Acuity Scheduling is an economical choice for scheduling and collecting payment

Comments: Acuity Scheduling was an excellent great start and affordable option for online scheduling, billing collections, and basic SOAP notes. It was user-friendly and easy to setup. It also allowed for multiple users that could be set up as administrators or clinicians. I ultimately had to leave the platform for a more advanced EMR system; however, I definitely recommend them as a great place to start or if your needs are more simple.

Pros:

Acuity Scheduling is very user-friendly and easy to setup. I liked being able to customize my account to my brand colors and logo. The online scheduling and billing features are easy for both clinician and client.

Cons:

The SOAP note features are not as robust. This is to be expected since they are not technically an EMR. For basic SOAP notes, they do the job. For more advanced SOAP notes, these can be created within the platform and are not difficult to do.

Pros:

The interface is precise and clean. I was able to customize everything at implementation stage, forms, appointment types, availability and more. This has been key in ensuring that all my appointments align with my specific needs, hence avoiding unnecessary confusion that may arise due to and busy schedules and even avoid no-shows on my appointments.

Cons:

It has always offered a satisfactory performance for the most part.

Comments: I wasn’t happy with Acuity scheduling, which is why I switched to another scheduling site.

Pros:

Acuity's an excellent scheduling tool

Comments: I switched from Calendly in 2015 or so to Acuity because at that time they had the zoom integration. Calendly now has that integration of course now, too, but at the time, I was manually sending the zoom link to my contacts and so I searched for a better tool and Acuity was it.

Pros:

That they offer the 'add to google calendar' feature as opposed to (or in addition to??) the inconvenient .ics file.

Cons:

The cost. I switched to another tool because Acuity was double the price with almost the same features.

A Must for Small Businesses

Comments: Overall I had a great experience with Acuity. It is user-friendly on both sides and I liked the free option had enough features to be beneficial to my business.

Pros:

I like that Acuity Scheduling is user-friendly on the back and front ends. It is easy to add to my email signature for access to potential clients and easy for me to log-on and see my calendar.

Cons:

I had some frustrations when I wanted to integrate it into my website. So the go around I found was to put it on my email. It did make it a little for difficult for those that did not contact me first to get on my calendar.

expensive for what it offered. Little control over what I can modify.

Pros:

It was super easy to integrate with my existing squarespace website without using yet another account system.

Cons:

Similar to the Apple ecosystem, great if you're in it, not so much if you're on the outside looking in.

Outdated product, nonexistent customer service

Comments: Horrible I’m done they’re outdated. They will not listen to customers. They will not make improvements to their system. They will not take suggestions for improvements. It’s very difficult to get a hold of customer service. It’s just a company that is just going to slowly go out of business.

Pros:

My favorite thing about Acuity is it allows you to be able to customize exactly when an appointment can be booked down to the 30 minutes

Cons:

Customer service is nonexistent they make it very difficult to reach them they give you generic responses back. It is a very basic system and they have no interest in improving it and what additions they have added onto it have been just wildly boring and non-useful improvements.

Comments: My experience with Acuity Scheduling has been a smooth and efficient one. It has given me everything i would ask for in a scheduling tool. Acuity Scheduling has given me to the power over my scheduling activities by making it easy to dictate when am free for appointments and when am not. It has helped me to simplify scheduling by using automations to do the entire scheduling work.

First, its easy integration with other products like online meeting platforms has been making it easy for me to schedule for meetings with my work colleagues and clients. Acuity Scheduling also has automations that allows me to automate scheduling making it a very simple and less time-consuming task. The automated reminders has always been a life saver for me as they always keep me aware of any upcoming schedules so that i don't miss them. Am also impressed by its security functions as they provide optimum safety to all my personal calendar data. With Acuity Scheduling, it has been easy to find available time for scheduling and avoid having double schedules.

Cons:

Up to now, i have not found anything concerning to like least about Acuity Scheduling. It has worked perfectly for me.

Pros:

I like that it has an app making it accessible on my phone as well as on my PC so I can switch use in between each one. It’s fairly straight forward and has features making it easy to schedule appointments.

Cons:

I like Acuity overall but wish there was a feature that allowed appointments and bookings booked in advance for a certain date (for instance, 1 year from now) with a price change/increase. Or make bookings available up to a certain date and open them back up again once that date comes around.

As a staff member Iam added in the acuity and it allows me to find upcoming appointments and manage booking. I have also managed to create my own calendar soo I can be booked personally and enables me enter the specific hours Iam a available which I have synced with my personal email for notifications and alerts. It is also easy to offer discounts for those diehard clients soo that we off some amount on their next appointment. Integrating it with stripe payments has streamlined the collection of online payment during booking and record payments made in person. Lastly tracking the use of Acuity Scheduling using the report functionality allows for improvement.

Cons:

Acuity scheduling is the master of conveniences through coordinated bookings and salon appointments. The information available online and it's responsive technical team has ensured that our use experience has no hutches.

The best hub for scheduling all appointments and documentation

Comments: Acuity gives me the flexibility to book an appointment or meeting so I can accept or postpone without much searching. I no longer miss an appointment, as the reminders keep me ready to take action early.

Pros:

Acuity does the scheduling I need to ensure no conflicts. I love the way it schedules meetings, where invitations are sent via links that easily document acceptance from other parties. Reminders pop up constantly to alert me when the appointment is approaching, keeping me on track. I love the efficiency of its integration with my team calendar, which helps in scheduling joint meetings as required.

Cons:

I have never made any scheduling mistakes with Acuity, it is easy to use and provides real-time syncing across all my devices.
