The ability to capture polygons and lines from the field, use external GPS devices and to capture multiple photos associated with a single form field are stand out features. > > **Cons**: Multi-user account management is not very convenient and if a large number of map projects are shared with a user it can get quite cluttered. I had virtually no experience in the GIS world before creating my GIS Cloud account and setting up my projects. I was able to prepare a project that was more or less “idiot proof”, where every input needed for the finished database was clearly stated in the form and easily completed using the app. The field work employees didn't need to have any knowledge of GIS or complex systems; they simply followed the step by step options in the form. Then any time I had issues or received a question from field employees, GIS Cloud had a lightning fast response to help navigate the problem, which is all the more impressive considering they're based out of Europe and I'm in the United States. On real time work with good internet connection, I find great how we can make quality control of the collected points to improve our field collection data and the way we give the usage lessons. Finally it´s easy to integrate with our business due to the file types and easy settings. > > **Cons**: Personally I don´t have troubles using the software, but older people need a little more time to get used to the application and need more practice to get the proper usage and trust that the information has been uploaded.
