> **Pros**: Warning, KuCoin is not responding when an  in case of account holder death.
They respond fast, and give you very good speech, but no action is done.
My sister died and they did not process the her inheritance although I have provided all the documents and did a Video call to check my identity, but the do not do any think since 5 Months. If you anyone have account with Kucoin consider @OKX, @Coinbase or any other platform. Kucoin is not reliable to solve the death issue.

i'd say avoid if you can as there are more trusted exchanges out there.

Will provide an update if they resolve this at last. Starting to think that my 5k USD is likely to be less likely recovered from KuCoin.com .. :(
