I have been able to set up groups of people based on how they serve the library and really narrow our focus as to who receives what texts, saving money by honing in on the audience.

> **Cons**: Customer support is slow to answer, though very helpful and kind.  I would like to see them add a notification feature to let us know when someone has responded to a text.  As a small rural library who relies mostly on volunteers, monitoring our Textla inbox isn't currently high on our priority list.
