You can almost be certain that the first time you click on a link it won't work, you'll need to refresh and try again a few times before it will work. The customer suppport used to be excellent, but it would seem that it has now been shipped overseas (replies come hours later in the middle of the night) and it is now very poor, especially when comparing to it once was.
