Solution for Effective Project Management
Comments: Our marketing team uses Bitrix24 to streamline communication and improve their approach to customer service. The setup is simple, and the program is easily integrated with others to streamline our processes. It's a really adaptable device. Therefore, this instrument should be effective for the client group.
Pros:
Work process management is something I take pleasure in since it allows me to have a clear schedule, complete the most important tasks in a timely manner, and obtain prompt assistance when I need it. Furthermore, I am able to classify people according to their industry. Simple and intuitive CRM without many complications
Comments: Bitrix24 allows us to monitor agency projects from start to finish, as well as sales processes and metrics. Pros:

My humble opinion as a beginner
Comments: I worked at marketing agency as an HR and executive assistant. All the processes were under my supervision. We had several sections. Sales, HR, trainings, and company drive. We mainly use to keep our sales stages and he stages. Unfortunately we don't generate any documents, though I know it's possible. So the main advantages of this CRM were out of our operations. And it is costly I think
Pros:
I have been working with bitrix24 over a year. To be honest it was my first time to work with CRM. As a management tool to simplify many processes I did like it. Also drive option on corporate and individual level to store your files. Bitrix 24 offers many options, but it's a little complicated. Existing chat feature that allows to creat any group or meeting chats, to make it confidential is great. To limit opportunities vor B and A level employees is also a good option in operation. Also I like task management features. Deadlines attendee observer Features. Unfortunately the company I worked with didn't use many features of this CRM to have greater benefit out of it: sales pipelines, documenting features. Overall for the beginner level I liked it.
Cons:
As a C level worker, I used all the features our company had an access. And the abundance of buttons and confirmation were too much. I didn't like to put save button at any turn.

Comments: Team members can define, assign and track tasks based on milestones while keeping task files and feedback all in one place. Overall, I would say Britix24 is robust enough to manage development sprints while remaining flexible to a variety of workflows.
Pros:
Some of the features I like most about Britix24 are; helpful and responsive customer support team, highly customizable to suit various business contexts, user friendly and quick to learn and automated invoicing. Has a rich white boarding and brainstorming capabilities for generating ideas especially for the advanced version.
Cons:
The advanced features require hirer tier plans and also I have experienced occasional performance issues with complex boards.

Comments: Overall Bitrix24 has been great for my business. Having a place to see all the tasks, assign to employees and follow up on the work has really saved me time and money!
Pros:
For task management it's FREE, it's easy to set up, it's easy to use.
Cons:
There are many features that I haven't had the chance to use because it would require me to take some time to review it, test, and implement with the team.

Pros:
Surely it's full of features, basically anything a CRM can have.
Cons:
Its price and assistance are very bad. It is very costly if you really want to use all of its feature and if you have just a simple problem and need to get in touch with the support team, it can be awful. Design can be better too.
Alternatives Considered: Flowlu and Asana

Pros:
It makes it so much easier to analyse the success of sales and it's useful in executing projects that require communication and collaboration.

Complete Scam
Comments: If i could provide a lower score, I would. The company falsely advertises integrations with Quickbooks Online, it does not work. The software is a shell, meaning that the purchaser has to "create: every document and infrastructure in order for the application to even come close to working. The very thing that it appears it was designed for ( CRM) fails miserably. You wont even see your deals or opportunities move to the "next stage" without some form of manual manipulation. Telephone integration does absolutely nothing other than clog up your leads with calls with zero info on them. Top all of this off with the complete lack of support ( even in the paid version). They will take days to respond and then its with a canned response about going and researching the answer your self in a pile of some of the worst help files I have seen in my more than 30 years in business. Then, finally capped by this...once you have wasted the $1000.00 for the access to the software and the countless hours and thousands of dollars to try to get it to work with just basic day to day operation....you finally decide that their are much better options available (like Salesfoce) they will refuse to refund you any part of your remaining subscription. BUYER BE WARE- complete and total scam of a solution. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

NONE- very difficult to deploy. Hours upon hours spent in setup ended up being a complete waste of time. Not ONE of the integrations work.

