> **Cons**: Depuis que nous avons adopté Elia en 2024, nous avons relevé très peu d’aspects négatifs. Les rares éléments manquants étaient mineurs. Grâce à leur évolution récente centrée sur les besoins clients, je ne vois actuellement aucun point négatif à mentionner.

> Pendant la pandémie, notre entreprise est passée d’environ 60 à plus de 120 employés et a ouvert un deuxième site. En plus, pour les administrateurs nous pouvons facilement ajouter/retirer des espaces, modifier les règles et avoir des rapports de réservation.

> **Cons**: De mon expérience, je ne vois pas d'inconvénients. L'outil est simple, efficace et l'adhésion des employés se fait naturellement. De plus, l'équipe de support est toujours présente pour répondre à nos questions.
