They keep attributing these increases to "system improvements," but we aren't seeing any benefits from these changes—none of them seem to impact our usage. Why should we be billed for improvements we don’t use? And if they're making enhancements to attract new clients and stay ahead of competitors, why are current customers footing the bill? In our business, we constantly make improvements to our products without charging more, as it drives more sales for us. To give some context: we started with Dear in October 2021, paying $249 per month. After yet another increase, they now want $669 per month. That's a staggering jump. What’s even more questionable is when I asked them why our base subscription costs significantly more than what’s advertised on their site, I received no reply. Their website lacks transparency on pricing for additional services like B2B and POS, meaning they charge whatever they think they can get away with. For anyone considering Cin7, I’d recommend exploring alternatives like Zoho. They claim the increase is for platform improvements, but none of the so-called upgrades—like B2B modules, advanced WMS, or virtual agent support—are relevant to my needs. It's frustrating that I'm being forced to pay for features I don't use, and this isn't the first price increase since Cin7 took over. Despite these hikes, the service remains the same, just more expensive. This feels like a cash grab, with no regard for existing customers.