Reasons for Switching to Bitrix24: initial price was more attractive with b24. ended up spending many thousands more with b24 and wasted months of development time that Salesforce would have had available ( out of the box)
Bitrix Virtual Office Solution
Comments: My overall experience with Bitrix24 has been great. I have no complaints and would easily recommend it to anyone.
Pros:
The free version is more than adequate to manage business functions. The intranet/portal feature allows me to manage my company and staff. My company is a virtual company and thanks to Bitrix24 it allows all members of my time to collaborate, communicate and work together just as if they were in the office. I have been using this software for many years and have tried other options and always come back to Bitrix24. I am yet to find any other software as versatile as Bitrix24.
Cons:
The only issue we have is sometimes new Associates find it difficult to access the platform for the first time. I personally did not experience that issue, and this is only for a small percentage of new recruits.
Alternatives Considered: Workplace from Meta and HubSpot CRM
Reasons for Switching to Bitrix24: HubSpot was a good CRM but did not have the other functionality like Bitrix24. It was only good as a CRM. Workplace by Facebook was too expensive. Even when we tried the free version it was still not as good as Bitrix24.
Bitrix24 is the best thing happened to me at work
Comments: I open my Bitrix24 account in the morning knowing that I have everything I need to make a remarkable progress at work.

Everything about Bitrix24 is awesome. It just makes doing work easier and more productive

Comments: The overall experience is positive, but it is not easy to use all the functions as they are not interoperable with each other (example: project management with CRM)

It has a lot of features if offers for free/trial, it allows addins for functionality and covers many aspects of a company operation.
Cons:
Most of the functions are not clearly organized in use cases or user journeys leading to an end-result for each functionality.

I love Bitrix!
Comments: It has been 2 years and as of now, i have not thought to look for any other platform. if ever anything pops up, i consult my service provider, and every time we see that it can be done or added to my existing package. i will give it 5 starts for making my life easier.
Pros:
More than 38 modules in one single place make this wonderful. I like that we use it for operations and analysis. The ability to customize even makes it more user accepted.
Cons:
Took me time to think, however, yes it does need little help when it comes to reports.

Reasons for Switching to Bitrix24: It had more features than we required at the moment, however, we know that in future we would be requiring it. So, having a product that is scalable is wonderful and it helped us quickly make the decision.

Pros:
-Everything you need to work with tasks: templates, collaborators, time tracking, reminders (including e-mail), auto-renewal of paused tasks, Gantt chart with different links "in the tail and in the mane." -Custom Kanban board. -A calendar of tasks and events both throughout the company and by departments and selected employees. -Robots and triggers in tasks. In a few clicks, you can implement most simple, but extremely routine-free scripts. -Very convenient chat - you can work both on the site and through the desktop client. -Good mobile version (Android, iPhone). -Built-in IP-telephony. -Built-in work with mail through IMAP. -Automatic group / project chat for members. -Wide differentiation of access rights (if not too lazy to configure). -Calendar-schedule of absences of employees (attendance tracking, "who/where /why"). -Meetings - it is convenient to hold meetings on a list of issues, draw up minutes of meetings. - Many other extensions, including free ones.
Cons:
-In some places there is a confusion between the new and the old interface (not all parts of the portal have moved to a new track). -Somewhere they dropped useful commands in the context menus and the necessary buttons, and do not want to return. For example, "copy a task with or without nested subtasks" - earlier this was solved with one daw, but now only one option is hard-coded. In general, the usual story when updating to new versions (remember the transition from Windows 7 to 8, and then from 8 to 10). In the new interface, tasks on the company page (CRM) are inconveniently done - before it was a table with search / filter and sorting, and now it's just a list without details. This is due to the transition to a new concept. You can understand, but it’s difficult to get used to. We have to go to the section "Tasks and Projects" and there already look for the tasks of the company by its name, although we have already been to the tasks page of the company ("Cases"). -We use CRM (leads, deals), chats with visitors (the chat works directly from Yandex search results through Yandex.Dialogs, as well as from the site), tasks, projects, meetings and meetings. Comments: overall is a good trusted CRM that does the de job for an affordable price, and a lot of functions, and has scalability. you may understand that support is a bit limited for advanced stuff.

