> **Pros**: the sales people were nice and promised the cards would be easy to use and flexible and we explained how we needed them to be set up, but they still did not perform as we needed them to.

> **Cons**: It was just for gas, we could not get customer support to help us get the cards opened up for other purchases if we wanted to do so
We could not get our banks ACH process to pay Roadflex and after two different banks tried to make it work, with both saying it was on Road Flex's side we tried unsuccessfully to contact their accounting department with no follow thru when we made contact.  It seemed like that department was contracted out of the country.  Only as of late they said they would take a check but with a fifty dollar process fee.  They do not take credit cards.

> Very poor overall customer experience.  Beware of alot of upfront promises.  If you have a p\[problem with billing, be prepared to spend some time getting a solution

> **Pros**: I most likely love the ease of use that Roadflex provides the expense management is great when trying to scale a small business, such as mines.

> **Cons**: When me and my team first started using road flex it was a learning curve that we had to get used to the maintenance keeping up with the different card numbers and not knowing where we could get service  and use the card

> When I first started using Roadflex it was kind of a learning curve getting to know the website but once you get it, understood how to load the card and the monthly fees Everything go from there very simple very good platform that I would definitely recommend to others.
