, and cost-effective ERP solution that suits a wide range of business needs. Its modular approach, open-source nature, user-friendliness, and support make it an attractive choice, particularly for small and mid-sized businesses looking to streamline their operations without the high costs of traditional ERP systems.
Cons:
Odoo open-source and modular nature brings potential downsides, especially for businesses needing deep customizations, reliable third-party app compatibility, or a system optimized for large-scale operations. Initial setup, custom development, and ongoing support costs should be carefully considered.
Alternatives Considered:
A Comprehensive and Flexible Platform with Great Tools
Comments: Overall, my experience with Odoo has been very positive. The platform offers a wide range of tools that are easy to use and integrate seamlessly with each other, which has greatly improved our operational efficiency. Customer support is helpful, although response times can sometimes be slow. Despite this, once in contact with the support team, they are always professional and resolve any issues efficiently. The platform’s flexibility and customization options have allowed us to tailor it to our specific needs, which is a big plus.
Pros:
I really appreciate the wide variety of tools available on the platform and how easy it is to use them
Cons:
Although customer service is great once they respond, the response time can be slow. For example, two Wednesdays ago, I opened a ticket regarding an issue that could only be resolved by contacting the support team. I didn’t receive a response until the following Monday, after I reached out via WhatsApp to an executive who found the ticket and partially resolved it through email. I continued communicating through email to fully resolve the issue, but didn’t receive a reply. I even opened a second ticket, and the situation was only fully resolved the following Monday. The executives were very polite and resolved everything, but the response time could be improved, including acknowledging receipt of the ticket sooner
Odoo for K's
Comments: It's great to have odoo as our crm tool. Other agents see where we left off and every conversation or actions we take is property documented. Customers are easily added to odoo as rhey themselves put in their information when they visit our website. With the sales forecast, we have an insight as to what steps to do to improve our sales. When problem arises, the customer service can be easily contacted and they are mlke than willing to help us with our odoo concern.
Pros:
I like all the features in the system. It shows all the possible actions we should take to improve our sales performance and get more customers on board. Collaborating with other agents is also very smooth.
Cons:
The only problem i see is that the database is inaccessible while offline, so if you don't have internet connection, you won't be able to get to access the contact info of the person you need to contact without going to a place with internet. But you know, everything nowadays depend on the internet.