It s is a good CRM option, the price is based on plans which include a number of users and functions (but others may charge per users and pers functions) for less than 5 persons can be pricy, for 100 users is very very affordable, also a free staring option. It is big enough to have a lot of forums and supportThe support is accessible but limited Yt has a lot of functions, a lot you won´t worry about missing a function on scalability.
Cons:
-They may change the prices and plans at any time (and it goes up) it happened to me twice all ready, an email saying our prices will increase in one month, and nothing to do. about 20% each time.-Support may be very limited, it may end by saying please contact a local partner for that.

Comments: Using Bitrix24 has been a pleasant experience for my company in many areas, including project planning, job scheduling, private communications, and staff performance evaluation.
Pros:
The optimal network layout and the premise of integrated social media feeds are two of Bitrix's significant strengths. If the software's price had not swayed us, I might well have anticipated our being able to adapt it to our needs. My favorite part of the site was the notion of using it to manage chores and boost efficiency amongst some of the staff.
Cons:
They let us utilize the built-in VoIP capability, but not the latest version. I do not understand why this would be the case. Last year, I used my VoIP device to connect with my friends and family. But then they want payment for the feature.
All in one CRM solution / Best for middle-sized companies and teams to handle leads and work with deals

We have a chat there, can work with deals, create schedules, assign tasks with ease and track progress on specific work with history and recent actions taken by the responsible person *Ad-dons Bitrix24 has its own marketplace where you can set integration with many services, like mail chimp or a certain work process optimizer. *UI Since I started working in Bitrix24, their UI has changed a lot and has become more user friendly. At first it was a bit complicated, but the team is working a lot to make it user-friendly. I can see the work *Customization Even in a free plan, bitrix24 leaves a lot of space for adjusting the platform to the companies approach. you can create teams and spaces and plan sales and development processes
Cons:
*updates I also don't believe that their approach to upgrades is comfortable. Even though it does not take much time, but once in a while, the whole service goes down displaying that it is updating and you need to wait. This sometimes can slow work of the department and cause problems *slow Being a power house CRM system, bitrix24 is sometimes slow, although I can see that bitrix team is working to improve it.
Bitrix24 lets meet
Comments: Customer Relationship Management and Business Development is a useful function. Bitirx24's performance management of sales teams is a failure.
Pros:
Project Management One of the things I enjoy about Bitrix is that there are so many different ways to manage a project. Our organization is organized into several departments, each with its own workgroups, thus user management is also a huge bonus for us. When you use their built-in working day tool, you may delegate, track, have deadlines, and fit each activity into your working plan. Dashboard for Users We would need a cloud storage and all-in-one to keep our work flowing, thus having your own profile and being able to upload things to your drive is a tremendous assistance.
Cons:
I respectfully request that you look into this. I've been battling with the reporting aspect for about two months. Bitrix24 is great for CRM and business development, but when it comes to sales CRM with 50+ personnel, the employee performance report is critical for every company, big or small. There are several processes and actions that lead to success or a deal before sales, and those phases include Lead Management such as Lead Validation, Email Sent, and Telephonic Calls Made. All of these are stages of lead management and engagement, and only success comes after that.

I like that Bitrix24 offers a lot of features under one roof from employee scheduling, task management, time tracking to CRM.

I have used Bitrix24 for a long time now and it hardly fail me while using it.

Comments: Bitrix24 is a fantastic digital workspace that allows us to work closely and collaboratively during our projects. It makes information sharing and communication pretty easy. It helps us to keep our project works very organized and perform all our duties within the timelines we have set.
Pros:
Bitrix24 has been a good and reliable solution to us and thats why we constantly use it to collaborate during our works mostly in projects. The support we get is exceptional and the team is very dedicated to ensure we solve our issues as quickly as possible. Communicating during projects is easy thanks to the video calls, online meetings and the instant messaging functions. We have also seen Bitrix24 keeping our files very safe.
Cons:
Bitrix24 is not very user-friendly to use and for us, we needed some training in the initial stages so as to learn how we can make the best use of its features.
