Unfortunately ,I have no more pros as their support system is nonexistent. > > **Cons**: We've been long-time CorelDRAW users, and while the software itself has its merits, the customer support is absolutely abysmal. Reaching a real person is nearly impossible—phone numbers are often useless, emails bounce back with "invalid request" errors, and support tickets go unanswered for weeks. Even when you do get a response, it's usually a generic, copy-paste reply that doesn't address the issue. I had a licensing issue that should have been resolved in minutes, but instead, I was passed around between chat agents and email threads for over 4 weeks, with no resolution. > > BAD BAD BAD. ----- ### "Great Software" — 5.0/5 > **Terry** | *12 April 2025* | Graphic Design | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: It is a super powerful vector software, while being incredibly easy and intuitive to use. > > **Cons**: The trace function needs some improvement. > > I Love it. I have been using CorelDraw since version 11, back in 2000 and I am still learning new tricks every day. It is so easy to use. ----- ### "CoralDraw a designers magic tool." — 5.0/5 > **Danish** | *14 July 2026* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: It's User Interface and designing tools accessibility and options are so much diversified it's comes handy with print designing as well as social media designing. > > **Cons**: It's users are very few specially when using it for social media designing. It's users are mainly from print media. > > I migrated from Adobe suite to coraldraw 8 years ago and still can't find more designing abilities and stability to handle big files like coraldraw does ----- ### "30+ Years of Loyalty, But the Subscription Pathway Lost Me" — 4.0/5 > **Darren** | *22 August 2025* | Design | Recommendation rating: 5.0/10 > > **Pros**: CorelDRAW has been my go-to design platform for over 30 years. I love its versatility — it handles vector artwork, brochures, flyers, and even full page layouts with ease. It’s truly an all-in-one solution that eliminates the need for multiple programs. The interface is intuitive, the tools are powerful, and the software has always delivered reliable results for both print and digital projects. > > **Cons**: The shift to a subscription-only model is by far the most disappointing aspect. I originally purchased the software outright, decades ago, and invested in every upgrade along the way, but now all of that investment is sunk. I refuse to move to a subscription pathway, so I’ve stopped upgrading despite wanting access to new features. For long-term loyal users, this change is both unreasonable and unfair. > > Overall, CorelDRAW has been an outstanding design platform throughout my career. It has allowed me to create everything from detailed vector artwork to full brochures and flyers without needing to switch between different applications. The combination of power, flexibility, and page layout capability makes it a true all-in-one solution. However, my experience has been overshadowed in recent years by Corel’s move to a subscription-only model. After decades of loyalty and significant investment in purchased versions and upgrades, I feel let down by being forced into a payment pathway that doesn’t respect long-term users. As a result, I continue to use my older version, but sadly I am no longer able to benefit from new features or improvements. ----- ### "Stable and efficient tool for vector graphics" — 4.0/5 > **Verified Reviewer** | *08 October 2025* | Architecture & Planning | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: I like CorelDRAW for its stability over many years. It is very convenient and powerful for vector graphics. > > **Cons**: Its raster graphics module is weak compared to Photoshop and other software. I think it was unnecessary to integrate it. > > CorelDRAW is an excellent product for 2D vector graphics. It has been reliable and useful in my work for many years. ----- Page: 1 / 62\ Next: [Next page](https://www.capterra.co.za/software/124823/coreldraw?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.co.za/software/124823/coreldraw) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
