> **Pros**: The ease of the backend for our staff. It's clean, modern, well organized, efficient, and everyone in general has an easy time learning it.  Our customers find the client facing interface to be incredibly user friendly. We have had little to no software issues with our clients like we did in former platforms.  Client management with Walla is top notch, we use the full marketing sweet and cannot recommend it enough as a way to truly encourage retention and low church.  The features of Walla combined into one software give you incredible value for your money. We would be paying for multiple softwares to do what walla does in one platform and for that I'm grateful\!  Class scheduling and class management are incredibly efficient and intuitive for our staff.  And the walla customer support team is fabulous and gets back to you quite quickly.

> **Cons**: There is really nothing that I don't like about walla. From the moment we received a demo I knew this was software heaven for us\! The continual upgrades that happen are improving an already amazing product to make it even more exceptional.

> **Pros**: Walla is incredibly easy to learn and use, for both staff and clients. Their support staff are quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Scheduling and managing classes and clients are a breeze.

> **Cons**: Walla's reporting is comprehensive and getting better, but we've consistently desired a few key features that have yet to be introduced: more flexible date range filters for teacher stats, and better reporting for our direct-to-membership model for our intro offer.

> Overall, Walla was a MASSIVE improvement over MindBody. We switched in August 2022 and have not regretted it for a single moment. Highly recommend\!

They are always expanding their features to meet their customers' needs. Great customer service for both business and their clients.

> **Cons**: I had to change some of my old workflows, which is expected. If anything slows me down too much, I reach out to their customer service, and I also request the features to be added or changes to be made; I always feel like I'm heard.

> I've enjoyed my experience so far, and I know my clients really enjoy it as well. I also look forward to growing with Walla in many ways (scaling, improving systems, and expanding my wheelhouse with business acumen), since I know they value growth for both themselves and their clients.

> **Pros**: Walla is a dream to work with. The intuitive, fast, and responsive interface was easy for everyone on my team to adopt. Our students love the App--especially the ability to easily bring guests with them to class using the built-in Guest Pass feature. The automatic late cancel / no show penalties bring in enough revenue to cover the expense of the software with the added bonus of training our students to have good class registration habits\!

> **Cons**: Walla does not have the level of reporting that Mindbody has, so there are times I feel like I'm only seeing the tip of the iceberg of details of my business when sometimes I want to dig in and get the nitty gritty.

> Walla has acted more like a business partner than just a software provider ever since I signed on with them. Their customer service goes above and beyond every time, and they are very receptive to feature requests. In the few months we have been using Walla, they have implemented many of our requests—it just keeps getting better every day\! I feel supported, respected, and championed by the team at Walla

> **Cons**: The plan management needs improvement, including associated visits, booking procedures and clarity of expiration dates.

> The support team made sure that all of our concerns were heard and prioritized. It's a lot to migrate from a previous software that contains 9 years of client data. Although the transition was a little rocky (as any software change would be), they stuck by our side through and through and continue to take requests for improvement. We love working with the Walla team.
