Good product as office suite option

Comments: My overall experience has actually been quite good, there have been a few updates that were a little buggy, but WPS has generally cleaned that up fairly quickly.

Pros:

I use the product as an alternative to MS Office, the standard Office Tools (documents, spreadsheets, presentations) all work well and I find the UI less cumbersome than the newer versions of MS Office. I also use the PDF editing tool and find it quite handy.

Cons:

Although WPS comes with its own cloud storage service, and from what I can tell it works fine (limited experience) their integration with the bigger players in this space (Dropbox, OneDrive, etc) could be better.

Comments: Im really satisfied by using WPS Office, its completely enough for me as a simple user.

Pros:

I mostly like the user-friendly interface, versatility, reliability and matching with MS Office tools.

Cons:

Least I dont like the advertisements because Im using the free version of this app on my mobile. It was installed on my device as basis.

Comments: I started using WPS Office in 2014 on Android platform to write content on my phone at that time I did not have access to a PC so save me a lot of money and stress

Pros:

Since it's consistent works great with MS office package has many fonts available, and works for Android, windows and more

Cons:

On Android sometimes it's lacks some functionality compared to office package

WPS Office: A good alternative to Microsoft Office

Comments: I tried using WPS Office to see if it fits my needs well. Also, i tried using it to see if users who cannot afford to have MS Office can benefit from this. I found out that almost all features of MS Office can be found in WPS Office. However, the major thing i noticed is when it is being used with screen readers, the reader cannot read what is being written on an opened file. That is something that I think can be improved in future releases of updates.

Pros of WPS Office are as follows: -Comes with a complete tool for almost any kind of document or data you need to work on -Files can easily be exported to other file types -It's easy to import files with different file types

Cons:

The cons of WPS Office are as follows: -Not so popular, unlike MS Office -Sometimes, sharing and/or sending files to other people can be challenging -It is not friendly to persons with visual impairment who are using screen readers

WPS Office Is My Most Used Software

Comments: I have used WPS Office almost every day for several years, and it has worked great for me. I do so much using the Presentation format.

Pros:

The price is cheaper but the program is just as effective as Microsoft office.

Cons:

I had to pay to edit PDF files. That is about the only reason I had to get WPS Pro.

Comments: WPS office is user-friendly and it's an office in your pocket because you can access and do anything from anywhere.

Pros:

I can view different types of files and convert them from one file to another. It's an easy app to easy app to use. After every 24 hours, the app deletes PDF data, which is useful for privacy. You can do file transfer and access files from the recycle bin in case you delete them by mistake. One more important thing is that it can help you scan documents and convert them to PDFs which it could not do before.

Cons:

It limits some other tools and for you to access them you must pay a fee.

Comments: WPS office is a nice and very useful app, which is affordable for a lot of people. I honestly recommend

WPS office gives the option to open various documents all at once, therefore saving the time and stress of open and closing apps every time you want to look at different documents. It also leaves a green check on your last previously viewed document, saving you the stress of trying to look for your last opened document. Most of the essential features for your basic everyday life usage is free compared to some other similar apps

Cons:

Trying to find a saved document on WPS office might be difficult to find for first time users.

Comments: Wps makes transfer of work documents and creating documents like reports, memos easier as I can use it even in field where I don't have to carry a laptop

Wps should be enabled to transform documents into pdf files incase one is required to share a pdf file.Attention should also be paid to the editing feature, it should be made better and easier

Pros:

I am using it since my college days. It has number of tools in one application. Many of students using it as effective tool. It provides facility of converting pdf from photos, word document etc. like many more facilities making it powerfull tool.

Cons:

Sometimes it won't work properly on Android if it using for long time but for laptops won't have that problem.

Comments: Writing my daily, weekly and monthly reports have been so easy to me have monitoring my performance and the overall performance of the department, Thank you WPS OFFICE

Pros:

He data extraction feature helped a lot, even the sharing features, the software was so easy to use and only needed computer literacy to operate. It has also helped me write the my daily, weekly and monthly reports with so much ease and comfort.

Cons:

When using spreadsheets, the colour options were quite hard to find, the display as well would do well to be improved. But we can do well with it so far and I would appreciate if this was worked upon as well.

WSP Office Best App ever for Documents

Comments: 5 out of 5. you do everything in one app , you don't need to have many apps. You can edit your document easily, even the PDF document.

Best thing about WSP Office is that you can open all documents in one app. For example you can open a PDF document , words document and spreadsheet. You can also import and export data files in WSP Office. Search and filter are the best

Cons:

The cloud storage is limited and the free version contains ads. Sometimes apps crash.

Comments: This is my first document reading app my mobile it's very comfortable for me. It completely same like MS Office and more comfortable for mobile to compare MS Office overall it is very good for me.

It is very comfortable for handle my documents in mobile phone. Very comfortable to read same like laptop view because they both mobile and laptop view options. The editing options are easy to handle.

I love that WPS Office is extremely good in sending, receiving, editing and converting documents. It makes handling documents so easy for me.

WPS Office if you don't have... Office

Comments: I use WPS Office on my mobile phone and computer to open and modify my documents. A valid alternative to Office, that runs well: i recommend it above all on mobile phones.

Pros:

On mobile phone it allows me to see and modify documents in a quick way and even the screen is small I can use the program without any problem. On computer you can open a modify word and excel files even if you don't have office, so it is really handy. The program runs smoothly.

Cons:

if you disinstall it, it may happens that icons become blank instead; i found it on some computers as default program for documents, users accidentaly installed it, so I think it tries to install itself on your system when you install other programs

How efficient does WPS Office to us?

Pros:

I like the most in this software is you can use it on your android/ios phone anywhere, anytime. Its less hassle for me because i don't need to carry my laptop everyday. They make sure that you can easily used their specs ;in editing, lay-outing material for presentation and many more. They make it simple to use.

Cons:

The least I like about this is their security features on your documents so it won't leak any sensitive information and unauthorized access to documents.
